After 1 month, the plants died, all of them. Customer service wanted a picture with the proof of the scratch test. However, they were a gift for my 92 year old grandmother out of state, so a picture/cell phone was not possible as I told customer service when I called prior to ordering and when they died. She grows all kinds of plants and vegetables, but these were very unique colors that were recommended for her zone.

I followed the directions very carefully and planted them all with care. Nearly $1000 spent and only 2 trees survived, and the rest are no good. Got a bunch of evergreens that supposed to grow tall. Nearly 1 year and they have not drown 1 inch. I have to rip them out and spend more money on something else. Disappointed. It hap pen's but I spent alot of money and alot of work for alot of bad plants.

The ordering is fast and easy, their site has amazing information about the tree or plants to buy and very fast service as well.
BUT the best part is the customer service. I just received some new trees in and had a few questions. I got Melody on the phone to chat with her awhile on some needed help and correct procedures on what I received.
She was not only very nice, but so smart on anything I asked her and it made me feel that I actually knew how to have a green thumb.
Therefore, I highly recommend them for any Tree, Shrub or plant you might need to add some beauty to your home.

I ordered and received a Pear Tree last spring, after planted in 2 weeks, tree was dying, no matter how much watered it. In 3 weeks, tree was dead completely. There is no refund or resend because I been told no purchased warranty. So I learned my lesson from this company. Home Depot or Lows is better choice next time!

Yes, they were alive but many didin't make it and the process to replace was difficult. In addition I discovered that for the same price I could get a healthy much larger tree at Lowes and Home Depot

After putting in the shipping address the order was somehow slated to go to the billing address and I had to go back and change it. Lots of problems with the address section, but after several attempts, it all seemed to be correct. Have not received the tree, so cannot comment on that eyt
I loved shopping from In The Style! Their clothes are mostly tailored towards cute day outfits perfect for brunch/a day out. The quality is really nice but fit was a bit weird on me (see my video for more details!). The website is super easy to navigate, and shipping was really fast :)
Bought several supposedly hardy plants that's acclimated to my weather/region.
4 plants didn't make it. I bought insurance and they sent a new ones. Didn't last long.
Got an apple and plum tree last year. The apple had a broken graft when arriving and the plum has two dead grafts as of now. NOT A FAN. Over 100$ for each defective tree?!? Isons dot com has them for 60$ and they aren't broken or deceitful from my experience.
In May 2022, I purchased a 5-6 ft Pink Weeping Cherry Tree and planted it as directed. I also purchased a Tree Gator Jr. To help ensure even and sufficient watering. However, the tree never began growing leaves as guaranteed. I contacted customer service on June 25th and explained the problem I had and received the response below. I followed the instructions and sent back the photo of the trunk, and I never received a response. The entire summer passed by, and the tree never even grew a leaf after the original ones fell off after delivery.

Can you please perform a scratch test and send a photo of the results to us to best assist?
To do this, scratch an area of about 1-2 inches of bark on the trunk of your tree near the soil line with a coin or a fingernail. If you see green, then the plant is alive and should recover! Unfortunately, if you see brown or black underneath, then the plant is dead.
If you do see green or white under the tree's bark, the leaves may have dropped as a self-pruning measure. This acts as a reset for the plant and is normally just temporary. You should see new growth soon!

We purchased 2 Bottle Palms from Fast Growing Trees. The palms did not look very healthy when we received them but we planted them with hopes that they might improve. They never improved! We had planted 150 other plants that same month and all of them are doing well with new buds or blooms. We followed all the instructions for watering, soil, and sunlight for these trees. These palms have continued to gradually get more brown over the past few months.
When I contacted Fast Growing Trees about the issue, I was told that I need to pay additional to purchase warranty to replace these plants! I shared several photos and details about where they are planted. It is evident that we did not miss anything in planting and taking care of these plants.
If the plants that were sent to us were not healthy, then I should not need the warranty to get a replacement for them. The warranty would make sense if the plants were initially doing well and then did not continue to grow. 150 other plants on our property have done well except for these 2 bottle palms bought from Fast Growing Trees. I do not believe that I should have to pay additional for a warranty to get healthy plants.

Customer support quickly resolved a difficulty with the on line purchase. The plant arrived within a couple of days. It was in perfect condition and was easily installed. Would purchase again.
I got the $15 discount for registering my phone number and email. When I applied it to my order it ended up costing me more since the free shipping was removed! Ended up purchasing without the discount. Horrible design and a bad experience.

After posting the information below a representative reviewed the information and acted quickly to give me a refund of $15 within 24 hours to compensate for the missed discount code. I truly appreciate the quick response to fix the error. Thank you.
1. Luckily I check every day because the customer service lady told me I was on a list to be notified when the multi cherry trees came available and I was not.
2. Site offered a discount but no code.
3 Discount codes from other sites - no codes work. Then you have the balls to say if I share with others I'll be eligible for another discount that I'm not believing will work either.
My order qualified for free shipping but I was charged for it, but the company refunded me so I'm happy happy. Can't wait to plant the wisteria's that I ordered.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
