Website says tree ships in 1-2 business days, but it has now been 4 business days and I haven't been notified that my tree has been shipped. The order status still reflects "unfulfilled."
Update: Customer service reached out to me to let me know that the tree they were going to send me did not meet their quality standards so they waited for fresh inventory to arrive before shipping my order. While this was awesome of them, I would've liked to have known that, as well as an ETA, but at least they did resolve my problem. Can't wait to see how it looks when it shows up.
I purchased a few dozen boxwood shrubs a few years ago. They came well-packaged, and were so easy to install. I didn't have to go to the nursery, pick through to find the best ones, load them all into a truck and transport them home. Nope. All I had to do was place my order and they arrived ready to go. They were all healthy, high quality shrubs just like ones I would have hand selected. The delivery guy is the one who did most of the work. I just walked out the door and unpacked them! Fast forward to today...they are all healthy, beautiful and flourishing! Highly recommend.

I do not recommend this company if you have other options. They overcharge and underdeliver in a very big way! I was hoping for integrity and now, upon reflection understand there is actually no such thing as ALL 5 star reviews for any business ---meaning they have eliminated everything else. The tree I received was a full 2 ft smaller than what I paid for and in terrible condition. I don't know if it was that mangled before or during the boxing up process, but either way --Although they gave me a partial refund stating that it was the most they could do, they completely misrepresented the product, are not to be trusted and I will never order from this company again!
I have two issues the size of the plant doesn't match of what I paid for I paid for 1 to 2 feet what I got is tiny stem with one branch on the side totally, extremely disappointed

We purchased ten a few months ago. When I opened the box, the plants were scattered about. At least one came out of its packaging. One died within two weeks of planting. They made me purchase an additional warranty to cover their poor packaging practices. I did get another tree though.
Now three more look like they are half dead. Six inches tall, none of these trees are growing. This company hides under a bogus cloak where they claim this is a normal process. They write you asking you to scratch an inch off the bark and check. I should have bought bigger trees locally instead of buying tiny unhealthy ones online.

I purchased several trees from fastgrowingtrees.com. There were issues with a few of them. I contacted fastgrowing trees.com and spoke to Patricia Taylor. Frankly, as a busy person who takes care of an elderly disabled person and 4 Dogs, I just (usually) do not have the time to deal with these issues. BEFORE talking to Patricia Taylor about the issues, I had decided to resolve the issue and move on. However, Patricia resolved the issue with the tree that arrived today and went WAY out of her way to make me happy and I assured her that I would buy again in the future from fastgrowingtrees.com. Patricia REVERSED a bad situation and retained the customer. I did not know how to leave a review for this website, so I called back and spoke to another very nice person, Larna, who told me she would make sure Patricia's supervisor knew just how wonderful Patricia is. I appreciated Larna's conscientiousness and equally kind demeanor regarding helping make sure Patricia received the recognition that Patricia DESERVES. I entered in a code for 15% off, got the discount, and then my order updated and suddenly I don't have free shipping. Then they reached out and fixed it. Honestly, that was pretty amazing of them.

Not only are these anything but "fast-growing", every single one of our smaller trees died within six months and now, a year and a half later the Thuja Green Giant trees are on the verge of death as well. This is even after watering every day as directed, as well as fashioning sun sails over the trees in order to block the hot afternoon sun.
These trees are being falsely advertised as capable of surviving in North Texas; they CAN'T and they DIDN'T. This purchase was an enormous waste of money, time, effort and resources.

I ordered a Cherokee Brave Dogwood for my space. It came all the way to Montana from North Carolina, and FedEx did a great job getting her here in great shape. I can't wait to see if she blooms in the Spring! I named her Nava, Which means beautiful in several different languages.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
