I had already planted them thinking they were the same species. But they are not. Now I have 2 bushes on either side of my tree that looks completely different. One has lost it's leaves and the other still has theirs.
I bought trees few weeks later I bought more trees and changed the delivery time the better suit my needs there was no problem with making the changes and adding to my order
After receiving my order, 2 large palm trees, I planted them according to their directions. Unfortunately 1 of them, after about 30 days, decided to wilt and die. I contacted FastGrowing Trees, informed them of the problem, submitted pictures, and was pleasantly surprised at the positive support and new palm tree that arrive to replace the dead one. The new one is doing fine. These guys really do honor their warranty.
The trees arrived in not great shape. One has 1/3 of its branches broken off. One the leaves all dropped off. The delivery people set the box on its head despite the instructions on it not to do that. They are now not growing well. But it is cold out so I will wait to see how they are in the spring
Im upset that the first tree didn't thrive. Im also upset I paid for the guarantee shipping cost to have the same thing happen again with the second tree. Ficus trees are too delicate for the shipping experience you provide.
Great plants, all, but one made the shipment just fine. The only one that didn't make it, was promptly replaced by FGT. Great service and the shrubs and tree are doing fine. Can't wait till spring.

One of the plants was thrown out of its pot. Luckily it was contained in a bag and wasn't too damaged. We will see if it survives.
Plants arrived very undersized. Some died, some are fine. BUT... to get a replacement, you have to pay the shipping. Not very impressive customer support. I've made several purchases and the results have been consistently disappointing.
I have ordered numerous items from Fast Growing Trees and have been very impressed with the prompt deliveries and the state of each plant. I did have a problem with two items and we're working on that now. In addition to outdoor plants I have ordered two house plants that are fabulous! Both are unusual and in perfect health!
The tree and roses arrived. They were very cute and looked good. I planted them in late Fall. Followed directions for winter protection. We will see if they survive the winter.

Everything I've ordered has been very high quality. The sizes have been smaller than expected and some items were scheduled for shipping at a later date - which I don't recall seeing at order time. Over all I'm pleased with the experience so far.
One plant (clethra) arrived with hardly any rootball and dropped its leaves as soon as I planted it so I fear it is dead. The other one gallon shrub (skip laurel) had a nice rootball and is thriving. I was very disappointed in the clethra plant.

I ordered two kinds of pear trees last spring. When I received them they were both crammed in one box. The top of on was broken off, as it had been forced in the box. I requested a replacement with pictures, and one was sent.
The second tree never thrived, and I requested a replacement in September, after the several step process to prove it was dead. That late in the year the tree could not be replaced, so Im sitting with a credit. Not the best experience.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
