I had ordered a tree. I prepared the spot for it. There was an offer to add. I took it. It was delivered promptly. The main thing I ordered is has still not arrived, nor a word of when. How long must I wait for my main item ordered.
I order several hundred dollars worth of trees. The first shipment several were broken in transport, the have been three separate replacements. Thank you for that. The trees just aren't thriving. I regret the decision to purchase fruit trees online. I don't think they will survive.

I got a tree infested with pests, emailed and sent photos of the pests and was sent a new tree. The new tree had a bunch of dead leaves fall upon delivery and what appeared to be good leaves but every leaf has dropped off in the past few weeks of having it. I'm disappointed but not surprised based on other reviews not found on the official site. My blueberries arrived super damaged with fungus/ mold all in the soil but it seems like it's making a comeback after being repotted so I'm at least happy it's coming back with being repotted.
I get ads for BOGO trees. I *think* I'm doing everything right to get my 2 trees for the price of one but apparently I'm not clicking the right thing or you can only use a coupon code when you're not getting a free tree, I don't Know. But twice now I've managed to not choose the right option and only received one tree. So we're on a break, fastgrowingtrees. It's not you, it's me. I'm going broke.

Ordered a Mimosa tree and noticed 2 days later the price was lower. Contacted Fast Growing Trees on-line support and a few days later was notified I was going to get a credit. I have purchased many items from Fast Growing Trees and have not been disappointed. I will continue ordering from them and tell my neighbors where I but my shrubs and trees.
My tree arrived in great condition! I know summer is not ideal for planting, but it is doing great and I already see new growth.

We got a Ruby supreme Guava tree in Summer of 2024. Tree arrived in great condition and we planted it the next day. Nice beautiful tree that came with fruits on it. We are hoping to get more from fast growing trees.

The trees I originally ordered were out of stock. I didn't want to re-order without a full refund first. The agent I spoke with issued a credit, placed a draft order for trees that better suited my needs, kept the original discount, committed to call me back, and I received the refund of the first order immediately.
We open both boxes and both nectarine trees were dead from some parasite. The the Mulberry and the banana tree were also dying. We have ordered many trees from this site before and never had this issue before.
I've been doing business with FGT for almost two years and have bought seven trees, all of which are thriving except for the first one. It didn't survive its first winter when temperatures dropped below 10 degrees. Even though the one-year warranty had expired, the Customer Service representative was very kind and apologetic, offering me a great discount on the last tree I purchased. Thank you all!

I ordered a Hollywood plum tree which was immediately shipped to Florida and arrived in excellent condition, so I then enthusiastically purchased two more plants including a more expensive Satsuma plum which was eventually transported from California. After the trip across country, the package was in Ocala Florida near my home on Friday, but then shipped to Orlando to spend an extra weekend in the Florida heat. It was then sent back to Ocala on Monday and arrived the following Tuesday with dry roots and brittle brown leaves dropping like rain. Shipping live plants across the country during a heat wave is not recommended and I did not realize the tree was coming from California until after I ordered.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
