I am very satisfied with the tree that I ordered specially was heat warning for two weeks in Las Vegas and the tree came in in the very good shape.

I purchased 32 qt arborvitae. Not sure why they didn't make it probably a delay by the shipping company. I received 22 gal arborvitae as a replacement. I again ran a drip line along them and surrounded by fencing. They are doing well even in this extreme heat. Thank you

Very prompt delivery, not totally protected with no leaves, VERY small trunk for money charges in comparison to close nursery. Don't want to be negative but don't feel I got product for money spent. Sorry.

Do not order from this company. I paid $30 per tree on sale for something I could buy for less at Home Depot. I expected amazing and got garbage. Oh and the trees died already.

Over several months I ordered trees and rose bushes. 2 died, 2 look awful next to other competitor's rose bushes. I give it one more - last - try with the lemon tree, which just arrived. We'll see

The tree came and was as advertised. It is having a few issues with the foliage dying but the company is being very helpful in trying to make sure it is going to be okay. They have responded quickly to any and communications and continue to work with us to get to a good solution. I am satisfied overall.

The plants are always high quality, promptly, and safely delivered. I only had one plant not survive, out of several thousands of dollars worth of plants, spanning the past few years, and it was quickly replaced with no hassle. Keep up the great work!

Our trees came in in perfect condition, they even had some fruit on them already. We got them into the ground asap, and they are already getting new growth. We're very happy for our purchase

I bought two apple trees. They shipped super fast and the trees looked healthy. However, one didn't survive. I had no trouble getting a replacement tree shipped. And replacement apple tree shipped fast too! Love this place. I'm definitely coming back for more!

Fast growing trees has consistently shipped us great quality plant material, well packaged and in good condition on arrival. The one time we had an issue with dead-ish plants arriving, they sent replacements immediately with no issue - very please with my purchases!

There was a lot of brown on my grasses but I planted them immediately, so we will see. The dogwood bushes seem to be okay so far. The hydrangea tree has died. I emailed photos and let you know, but I have not heard back anything.

It's always great to chat with your reps. She made it quick n easy to do n replaced the one that didn't make it out of 8. Very satisfied as usual

I've been trying really hard to get some crimson king Norway maples, These trees were supposed to be the focal point of my backyard, when they arrived almost every single branch was either broken or dead. I understood late in the season trying to do something like this, but I don't think I will ever use this again. Customer service has been fantastic, however, I'm very disappointed with, what we received.

I ordered a Birthday gift expecting to receive the item before the individual's birthday. After several days of not receiving any correspondence, I contacted the customer service number to be told the item was on back order and would not arrive until later in the month. If the website would have shown the item was on back order, I could have adjusted my order to ensure that the gift was received on time.

My Anna's Apple arrived in such careful packaging. Vibrant, with lots of branches and leaves and a couple apples too! I look forward to seeing it grow.

I was a bit skeptical about buying live plants through mail order.
However, I was extremely pleased when my shrubs arrived very well packaged and with the root ball having just the right amount of moisture.
Shrubs were planted and are thriving very well.
