Shipment was here within two days of ordering, plants were very healthy. Even through this very dry hot weather they are growing faster than I expected, I just water them good everyday, I will definitely order from Fast Growing Trees.

I ordered a dwarf lemon tree. It was $79 before taxes and fees. They sent a stem that was half the size in diameter of a pencil eraser and barely a foot tall. Real disappointing because this was purchased with a gift card from fast growing trees because every tree I've gotten from you has died. I won't hold my breath that this stem with a leaf on it will grow into anything.
I ordered two tress as a buy one get one sale. Upon delivery, I noticed FedEx handled the box horribly. One tree was broken in half and the other had nearly all limbs snapped off. I spoke with customer service and within days I had one replacement tree. So I called and reported that problem, and within maybe 9 days of the original order both my trees were replaced. The new ones are very happy and healthy. Customer service was absolutely amazing.
I ordered a vine from Fast Growing Trees and was very impressed with the quality of the product as well as the great care they put into the packaging to ensure the plant arrived safely and undamaged. I've since planted in my backyard and it's doing amazing. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would revisit for my future plant purchases.

When they arrived one was just about dead the other one was poor condition. When I reached out for a refunded they sent me multiple questions and asked for a photo. I answered all the questions and sent a photo of the sick plant but didn't have a photo of the dead one. I've ordered plenty of Tess online and have always been happy. This was my first and last order with this company. Go to another website you will have better luck and they honor their guarantee. Not this place

Somehow my order defaulted to my former address. Contacted customer service immediately & they confirmed the address change. Nevertheless the first order went to my former address! New order sent over 4th of July week and took much longer to arrive. Plants are still alive but a bit baked from the heat. I will try to nurse back to health.
We've received two Bloodground Japanese maple trees (one a replacement for the other) and each appeared distressed on arrival. I've begun to question whether selling trees through the mail is good business practice. We remain hopeful but the appearance and health of the trees today is dubious.

The box arrived crushed, but the tree seemed okay. The bamboo support sees to have been there a while, as it was growing in semi-circles around it, but I expect it will straighten out with time. It took awhile for the plant to travel from NC to WA. The plant was root bound and dry as a bone and almost all the leaves fell off. However, I plunged the entire root in a water bath as soon as it arrived until it stopped bubbling. I placed the plant in the shade for two days before planting. I notified fast growing trees of the situation and they offered 25% off if I wanted to see if I could revive it or they would send me a new plant. I took the 25% off. It is now blooming like crazy. It has a year warranty so I couldn't lose by trying. I am pleased with the service.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
