I ordered the American Sycamore and it was shipped fast. It arrived nicely packed with leaves and I planted it immediately upon arrival. The tree lost all of the beautiful leaves as I expected however within 10 days it started budding out again and now after about a month has child size palm leaves and is doing nicely.
My 2 gardenia trees that I paid for shipping & handling for $31.20 on 6/24/24 I have not received them yet. I arrived back from California trip on 6/25/24 and I have not received any email follow up yet for shipment status.
I was worried when our Bloodgood Japanese Maple arrived because the leaves were curled and dry. And then they started to fall off! I followed all of the useful instructions on planting and getting the tree situated. But of course FastGrowingTrees know what they're doing and soon new buds and leaves emerged and the tree appears healthy and growing well.
The Meyer lemon tree was delivered when promised and so far it is doing very well.

Good delivery experience however 3 plants, especially 1, arrived with brown tips. The brown is progressing and now affecting 4 of 5 shrubs. Unsure of the cause and hoping it's a normal occurrence.
I had a few trees that didn't make it, the replacement process was super awesome and no hassle what's so ever. Speaking on the phone with a live operator makes the experience so much better and easier. I'll never buy trees from anywhere else.
Our bushes were pretty rough looking when we received them - the leaves have improved somewhat- we have very few blossoms- it's a new yard and we're not sure yet about the soil quality so there could be several factors at play

On top of that, the trees were nicely packed and have been in the ground for 2 months and are doing great so far. Thank you so much!
I was shopping for a specific tree, which FastGrowingTrees did have. I was Super excited based on the pictures and description of height. Then I saw that another tree had a 'buy one get one' sale so I got one of those as well! Both images/descriptions made it SEEM like they would be fruiting probably 'soon' (though of course not on arrival or probably not flowering, at least filled out enough to be ready to flower if the weather was right). The reality was. More realistic, but also more disappointing. The shipping was very disappointing. The 'buy one/get one trees arrived around when expected. The Primary tree that I wanted didn't ship with it. I got no communication about this tree, so WEEKS later I contacted customer service. I only asked for an ETA, but got no response to the question- though within an hour I got a shipping notice on that tree.
That tree showed up dried up and with most of its leaves missing today. I know they have a guarantee, but I potted it and am hoping for the best.
I wouldn't say don't order here, they have great variety- just be prepared for reality.

I ordered a 5-1 plum tree which arrived in bad shape and didn't make it. Because they were out of stock and couldn't replace it they offered me a full in store credit refund in which I was able to purchase 2 new plum trees and rose bush with a deal they had going. Everything looks good so far! Thanks!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
