All orders were shipped promptly and came in good shape. Two bushes did not grow and were replaced with no problems. I am extremely happy with and would highly recommend this site.

I purchased 2 sugar maples. The first one came out of the box with a trunk that has about a 4 inch curve. The second one was very nice. Planted them the same day we got them. The curved one is doing well. The second one turned brown almost immediately. That's why I say that it's a wait and see.

Everything was nice and they handled a shipping issue well.

I had a dead root tree from another tree seller. It did not grow. I called Fast Growing trees and ordered a Crimnson King Maple and it so far looks good.

I didn't know how difficult it is to have an avocado tree in Texas until I bought one. It was a horrible experience watching it dry up and die while I did my best to keep it alive. They sent me another without hesitation and when I called the experts they patiently walked me through the process and made me feel confident enough to try it again. Every expert I've talked to has been courteous, patient, and professional.

Very disappointed in these company. Both in product and shipping. Containers where spilled in boxes, roots exposed. Over all conditions of plants where fair to poor.
I am a disabled Vet. On fixed income so my resources are limited. I read reviews and was impressed. Not so in the real world.

My plants arrived alive. I followed the instructions on how to properly plant and care for shrubs and trees once planted about a week later they seemed to be dying. The second week they look strong and very healthy and still are.

Ordered two of the same plant for front of house. One plant was perfect nice and bushy, the other was tall leaves on top and rest of stems was bare and should have never been sent out. Hope it will survive and I'll trim it down in spring hoping it will fill out on the bottom next year.

The"tree" looks miserable, losing leaves (it had only few to start with), no new leaf appeared since we bought it a month ago. A big disappointment!

Had an issue with one of the plants I ordered and they exceeded my expectations in resolving my issue.

My pear trees arrived in a box that was damaged
When opened most all soil around roots had fallen off
A tight burlap root ball cover is recommended
Trees in ground now and I am giving them special care
Fingers crossed!
