Received 2 good pear trees. 2 peach trees came damaged horribly, they replaced them. Replacement came damaged so they sent another one that is extremely small. Literally looks like a stick out of the ground.
Ordered 4 hydrangeas that showed up looking unhealthy and were dead within a week. They sent two as a replacement. They look the same- we will see if they make it.
Save yourself time and go to a local nursery. Lesson learned.

I have ordered from FastGrowing Trees several times. They have always been fast, courteous, and willing to fix anything that needed fixing. They are also wonderful about answering questions that come up after I've had a plant for awhile.

My tree did exactly what the instructions said and seems to be doing well so far. Dropped most of the leaves it arrived with, and has growth already showing. I would have liked instructions specific to this species of tree on how wet the soil should be, fertilization, etc.

I bought a tree earlier this year and the leaves fell off within days. I hoped new leaves would come out but never did. I called in and they sent me another tree without any hassle. The new tree is doing good.
The main branch on my tree was severed. Fast growing trays quickly sent me a replacement tree. The tree is healthy and has a small bloom. I would highly recommend this company.
I received the tree and it was pretty much as I expected. The tree had some yellow leaves as well as some dead ones. It is not done much since then and does still have some remaining green leaves so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't die. I think it's alive.

We purchased several trees for our new home. They have done wonderful and when we had one that died, Fast Growing Trees was quick to replace it. The price is 1/4 of what I have seen at landscaping business in our area.
I put down Sun and Shade grass seed each fall over my entire 5 acres of property. I have the best looking green grass all winter and Spring in South Texas

Paid $200 for a sugar maple tree approximately 5 to 6 foot tall the first one they sent was DOA on its last leg. The second one they sent was 5 foot tall with no or hardly any root ball system.
Though they were very accommodating for $200 and some change, I still am not satisfied. I do not think, even though I bought the tree late in the summer that it will survive the winter. That being said, I probably will never purchase another tree from this company. One of my main reasons of saying that is I purchased a 6 foot tree from Lowe's online and received what I consider to be an outstanding tree for $49.95. A quarter of the cost of my sugar maple tree.
Other than that, the representative helping me was trying her best to accommodate me and I appreciate that. But all in all, taking everything into consideration, I would never pay that much for a tree again.
I researched, picked and bought. The plants, shrubs and trees arrived in two days. All vegetation was packed safely and easy to work with. I could not be more please. Thank you.
First of the 3 I ordered arrived small, the rest of the order took longer than expected to receive. A replacement was sent for the 1st tree, but the others were small as well. Way over priced for $100 each. I could have bought them at Walmart for 3x the size of these for a similar price.
I've been purchasing from FSG for a long time. I've never had a plant die. They arrive perfectly packaged. I've purchased Thuja Green Giants which are 10-15 feet tall now, blackberries, blueberry, raspberry, Goji berry, fig and most recently kiwi vines which came with a pollinator. The kiwi are growing so well they look like they've been in the ground for months. My Goji were struggling a bit a couple months after planting. I contacted FSG for advice and the advice was perfect. They now look great.
I ordered 2 Seckel pear trees. Shipping was wast and packaging was well done. After I received my trees one started to struggle. I sent some pictures to fast growing trees and they immediately shipped out a replacement. Excellent customer service! I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
