There is full description and information on each specimen that is very important when trying to decide on purchasing. There is also the Chat customer service which gets into more detailed information.
I reached out because I had ordered 260 trees totally over $10,000 and I had lost 11 of them.
I called, because when I placed these orders over the past from April to July,, I purchased them with the understanding that they were under a years replacement warranty because the website stated that they were guaranteed for a year. When I called, I was informed that no they were not, which honestly, I feel that I was misled at the time of purchase. But they agreed that the 11 would be replaced as a courtesy of the large order but the remaining 249 were not under warranty. I advise that you if ordering make sure that in fact your order is warranted. I was extremely upset that I was misinformed at the time of purchase. I did pay the shipping of the 11 trees. When I order the next set of trees will definitely shop the companies that supply trees to ensure that my purchase is 100% guaranteed.
Got messed around for 2yrs because I kept getting recommendations and replacements for dying trees not suitable for my area. When trying to return some I was told wouldnt thrive by local ag center phone person insisted I plant them anyway. They did die, failed to thrive. Lost another year of growth from misinformation.
Purchased thuja trees several times only to have them die. Contacted horticulturist only to find out they cannot survive in my area and should have been told that when ordering. I lost over 2yrs of tree growth messing with this nonsense. Company did replace with other tress but would be nice if staff answering phones would be informed of what grows where.
Due to a shipping error, I received one tree instead of three trees. I called and explained what had happened. The other two trees arrived within days. Such an easy mistake -- these things happen! And such an easy fix. Just a quick phone call and everything was in order.

Great experience. Plants are healthy. Received two wrong fruit plant. They immediately shipped the right plants and let me keep the other fruit trees.

A year ago when I ordered 20 Arizona evergreens experience was not great.

Me and my wife had previously ordered two other fruit bushes for my mothers Christmas present this year. When they arrived they looked dead, leaves were wilted, cracked, and looked half eaten. Stocks are brown and dried out.
For the $ paid, the tree was not very small, we could get a small tree like that locally for half the cost. Needless to say very disappointed, i wish the description was more current based on the tree sent.

Ive ordered with you all several times, always fruit producers, i have some satsumas, cherry trees, blackberries and blueberries, also a fig tree. Ive personally never had an issue, but this last order I got was blueberries, black berry, and a fig tree. They came boxed up STRANGE, this time around. They had folded up cardboard interlaced with the plants, never seen them come like that, with it closed and tied on both sides. It was IMPOSSIBLE to unpack the 4 bushes and tree, without causing pretty fair damage, Chicago Fig lost a branch, the black berry, and 1 of blueberry bushes lost several branches. They arent dead as far as i know, all dormant for winter now, but have me worried. I have never had to use your 1 year alive and thrive guarantee before, but this was a very disappointing delivery especially after spending several hundred dollars here. With that said, you all have beautiful plants and your grafts are great! I enjoy all the varieties to pick from, and are fairly affordable.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
