Delivery occurred when we are out of town and 3 days early. No one was home to water the tree. It appears we were fortunate that the tree tolerated 3 days on its side by our garage door.

I received my 6-ft hybrid Willow 6 days after ordering, which was perfect timing because I just got back from vacation. The tree was packaged as it should be and had a healthy amount of roots for a sapling. I planted the tree around the middle of september, and now it is almost the middle of December, so almost 3 months in the ground. The tree acclimated very well, I did water it on days that it did not rain for the first month, but now it is settled in nicely. It even put on a little bit of new group since I put it in the ground. Since we had a warm fall, I'm expecting next year too have an explosion of growth for this new tree! I would definitely recommend fast growing trees.

Our new maple tree is happily planted in our yard. It was every bit as tall as advertised. The fruit cocktail trees we purchased a few years ago are also doing very well. They survived a few months in a storage unit and then a move from NC to WV lying down in my car. Yes, we moved our fruit trees with us! Their first fruit was eaten this past summer.

The tree was diseased upon receipt. Now I have to wait until spring come to see if it will come back. Spring and summer are not good times to plant trees in TN because its so hot. If my tree needs to be replaced, its going to be even more stressed through the hot summer. This has been frustrating and time consuming and I won't do it again

The tree came real quickly. It was skinnier than I expected it to be so not sure what to expect cuz we planted it right before it snowed and put a structured burlap covering around it so we'll see how that goes.

I have bought multiple trees species over the course a a few years. They always are bigger than expected, are shipped with care, and come with great idiot proof planting instructions. When it comes to trees i've also planted "whips" that are 1-2 feet and let me tell you, its hard to wait for them to grow. Its a slow years long process that is pretty underwhelming. So to eb able to start with a tree thats already 4 to 7 feet tall shaves years off the process. I just planted for quaking aspen in November that are doing great. I love this company and the jump start they give my landscaping projects.

I had bought two red buds locally and were looking for the same in the ones i bought from you. They were half size for approx. Price. I will have to fertilize and try to get them pumped up.

I sent photos of plant and received detailed advice on how to rescue the bush. I was also offered a replacement if it failed to recover in a specified period of time. The bush recovered, bloomed this season. I was impressed at the detail of care information I was given to save my plant.
