Ordered a tree. All leaves were in box when it arrived. Not on the tree, in the box. They sent a replacement. Dead. No leaves on stick. None on box. Nothing like pictured.
My shrubs have a lot of brown foliage. My previous order did not have any browning. I'm very disappointed as this is a much larger order. I spent $250 more to purchase my arborvitaes from you over another company because of my previous experiences. However, I am regretting that right now.

I have been purchasing for several years and the delivery has been great except w my last order. One tree had broken branches and multiple suckers. The knockout rose was bent in half and did not spring back. Two trees had lost most of their leaves. I advised FastGrowing trees and they deducted an additional amount. The trees appear to be settling in happily

Three different trees order and delivered quickly. One box intact, one box slightly damaged with top torn off but tree appears ok. Last box was 4/5th's missing, and tree snapped in half! Chatted online with Customer Service and sent pictures. A replacement tree was sent out right away and has already been delivered!

Experience was super easy to order. It was a pain to get a warrenty replacement. Got the warrenty replacement and it looks terrible as in this guy complained and is getting a double grafted tree with rottened spots on it from trimmed limbs that hasn't ever healed properly. It might not die in the 1 year warrenty time but it will definitely not survive for its full life. Very disappointing
Still waiting for the banana plant I purchased from 'Fast Growing Trees' in March 2022 to do its thing and actually produce the bunches of bananas my multiple plants around the world have produced.
Despite providing this plant with the ideal ph soil level, water and organic fertilizer,all it has done is grow taller and taller than 'Jack & The Beanstalk' and send out multiple pups. ( Baby banana plants)
But still "no pot of gold" So, as the song goes "yes, we have no bananas", while my 'Fast Tree grows and grows! Meanwhile the Company continues to provide redundant advice on giving the tree yet more organic fertilizer. Does it look like this tree needs more fertilizer?!

Enjoyed getting a lot of trees from you & never had any problems with anything. They were always as stated in your advertisement and the shipments arrived always without any problems. The last ordered tree though did have a lot of problems and came totally damaged in shipping but it seemed it also was not packed correctly. We did contact the Co right of way and a new tree was shipped to us in a very short time which was in perfect condition and so was the packing. We thank you so much again for taking care of us so, that we can continue enjoying what you are sending us😊 It was a pleasure to deal with you and we do highly recommend you and your company😊
The Snow White Crabapple you sent to my house arrived minus most of its leaves. I planted it the day of arrival in hopes it would recover, but the remainder of its leaves are now withering and falling off. Extremely disappointed, especially given the price.
The company sent me my order - the transportation took longer than normal and my tree arrived with 2/3 of its leaves scattered in the box. It arrived upside down. J believe it was of no fault of Fast Gtoeing Trees but rather the shipping company. The shrub was nicely formed but appeared beyond my help. I called to talk about it and showed pictures. The company agreed with me and replaced the shrub. They were great. The new shrub, as are the items I had previously purchased in the past, are all doing super. Love this company.
Every time I've ordered from FastGrowing Trees, what I've received has arrived sooner than expected, in extremely good shape and bigger than what I purchased.
I received my heritage raspberry plant but did not have a bed prepared for it and could not plant it just anywhere, since it requires a special soil. I just planted it in the ground hoping to keep it alive. I acidified the soil. I babied it, etc., but it is either dead are dying. Will try one more time with a new plant.

Bought 3 5-6ft Golden Delicious trees. Planted both the same day using the same stuff and process. 1 lived and 1 died. Not sure why? Both trees looked great when we took them out of the box.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
