The hydrangea I received was nearly dead from lack of water. It was nearly an inch inside the pat because it was so dried out. The person who spoke to me wanted a photo. She said it was still alive and I should plant it and fertilize it and water it and it would survive. Who wants a half dead plant that needs a bunch of special attention to get it to look pretty? That's not why o ordered it. I wanted a healthy plant. Is that too much to ask?
You shipped them in a timely manner however shipping was pushed back 3 times. When they arrived on August 24th I had left for vacation that afternoon. When I returned home the following Saturday 1 was withered down to the soil the other 2 still had half green leaves. Not blaming you. Blaming the carrier.
I purchased 6 fruit trees and 1 flowering tree. Upon arrival, the box was dented but the trees were well packaged and were not damaged. I received healthy trees and planted them the same day of their arrival. The trees started to grow new leaves within a week.

I had a problem with my order being delivered bent in half and the trees broken. Customer service quickly sent another order and all trees arrived beautiful. Shipping damage is not fast-growing trees fault but rectified the problem immediately.
