Had a great experience with my recent order, the original package was damaged during shipping and they did a great job with communicating by re-placing, and re-shipping the order which I received within days!
Price was good for the item I ordered, the tree was delivered on time. Packaging was excellent and even our landscaper was impressed. Tree is in the ground now and seems to be doing well.
Ordered an Elm, hybrid poplar and a juniper. All doing well except the Poplar. Your website said deer wouldn't bother the Poplar, one week later the leaves were all eaten off by Mule deer. Maybe the small deer in the East don't like Poplar, but in the West, the deer eat them like candy. I put razor wire around the tree so I hope I can save it. Otherwise I'm happy with the other trees.

I've been using FGT since 2015. Most recently, I purchased two tri-colored dappled willows and a mulberry tree. The willows arrived in poor condition due to what appeared to be mishandling by UPS but FGT gave me a credit for the entire purchase. Most companies would not do that. I will always be a customer.

I ordered 6 Sociaty Garlic plants and one of them die. I asked for a replacement by email to the support department but they haven't even replied back to my email.
My honeysuckle bush had drowned and died when we received over 5 inches of rain in 1 day this past July. I called the company to give them the bad news and within 10 days another another honeysuckle bush was sent to me free of charge. I love this company and will be purchasing more trees from them in the future. Every tree that I have purchased in the past has arrived healthy and larger than expected.

We went together and bought this tree for a friend whose son passed. It came in quickly, lots of leaves! We did the biggest size they had and so far it is planted and doing well! It's a beautiful memorial tree!
Our first tree ordered looked a little puny but we gave it a chance. It just never bounced back. 8 months later we asked to redeem the warranty and it was a very easy process! Tree is doing great and we can't wait to watch it thrive and add to our curb appeal in our front yard!

The tree sent to me is forked at the trunk. It's actually a trunk with a tree growing out of the side. This experience has taught me that it's better to go to a local nursery & purchase trees & plants. I wish it was a better experience but no one would have bought this tree at a nursery & the fact that you are sending customers this quality will not help you get additional business.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
