I was really surprised to open the box and find two banana trees with brown, totally shredded leaves, and one tree not really in the dirt in its pot. I am hopeful these trees will survive to keep my other banana tree company, but at the moment, I'm skeptical.

This delivery had problems as I have experienced in the past. The way my plants were packaged involved the base pot of one plant was at one end of the box and the base pot of the other plant was at the opposite end. The cardboard box has internal features to retain the plants, assuming the shipper keeps the box level. My experience is that they never do. When the box was delivered, it was standing vertically. It had a couple of large holes or tears, Also, one plant had totally released from its pot and jammed into the other plant. I immediately opened the box with the delivery person present and carefully remove the plants. Fortunately, neither were damaged other that the loss of some leaves. Also, the driver told me that this was his last delivery and I can only presume that my box got moved all around as he had to search for all of the other packages he previously delivered. I know you can't control the delivery process, but I would hope that you would no longer double up on the plants in one box. Put just one in a box, base down and label the box excessively as to proper orientation and not to allow other boxes to be stacked on top. That may help, but it sure is disturbing to see the fairly expensive plants I ordered mishandled and in the past damaged, which had to be replaced.
I emailed customer service with the issue of 1/5 trees I received. They responded within a week and sent a replacement
I received a tree, it looked half dead, it had fungus on the leaves. I contacted the company and all they said was to give it time.! Didn't offer to send me another tree that wasn't sick, or a refund.
I had a tree that died and within a week a perfect replacement was delivered.

The box was flattened, full of mulch, and the plants were desiccated. I have them sitting in partial sun on screened porch, have clipped off most of the dead bits, keeping the plants soil moist, and hoping for the best. However, I feel they are beyond revival.
I received a sickly looking redbud and reached out to customer service about my concerns. I had a brief conversation with a woman who was nice, but did not have any ability to answer my questions. She said someone more qualified to assess what was going on with my tree would reach out to me after the weekend. I never received that follow up but I certainly still have that sickly looking tree.
My order had a delay because of a hurricane. During that pause, I realized that the 6 trees I ordered were not in my growing zone and I needed to can them. By the time I made the phone call, the order had already processed. She gave me a refund and said she would fwork at putting a halt to the order. My account as refunded. Thank you, and again I apologize for the mix up!
The tree arrived as described during the ordering process! No issues just a great shopping experience dealing with a company that truly loves what they do!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
