While a replacement plant was dispatched, it took a long time and arrived while I was out of town. The Fedex arrival tracking kept changing, extending arrival to the following day such that I had to call and ask for a refund as the plant would arrive in 100-degree NM while I was out of town for 3 days with no one to look after it. Delivery execution was out of FGT's remit but it was nonetheless something I won't do again. I was partially satisfied b/c the refund was issued.

I needed to get a replacement lemon tree and communicated with customer service. I was sent a new one and am very satisfied.

I'm a repeat customer-not a lot but repeat- haven't had an issue - until this last order- true to their word a replacement tree was on its way with no hassle- this is the kind of business we need to support!

Ordering was easy and the plants arrived fast and healthy. I recommend having your soil ready before the plants arrive.

The first batch died. They were nice enough to send me all replacements. My trees are thriving now!

These trees were poor quality and slammed in a box without regard for the fact the they are living plants.

I wish you had sent better speciums...the one you sent as a replacment was top notch the rest in the original order are not looking all that well.

The tree I ordered was delivered in a beat up box by FEDEX, I called and Fast Growing Trees replaced the tree free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I needed an umbrella type tree and heard about FastGrowing Trees and checked out what they had to offer. Very easy to search the varieties and showed what trees were good for my zone. Purchase was easy. Reasonably priced. Delivered with great care. I've had my tree for a month now and it is doing great! Love my tree!

I've been looking for a reasonably priced Redpointe Maple with no success. I already have a mature Redpointe from a local nursery that I paid more than I can afford right now. Every time I searched for this tree they were out of my price range... until now. The nice-sized tree arrived within 4-5 few days of ordering and in fantastic shape. So very pleased that I might be ordering another one soon!

New property, greatly in need of trees on the 6 acres, but I bought my plants before we had the capability of digging decent holes and setting up reliable watering. I KNEW better - just overly eager. One tree is dead, two others are struggling. We hope to put them in the ground this week, and I'll keep my fingers crossed that they'll make it. Still love your offerings and hope to buy again and have better success.

I had an issue with my order and Fast growing trees replaced my tree immediately. Great customer service

I have used fast growing trees a couple of times. The deliveries have been quite fast. The first tree (lime) came looking BEAUTIFUL and is doing amazing! My LSU on the other hand looked pretty sad and almost half of the leaves have little rust colored spots on them. I am hoping this will not be an issue and kill my tree. Time will tell

I have had very good luck with FGT in the past. The two Italian Prune trees I recently ordered arrived in rough shape. Of course, I expect a great deal of the cause is shipping. The box was clearly marked lay flat, but it most definitely had been stood up, dirt all over the inside of box and the trees had broken limbs and the leaves were lacy. I trimmed them up and planted the next day. So far they are looking ok. The Bay leaf tree was received in pristine order.
