My tree showed up in a collapsed box. It had lost several leaves and had others damaged. It might survive. I emailed customer service and they did not seem very concerned about how the tree arrived.

I ordered 2 trees, a red bud and a dogwood. They arrived pretty quickly but they were incredibly dried out. Leaves are mostly off of them. I planted them immediately and now I'll just have to wait to see what happens. Definitely don't look like trees you see on their website. I certainly did not expect full grown trees but ones that looked healthy, with some sort of football and dirt.
Ordered five 3 gallon butterfly bushes. They packed them in long rectangular boxes with the bases on each end, granted the box say this side up but FedEx is not always going to follow rules on boxes therefore many broken branches. Also all the flowers were expired or dead. Overall the plants did seem healthy despite the trauma they endured. I just expected better from a company that specializes in shipping plants.

I ordered several trees/shrubs and most of them were dead on arrival and could not be revived. This compared very infavorably to The Tree Center, which manages to send robust and healthy trees quickly and in good shape.
I ordered 3 trees. They arrived in 2 seperate boxes. One peach tree was packaged upside down and had lost all but 1 leaf. All trees have put out new growth after planting.
Bushes were a good size and in perfect condition. I will be buying from them again

We planted in ground few weeks later it went dying We don't know what went wrong. Can we have replacement at no charge?

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
