I'd never ordered plants online and was concerned about the quality and condition of what I'd ordered, but they were in great shape and look great planted. They've been getting watered regularly and look healthy. Excellent experience!

My tree showed up in a collapsed box. It had lost several leaves and had others damaged. It might survive. I emailed customer service and they did not seem very concerned about how the tree arrived.
I got two plants, and the packing was imperfect and broke a few brunches; after planting, one is not recovering, and one is doing OK.

I really like the variety this company has along with the information. They replaced a tree for me recently. Although I can get good deals with Clearance sales at the local home improvement stores, FGT has healthier trees.

I ordered 2 trees, a red bud and a dogwood. They arrived pretty quickly but they were incredibly dried out. Leaves are mostly off of them. I planted them immediately and now I'll just have to wait to see what happens. Definitely don't look like trees you see on their website. I certainly did not expect full grown trees but ones that looked healthy, with some sort of football and dirt.
Ordered five 3 gallon butterfly bushes. They packed them in long rectangular boxes with the bases on each end, granted the box say this side up but FedEx is not always going to follow rules on boxes therefore many broken branches. Also all the flowers were expired or dead. Overall the plants did seem healthy despite the trauma they endured. I just expected better from a company that specializes in shipping plants.

I ordered several trees/shrubs and most of them were dead on arrival and could not be revived. This compared very infavorably to The Tree Center, which manages to send robust and healthy trees quickly and in good shape.
I ordered 3 trees. They arrived in 2 seperate boxes. One peach tree was packaged upside down and had lost all but 1 leaf. All trees have put out new growth after planting.
Bushes were a good size and in perfect condition. I will be buying from them again

The plant came well packed and remained intact and alive. I potted it with my own mix of soil and happy to see that it is thriving
I bought a plant which did not make it one month. I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been nicer. She refunded my order and sent another plant. I have bought several other trees which have grown wonderfully.
We planted in ground few weeks later it went dying We don't know what went wrong. Can we have replacement at no charge?
