I purchased an order almost for the last week of Nov. I know due to the holiday it might take longer so I had no other choice to wait. I have the SHOP app so it kept saying in transit. Next thing you know it says delivered. I was like how? One I'm working from home and second my RING app did not notify me. I'm looking at the delivery location and it's show a street that is not my address. I call Lashership and spoke with a gentleman and he stated it shows still at the warehouse (mind my app said delivered) He said he will send the request to be mailed out. I waited a week so I called back and spoke to a nice girl. She stated it shows on her end package was lost. So I asked if if she can send me a letter stating wise so that I can report it to Fashionova. She sent me the letter and I forward it to fashionova and it tooled them FOREVERRRRRR to reply back and of course it passed the 10 days report and my claim got denied because it shows delivered on there end. How if I provided proof the packages was NOT delivered. I am a faithful customer of fashionova and I think they treated me not fair. I'm not asking for my money back. All I'm asking of what I ordered can please be delivered. Then I get a email saying I can get a 25% on my next order! Ya don't want to give me what I spent that was over 100 dollars but yeah my claim was denied so I have to spend more of my money to a company that is not caring.
Very disappointed and I will NO longer purchase from you guys.
I placed an order on 10th of December and paid for international shipping which indicates 4-5 business days of transit. It passed almost two months since then and I still didn't receive the order.
I tried to contact them so many times, and I got no relevant answer, no help, no updates. I asked for a refund last week and they didn't answer at all.
I have been contacting Fashion Nova for 2 years due to ordering from ther website clothes of $200, and not receiving the package. I have contacted customer support, however they told me to wait. After contacting them several times, and waiting for 2 YEARS they told me that I missed the deadline for reporting missing packages (90 days), however, I did not! I emailed them right after 30 days of waiting, even though I had to email them earlier! I want my $200 back. I will report this to the police! SCAMMERS
Fashion Nova has disappointed me in the biggest way. I started ordering from this online store because of its popularity and at first I thought that they offered quality service. Instead, I have been robbed. I made an order weeks ago and NEVER received my items. I contacted fashion nova several times to inquire. A representative admitted that the package was lost in transit. Then they stated it was delivered and proceeded to change the status of the package online. Since then I have contacted the carrier and they have been very helpful in providing proof and even sending numerous emails to Fashion Nova explaining that the item was indeed lost and therefore it was never delivered. Fashion Nova even after admitting that they received these emails has STILL decided to NOT issue a refund or replacements. I spent a lot of money and it will never happen again. I do not know if it is because I am not a celebrity or so but they just do not care. BE CAREFUL!
I ordered woth fashion nova in Early Dec. Never got my package made aclaim the same day waited over a month and a half. Snd they tell me ky claim was denied it says delivered... Unbelievable! Please don't order from this company
I feel so abused by Fashion Nova. I wish I had read these comments before I placed an order for the very first time. I will make it one of my life's missions to shed light on what is going on with this company. #1.) I signed up for all alerts and text messages so that I could be notified anytime my order made progress. NOT ONCE DID I RECEIVE ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION FROM THEM! Not even a confirmation after the initial email... that I had successfully placed an order. 2.) 7 days in... after no status updates... I contacted their instant chat. The auto service stated several times they did not have ANY RECORD of the account number given. Finally, the auto service alerted a real live person to help me. After waiting for about 10 minutes... I was given a confirmation number. I was ecstatic! That ended quickly though! 3.) The company LASERSHIP was responsible for delivering my package. Their website stated the package was "out for delivery" 8 days after I initially ordered! But I received no order that day! 4.) I waited the next day and finally an update! I was told it was be delivered the next day. AND AGAIN I WAITED! No delivery! Finally, I check the TRACK MY PACKAGE tool and it states..."Loaded to the truck at 2:58p... Drove to location at 2:59p... Delivered package at 3:00p" NO FREAKIN WAY THAT IS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE! I never received anything! I ordered items for a women's homeless shelter and now... out of 150.00 and no items!

Comparing to other online stores that I have shopped from in the past, Fashion Nova is not bad. The quality is better than the majority, their customer service is also better, and clothes are cuter. There is always room for improvement in quality.
I ordered from Fashion Nova never received my package tracking showed it was delayed 3 times a when it was delivered it went to the wrong address the carrier reported delivered fashion Nova the tell me because the carrier said delivered that they couldn't help me I had to take it up with the carrier I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied I was able to see the house they dropped the package off it was definitely not my door I couldn't see the address it only showed the package on the ground and the door I tried the explain to the young lady that the package was at the wrong house she then informed there was nothing more she could do but try and contact the carrier that they hired to deliver the package I paid Fashion Nova not the carrier l asked was this their policy on how they handle situations she replied yes this sadden my heart on the trust worthy I now have from this company it's was a package my granddaughter order for a Birthday Dinner not only did she not receive her package she said grandma they not going give me my money Fashion Nova destroyed a young girls trust today
How can you people be so insensitive? I order items with $328 since the 3rd of December, I used my husband's address in the United States so he could bring them to me when he's coming to Nigeria on the 30th of this morning. Today is 28 of Dec, and I didn't get any information on the tracking. He leaves the states tomorrow which means I won't be able to get my order till maybe April because I have no idea when he'll come visit next. I am not happy, this was supposed to be my birthday shoot outfit.
I've CONTINUOUSLY inquired about my order. I've made a total of 17 inquiries using their "contact us portal". My package has not been shipped according to their website. When I ask about my order, I never get a clear answer! I get a generic message that says "Due to the holiday season there is a delay with shipping. Um, a 30 DAY DELAY? Really?! I spent over 100 dollars and I could at least have AN ACTUAL PERSON check to see why my order remains unshipped after 30 days? The customer chat isn't a live agent, but appears to attempt to connect you with a live agent if the computer can't find your order number. There's a clock that ticks down, that tells you how many people are ahead of you. When you get to number 20 it times out! My complaints go unanswered I've requested a refund, and still NO RESPONSE! Here is the kicker, I am a first time customer with Fashion Nova and I will NEVER order fr them again. EVER!
I placed 2 orders about a day apart and still have not received them a month later. If I could rate below 0 I would. No way to contact them either. They are the worst. Never dealing with them again. This is why they got sued early in 2020 and had to make a several millions of $$$ settlement. DO NOT BOTHER
I made a purchase on Nov. 27th got a tracking link stating package was shipped since Dec. 3rd tracking shows my order in Woodridge IL. Now 15 days later Still showing package in Woodridge IL. I am very patient with my online delivery postage I get with all the panademic issue we are having BUT as for Fashion Nova I have had multiple experiences way before covid and decided let me give them another try even placed my order way before the holidays thinking I will get by then and from what I see I am not getting my order no time soon! Dont bother emailing and of course phone lines are cut off. I WONDER WHY! SCAMMERS! Fashion Nova you got me again because of your great deals but I rather pay a higher price and actually get my order. NEVER AGAIN! If you anyone is having same issue contact the BBB website and just search this company you will see the complaints they have on them, right there you can issue a complaint and they will help you. I never had a problem even with the pandemic. Now I placed an order on November 28th and mind you its the 17th and still no package, they tell me I have to wait til the 22nd to have it mailed out when irs already in preshipment. Their customer service sucks even the robot say no such order # and they kick me out :( please save your money
The only way this company will value you is if you have 100k followers or more, if you're a normal consumer you have no value, no voice, no number, have been waiting weeks on customer service sent multiple emails with no response. Ill never suggest this company to anyone, if anything, beware... you dont get a refund if sizes dont fit, and you dont even get a refund for the store credit, none of my clothes fit in the $135 order, fashion nova could give 2 f's
Fashionnova you deserve a 0 not even one star. First off, before this holiday season your shipping has always been a problem. I've order items during September paid for express shipping & my package didn't arrived until 2 weeks later. Not to mentioned a year ago my package got stolen off my doorsteps reported it to both companies & never got a refund. For this company to be so big why don't they have live customer service. You can only email regarding your package or order. Your poor excuses due to the holiday we are overwhelmed with packing & orders. I've order from many different other companies & my packages has arrived. Just waiting on Fashionnova like NEXT YEAR 2021! I guess if you aren't a celebrity or Insta famous your order doesn't matter.
Fashion Nova are scammers. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Their live chat is only with a robot, their phone number is somehow always unavailable and they sometimes don't even respond to emails. You cannot talk to a real person of their customer service. They charged me $37 extra and they don't want to refund me. Plus the quality is $#*!ty. I'm telling you, avoid at all costs.
I'm ashamed to say that I had a really bad experience with this company unfortunately this happened to me twice. The first experience I had I ordered men's sweatpants and a pair of sunglasses from the website. I saw advertisements all over social media so I figured this website would be safe and reliable. Long story short I remember waiting almost a month for my package to arrive (which it didn't). I will try to track my package but nothing would appear. I contacted customer service and they told me that they will investigate with UPS. After week they sent me an email telling me that my package was apparently delivered and there's nothing they can do for me. Remember I called because UPS never updated the tracking location of my package. It took me over a month and a half for this company to tell me that they can do anything for me. Fast Forward, my wife orders over $100 worth of clothes during Black Friday. It's now December 16th 2020 and her orders are lost in transit may I repeat they are lost in transit. Customer care; once again I might add; claims they are going to "investigate"... I'm beginning to feel like this company is robs their customers. Their lack of empathy really diminishes their brand. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company, things WILL go wrong and they will not help you. You've been warned and good luck.
So I ordered from the BOGO my total was 37.00 with the BOGO sale and when I put in all my payment information it charged me 87.00 I emailed them right away and they said they can't do nothing about it if I'm not satisfied I can return and get an e-gift card so either way I still loose. Not satisfied. I've had better experience shein so far has been the best I won't be ordering from here again
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
