When I placed my order I made sure to carefully measure for each article of clothing. Shirts run a size smaller than size chart indicates but I decided to keep. My main issue is I ordered 3 pair of 8" low rise jeans. As you can see from screenshots below they are marked 8" low rise. What I received however are 10" high rise jeans (I incl screenshots of what low, mid & high rise measures for reference). It took 3 messages before I finally received a generic copy & paste response telling me how to purchase a return lable to return their falsely advertised mistakes. I hope fashion nova realizes they just lost A LOT of money from this former customer as I just deleted everything in my cart over lack of customer service & postage on a return lable. They got me, never again. Now I'm stuck paying to return their mistakes to receive store credit that I DON'T want. Due to this company's lack of honesty & integrity I seriously doubt I'll get what I pay for again with my unwanted store credit. I paid credit so it should be re-credited to my card. DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE I DID, shop elsewhere

Awful customer service. They don't provide a phone number. My package never arrived. They used Lasership who has horrible reviews, so many people are accusing the drivers of lying and stealing packages. I received an email back saying I needed to contact the shipper. I've been trying for a month to get my money back or replacement. The shipper just keeps sending me the same emails saying they are opening a case and that someone will respond in a few days. The website for FashionNova states to "check the bushes" if the package shows as being delivered.

I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase anything from Fashion Nova. At this point I am MORE than upset with their service and customer service. I wish I could give a review on their clothing but I NEVER SEEM to receive mine. I have tried and tried and tried with this company to no avail. This is not my first complaint and probably not my last because I will voice my review everywhere that a Fashion Nova shopper can see.

EVERYTIME I place an order through Fashion Nova it NEVER arrives on time. I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM ON TIME OR EVEN CLOSE to the time I was supposed to receive it. I order some items AGAIN, like a DUMMY thinking they would finally do right and NOPE. Order something LAST TUESDAY (Feb 23), paid for EXPEDITED shipping (said it would arrive by Feb 26), it has been 7 days (today is March 2) and I still don't have my item and shipping says "No expected delivery date"
FASHION NOVA HAS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM OR SPEAK WITH ANYONE. In the past they offer NOTHING to compensate for your inconvenience and because the items always come AFTER THE EVENT I NEED THEM FOR, my only option is to return for store credit. WHY WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT FOR A STORE THAT DOES NOT DELIVER MY ITEMS AND ONLY STEALS MY MONEY?!

I guess they feel like I must be dumb anyway because I ordered from them again. I thought not ordering from here for a YEAR would give this company time to get their $#*! together but no. This business is run very immaturely. I feel like this business is being run by 18 year old DRUG USERS who really just don't care. Although, yes, you have lost me FOR GOOD THIS TIME as a customer, I will continue to let people know about this because SERVICE IS TRASH!

At this point I am going to contact my bank and report this transaction as fraud because I cant talk to anyone and I have no idea of when my $#*! will arrive.

I ordered $400 worth of clothes and it said was delivered but I never received it. I contact Lasership and that was no help. Recently I got a message on Facebook where someone found my box of clothes in the middle of the streets apparently the driver didn't want to get in trouble for a missing shipment and marked it as shipped. Fashion Nova and Lasership has horrible customer service. I'm still waiting on my money back.

At first everything was wonderful I have spent thousands of dollars with the majority of my closet it's fashion nova! Now starting this year all of the sun February 2020 their service has become trash! I have four orders out and I have not received one of them and according to one of them there is been where I live for a whole week and not being delivered due to bad weather my jeep is 70° in the winter! They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails, the live chat is a robot and they clearly don't care about their customers after they get your money! They won't get another seat for me and I've already start talking to my bank to retrieve my payments I am no fool and I will get my money back if I don't get my products!

I placed an order to Fashion Nova after receiving an email about a 50% sale. I placed the TAMPA50 discount code and pressed submit. I noticed that when it was processing, the code was removed and/or not processed, and I was charged the full price. I immediately sent an email to customer services, but I was offered another discount code. I am seeking a full refund. This is not fair, especially during a pandemic.

Their system cheats you out of the advertised discount codes and charges you full price. Customer service is horrible. No one is willing to fix the problem. You don't get a response by email and the chat is just as bad. I'm completely disappointed that with a company so advertised that this is how you treat your customers.

The worse customer service i made a claim and they're taken forever to answer it's been 15 days and the clothes is very bad quality.

THE WORST customer service. They don't even really read what you're contacting them about, sometimes never respond and when they do they help solve NOTHING. If anything they're thieves trying not to give me my money back for an item that NEVER came. I use to always shop here but now they are completely canceled for me because this is the second time this happened with no resolution on their end and I'd shop with them all the time. Prettylittlething is a good site, shein and dollskill if anyone's interested in a better shopping site.

Quality is poor, seems are ripped, and items are not described on the site. Customer service does not promise what they say and lie on the call. I was a loyal customer, but not any more. Fashionnova obviously don't care about customers. Would not recommend ANYONE go here. I was on the call for 3 hours five times trying to get my money back for it to go anywhere. It looks very bad on them how poorly everything is operated. Very unprofessional and brush you off the call. The whole place is a disaster and it's run very poorly. This company has the worst customer service.

Maybe around 5 years ago FS used to be good. The quality of items were way better, customer service Dept was not good but better than nowadays.
I bought a pant in December 2020 by mistake, right a way I sent an inquiry asking to cancel the order but I never receive answer, instead I received the item. I had to pay 7.99 for a return level and I sent it back on Jan 14th, 2021. As of today (Feb 11th, 2021) I have not receive my refund, well they don't give you a refund but a store credit instead, which I think it is very disrespectful.

I ordered some Christmas gifts (December 2020) from Fashion Nova, I never received the clothes as well I never got a refund and they didn't respond to any of my emails or calls until February 10,2021, letting me know that they weren't going to refund me and they couldn't assist me any further. This is my first time ordering from fashion nova. The first time I accidentally sent it to the wrong address. Online it doesn't give you the option to edit the purchase so I called and they said they couldn't help me change the address so I had to cancel the whole order and wait for my refund. THEN. Once I got my refund I reordered what I did the first time & I paid for fast shipping because it's close to Valentine's Day so I refuse to deal with any delays. My package came but only one thing was in it out of the two items I purchased. WHAT THE HELL. I paid for Fa shipping and everything & for what? To receive a half of an outfit. This is Complete BS! Never again will I buy from them.

I order a lot and I do mean a LOT of stuff online and this, by far, is the worst experience.
Absolutely nothing fit, it was either way too big or too small and the material is very cheap, like single use clothing almost.
Then I couldn't return some items because they're considered non-refundable even though I couldn't even put them on.
Out of the items I was able to return I had to pay my own shipping so that's another $20 lost and on a $146 order they sent me back $7 two months later.
When I inquired about my return they asked for a picture of the shipping receipt to show the weight of what I shipped back so I could get my money. I followed all the steps they provided to send the items back and nowhere did it say I needed a picture of the shipping receipt. Hopefully I have it kicking around somewhere but after this I will never shop here again.

I made a purchase with Fashion Nova on December 30,2020. I got an email on January 5,2021 stating that there was a delay with my order, no biggie, I assumed it would happen. Then January 20th I reached out and was then told, after days of waiting, that my package was delivered on January 6,2021. But HOW? I hadn't received a tracking number or anything and on January 5, as I stated, my package was being delayed. I got the tracking number on February 5,2021 when someone replied back to my email. It had been delivered to my apartment office. I was unaware and just got my package today, February 8,2021, and two of my items are missing. I don't have my invoice slip or whatever they call it with the list of things you purchased. I am fed up at this point and really considering never buying from them again unless they can refund me or ship my missing items!

My last issue with Fashion Nova turned out to be on my part. They did what they were supposed to do.

I filed a claim for a package that I never received from them. It shows delivered because it was delivered to the wrong address and I have photo evidence from the LaserShip showing that it was delivered to the wrong address. Fashion Nova chose to deny my claim and not give me a refund and not resend out the products. I will never shop there again.

FN charged my debit card without authorization and refused to cancel the order although I contacted them immediately afterwards I ordered a couple of items from fashion nova and when they arrived, some of the items did not look anything like the pictures online, so I sent them back to get a refund. Fashion nova made me pay for return shipping and they also only issued a gift card refund. I went online again last night to place an order using the gift card that I was issued and they charged my debit card instead of my gift card. I called them immediately to cancel the order and refund me my money however they refused. I would like to get my money back as I didn't authorize them to charge my debit card; I wanted to use my gift card. I should not be able to take money out of my account without my permission.
