Entered my promo code to get "30% off" 1st purchase. Charged me full amount. Absolute SCAM, but make sure you contact your bank, dispute the charge, and leave a nice note for all deliveries from Fashion Nova to be refused and returned to sender. Emailed Fashion Nova I disputed with my bank and not to send the clothes. (Emailed because they do not have a customer service phone number) They sent the items anyway. Asked them multiple times not to send because I was already refunded by my bank. They repeatedly emailed me "we cannot edit, alter, or cancel any orders once they are placed." They still continued to send it, and email me EVERY DAY saying they'll try again the next business day. Basically trying to make sure I get the shipment so I have to pay. NOPE! They can't dupe me into accepting the items. They wrongfully charged me an amount much more than I was shown I'd pay. If you overcharge me, I don't want to do business with you. If I dispute the charge, don't send me anything. I don't commit fraud, so neither should Fashion Nova. Everyone MUST know to NEVER purchase from them. They're basically signing up to be overcharged and underserved.
I order a Package of $520 and I was waiting for 2 weeks to be delived which it never happen because it got lost in transit. Fashionnova send me an email saying that it was lost and i had to wait 10 Business days for the claim to be review. Fashionnova never kept me updated and the customer service its very unprofessional. Now that the 10 business pass they said that the packege was delived and i wasnt going to get a refund. I have proof of screenshots I took of the history of the delivery and seems like when i said, why was in austin still? They change it real quick to my location as delived. I called the carrier and she said that it was never delived because it was lost. So nobody can help me and fashionnova doesnt want to give me another order or refund me. Its really unfair that I lost $520 and nobody could help me get a refund. Feels like a scam.
I ordered 15 pairs of panties, all in XL, arriving in three packs of five. They arrived and I tried them on (keeping my own underwear under the new) and 13 of the 15 fit. The two that didn't fit were flowers and wouldn't go higher than my thighs. I intended to call, but calling isn't an option. The phone number listed tells you to email. They told me they don't give refunds to anything with five different price endings (. 99,. 89, etc) nor panties, swim, undergarment... The list is quite extensive, so pretty much nothing. They actually gave me a 25% coupon, like I'm going to use them ever again. Hahahaha. They absolutely should give refunds when the quality of their product is the problem. My butt didn't grow between 13 panties and the other two. Terrible company. Avoid them if you don't have money to throw away.
I bought almost 200$ worth of things and wanted it here before Friday... I made the order Tuesday night with overnight shipping so I knew it wouldn't get here till Thursday... Thursday night comes and I get a text says it's rescheduled... I go to look at the tracking info and I see that they didn't even give the package to FedEx till Thursday morning at 5:36am from 3 states over. How the heck did they think that was gonna make it to me? Why wasn't it sent out and taking care of Wednesday? There was no holiday or anything special. They didn't indicate that they were overloaded with orders and that your overnight might not make it. They also did not offer anything to accommodate. They are a trash company and anyone that gives them attention should stop immediately
Terrible customer service! Fashion nova always send you these prompt messages without a real solution. I order $80 worth of clothes from this company to never received it. I'm completely upset because they won't offer a refund, store credit, or replacement of my items. I've been getting the run around for 3 days now from fashion nova and LaserShip. I definitely won't be order from them again Fashion nova is turning their company into a scheme for money grab. Fashion nova knows that LaserShip is an unreliable shipping company but still continue to use them as a third-party. Be sure to check reviews on both sites before ordering from Fashion Nova & LaserShip because its been many cases of missing or stolen products and they are well aware of.
Fashion Nova does not honor the promotions and sales they offer in emails. This is misleading and false advertisment and they have apparently already been in trouble for it and refuse to fix it. They claim FNFAST is invalid but it showed as valid in the sytem while other codes did not. They refuse to honor the free overnight shipping as guarunteed by the promotion. They keep making exuses. Now we have no idea when our package will be here. This violates laws and rules set in place by a judge in a class action lawsuit brought against them. It also may be violating our ADA rights. We tried to explain this but got generic robotic responses or just down right horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from them again and we BETTER get our package. The musicians and actors who promote their business ought to be ashamed of themselves.
I ordered from Fashion Nova in March. My pkg was taken to the wrong address, delivered by Lazarship, It was $200 worth of clothes. The company would not take responsibility for the pkg being delivered to the wrong address. So Im just out of two hundred dollars. I will never order from fashion nova again. No customer service. Lazarship did not hold the driver accountable. So no one took responsibility for the missing pkg. Truly Disappointed. Use little people help these companies reach their goal of success and then they just step all over use and do not fix their wrong. Again I would never order from them again lesson learned.
I have received wrong orders several times. Has been charged twice for some orders. Impossible to get in touch with a real customer service agent, you only get pre-written answers from bots
I'm extremely disappointed with fashion nova, I placed an order on the 11th which I picked a 4-7 day delivery method. I am supposed to be going on a trip this Friday and my order says it will be delivered on the 27th. When I tried contacting customer service they told me once the order is shipped they have no control over it, which implies after you place an order, it's none of their business to make sure it gets to you. This is not the first time I'm experiencing this with fashion Nova and I don't know what took me back to that site. I'm extremely disappointed.

Fashion Nova stole $49.00 from me. They did not respond to my emails after showing proof of how much the package weighed. I bet they have done this to hella customers making they alot of extra cash

I returned 4 items which included the emails from. The customer rep telling me to add the items I were returning even though their return system only allowed me to return 2 items and I would receive the refund for all 4 items. They refuse to give me the full refund and keep ignoring my request for the full amount after I sent them a photo of the postal receipt. DO NOT buy anything from FASHION NOVA THEY ARE NOT HONORABLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL LIE/DENY YOUR CLAIMS ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE ITEMS BACK.
I am absolutely LIVID with this company! I ordered a few items and never received even though Fashion Nova claims the items were delivered. I requested a refund or reship from the company and they said there was absolutely nothing the could do for me. So they basically STOLE MY MONEY!
My package was dropped off at the wrong address. The carrier took a picture and it shows it's not my address. Fashion Nova representative said " The delivery has been confirmed by the delivery company, once the package is marked as delivered we will be unbale to offer a replacement, refund or credit." I received my order on January 23,2021. I reported a problem with my order January 25,2021. They told me I would receive a refund February 4,2021 and as of April 6,2021 (today) they refuse to give me a refund.
What I ordered was not what I received. They asked for pictures, I have them pictures, they told me on four separate occasions (through email) that my refund was being processed and I need to wait 7-10 business days. For times I waited that long and emailed them to complain about where my money was, and they send me a gift card.
I have told them implicitly they I WILL NEVER order from them EVER again. Their website is not to be trusted. They are frauds. They stole my money, why would I order from them again? I have reported them to the BBB, the FTC and to my bank. I just have to receive the money from my bank because these scammers refuse to do the right thing.

After hearing about fashion nova for years (I don't generally shop for clothes online) I finally decided I'd give them a try after getting a pop up with a sign up for text and get 40% off promotion. Signed up for text and the promo code given was 30% off. Not a huge difference, but when you spend over 1k like I did, the difference is $100+. Called the customer service# and received a no agent available message & after all the time & energy spent shopping I figured I'd make the purchase so my sizes don't sellout and send an email with my concern afterward. Message I received back? We apologize but that promo code isn't working here's a 25% off promo code for next time Which is the same promo available to everyone. So far no complaints on the clothes but I don't spend money where I'm not valued as a customer pics posted validate it all. Get it together fashion nova.
I've got two orders placed. My packages haven't been delivered, it's been weeks. They say, oh well we sent it. Contact the carrier. The carrier tells me to contact fashion nova. Fashion Nova refuses to resend items or give me a refund
This is the email they sent me after my package was left out side buy the carrier and when I spoke to the carrier they stated they left the package outside and marked it delivered. When I spoke to fashion nova they stated that they couldn't even give me store credit for my missing clothes wish is a shame that you would rather lose a customer then do the right thing that show what kind of company this is all I can say is it's definitely bad business all of this over a 53$ package

Over 14,000 negative reviews on BBB and over 10,000 on Google that are all 1 star reviews on this obvious scaming co. Pany Fashion Nova. Site Jabber needs to be ashamed advertising such an illegal company. Where are you getting your reviews. Excuse it isn't from Fashion Nova customers. The company is GARBAGE.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
