About 5 months ago, I purchased some items from Fashion Nova but I end up returning some items which I paid out of pocket to send the items back. I chose to pay this route to use a courier that was accessible to me at that time. But when they issued me an online/store credit, they shorted me by $10.00. I reached out, at that time live customer support aren't available due to Covid and when I tried to call their customer support today, apparently they turn off their phone line to "better serve" their customers and upgraded to call center where you can supposedly chat with a live agent. This is not the case as it would just ask you to fill out some questionnaires and you will just get a response from a bot emails. Hmm, this is their idea to "better serve" their customers more like to better scam their customers! Fast forward, I decided to report them to BBB and Fashion Nova just keep on lying. I wonder if BBB would do something about this. I am sure I am just one of the millions who been scammed by Fashion Nova. If you are reading this and been scammed by Fashion Nova, I would encourage you to file your complains through BBB. This business needs to be shut down. You might just think that you are just losing small $ but in reality due to how they market their scam website, many fell for it and they are actually earning millions out of those refunds that you never receive. Up to this very day, I am fighting to get back the $71.98 which was the cost of the 2 items that I mailed back to them. YES, its not much but just imagine if millions of us were being ripped off by that amount?
I made a purchase for my baby shower and paid $20 for overnight shipping it's stated that it will guarantee be delivered by Saturday as I waited for my order anxiously for the dress I purchased specifically for my special day! It did not get delivered until the next Monday it ruined my whole outfit for the baby shower and I've been trying to call and even reached out this information through the help center and nobody has reached out to me it is impossible to reach out to the company. The service is now online only so no phone lines available, I was robbed of my money for $20 shipping cost! And now no one will reach out to me for a refund.

I placed an order on May 13,2021 during the 11am hour. I choose the overnight shipping for $14.99. Assuming I would get my items on May 14,2021. I received a FedEx message stating my order would arrive between 8:30am and 12:59pm on May 14,2021. 2 pm came and nothing yet. I checked FedEx again and it stated my item would arrive on May 15,2021. So I contacted FASHIONNOVA.com and asked them, since I paid for overnight shipping and your company couldn't send me my stuff overnight, is there a way I could get a refund. Overnight shipping was $14.99. I was told that they would not give me a refund as they have no control over FedEx. As of 8:37 pm I still have not received my items. When I check FedEx, it now says to expect my items on May 17,2021. This is a poor service to offer if you can't deliver when you say you can. I'm writing this review because I don't think this is a fair practice and businesses should not be able to get away with stuff like this. Something should be in place to refund the customer's money if the item doesn't make it overnight. I placed this order for a May 15th 2021 event, even though I paid for overnight shipping two days in advance, I will receive my item 2 days after my event. FASHIONNOVA should stop this fraud practice or people should start bringing lawsuits over the companies that do stuff like that. To anyone that reads this, FASHIONNOVA does offer overnight shipping because friends placed their orders after I did and they received their items this morning but mine seemed to have got lost in transit. I just think there should be a refund policy for something like that. No percentage off the next purchase because I don't know when I might receive my next item. I don't think I will order from this site again.
F*** this company and their customer service. They contract LSO Carrier and the carrier never delivered my packages. Fashion Nova stated they denied my claim because LSO Carrier stated my items were delivered successfully. So now I'm out of my 8 pieces of clothes and money! No one will help, there isn't a contact number to speak with someone live.
I suggest you don't buy from this company because they don't use the major carrier companies. LSO Carrier is a company that steals packages and Fashion Nova continues to use them. Fashion Nova don't assist with this matter, they side with LSO.
My package says it was delivered on the 29th of last month and I still did not get it and you guys will not give me a refund on what is not my fault. You know the shipping company does that and you still sent my things to them I have waited weeks and still did not get my package.
I love they're designs, and whatnot, however, I am dumbfounded that I have been through 4 of their two-tone jeans, and they are still all ripping in the bad areas. I have tried them in bigger sizes even, and still having the problem. I have maintained my weight and mass to date from the very first pair. I am frustrated mostly becasue they just give me a discount code (which is lower than the codes they offer everyone that goes to the website) and send me on my way as if my complaint isn't valid. Like I have had 4 pairs and all 4 have ripped at my crotch area. I am rlly angry with them. Will not buy anything from them due to one pair of jeans. SMH.
This company has been terrible to work with! First, on 12/6 I ordered a gift card as requested by a granddaughter for Christmas. When the card did not arrive, I visited the site to discover it is clothing being marketed to street walkers.(Grandma, pay attention!) So, after 5 emails (this was when they had phone service but no one answered) in the first week of February I received the gift card. I found sweat pants and top, and had them sent to me. I received a confirmation email and tracking number. Two weeks later I checked the number to see they were in Scottsdale, AZ (I'm in Washington) on hold per customer and had been tracked to at least four different stops. And that is where they sat. The only response I got is that it's not FashionNova problem now. I had to contact the carrier, DHL. Gee, I can't reach them. Here it is mid May and now, when I check the tracking it says "ordered" and not anything else.
The customer service is horrible. My boyfriend has ordered a package WITH, might I add, one day shipping. ONE. Not a week or two weeks. I tried to get a hold of them, and they will not answer. I would rate the customer service a zero star if I could.
Traveling. Placed my order 3 weeks in advanced. Selected standard shipping (4-7 days). It's been 11 days and NOTHING. Tried tracking package and my package seems to be stuck somewhere in Jersey for the past 5 days. Emailed Fashion Nova, no reply. I had the same experience during Christmas. I ordered with plenty of time in advance, anticipating the delays caused by the holidays but it seems like this is just Fashion Nova conducts its business. I guess you'll have to pay for shipping in order to be able to get your package when you need it by. If not, sit back and wait for Fashion Nova to send your package whenever they fell like it.
I ordered 3 items from fashion nova and it all added up to $104. I tried each item on for a total of 60 seconds each and nothing fit properly so I returned them all the next day. After them received the items I got an email stating I was only getting $52 back. I tried to call someone and it instantly directed me to email them. I have been emailing them all day and their only response was that ALL OF THE ITEMS WERE DAMAGED. When there is no way possible that they could be. I had kept all the tags in tact and did not wear them for longer than 60 seconds. I have asked to speak with someone in charge or to see proof of this damage and they just keep giving me the run around and saying they can't do anything since the items were damaged. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered with a business and they do not care about their customers.
I got an order from the website and it took over two months for it to get and a lot of back and forth emailing. When the order arrived at my end the pants were too small. I contacted them on how to return the item and the customer rep tells me that I cant return the item and there's nothing they can do about it. Fashion Nova is a legit scam online shopping. Their clothes barely fit and they mispalce your order. Very disorganized company
My first time ordering with Fashion Nova and it was an epic fail. I ordered 3 sweatpants first. Then realized it didn't come with the sweatshirts. So I ordered the sweatshirts too. Well the sweatpants came and then the shirts were tracking to arrive a few days later on 3/17. The sweatshirts never came and when I contacted them on 3/26 they said it's still on the way. Ok I was patient. April comes around and when I contacted them they said it was delivered 3/17. How is that possible? I went ahead and ordered the sweatshirts again bc I needed the set. Never again. $80 down the drain.
I bought a couple of dresses and they came all size L but half of them fit the other half were to small. I have to pay for my return that to be honest I do not mine that much, but when they took my money to gave me store credit I do not like it. So because business are business I will keep buying through amazon, shain or even ross were you can fin same quality and style.
I ordered a lot of fashion Nova over the years because I found dupes for things that were out of my budget. I was okay with it but after some months it got tossed in the trash for being bad quality and not holding up after a couple washes. I haven't ordered there and never will again. Not to mention the shipping experience is so stupid now. You need to pay duty on your parcels and you can do it at the checkout but just sucks.
I contacted them because I did not receive an order that says it was delivered. I followed their steps and all I receive is an automated email response basically stating that it is in the carrier's hands as to where my package is. They can't help me so I can't get a refund or replacement but they send me a coupon code to use for my next purchase. What? No thank you. Will not be ordering from them ever again. Plus the quality of their clothes is nothing great.
Fashion Nova fails in customer service and customer satisfaction. I have been trying to get my package which I paid for however FASHION NOVA does not care about their customers just taking their money. Their investigation process or lack thereof does not solve the customer's issue. What does the management of the company think, by offering a discount code a customer will still shop if they have not received their items in the past. This is my first time shopping with Fashion Nova. I ordered a dress that came with a hole in it. I completed the return process and went to UPS to ship the damaged dress back and I had to pay for the shipping which was more than the dress! I'm not happy at all and I don't feel I should have to pay for shipping with an item that came damaged! I want my money back on the dress and the shipping.
I have never dealt with such a horrible experience when shopping. Because first of all my clothing size I received was WRONG SIZE. Second of all it was defective! And so I let them know and said I had to wait for a customer service person to contact me and was NEVER contacted. So by this point I want my money back and they don't do returns :)

Are usually always order from fashion nova in my packages usually always at my door today. Today was different. No package In front of my door in my mailbox or left in the office. I will be disputing my transaction to get my money back... BULL$#*!
They are the WORST on customer service. The shipping is very poor quality and packages get LOST ALL THE TIME. They will not take responsibility and you'll be out of luck with hundreds of dollars that don't get refunded.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
