Don't get me wrong the outfits are perfect and then girls are stunning... but in every picture it's just women who have big boobs and a big $#*!... I know they wouldn't care if they saw this comment but I have an $#*! but am a A36 and it makes me feel upset that there just advortizing women with like the perfect boobs $#*! and curves.

I purchased a workout outfit with a debit card. The out looked cheap and see through. Found out I could only get a credit.

Order# ******* I Placed an order on May 20th my order said it was delivered on May 21st however I never received anything from fashion Nova on trac is who delivered it to the wrong address I'm assuming and fashion Nova is not trying to reimburse me my money it's so frustrating because my $176 means a lot to me And I want my money back I shop with this company quite often and I have never had this problem but I will never shop with them again

Fashion Nova policy states they are not responsible if the carrier looses your package. You will loose your the merchandise and your money. DO NOT ODER FROM FASHION NOVA. It's a risk!

Worse delivery service so far still did not get my order. Ordered 8th may stalled in reliable hub since 13th may, was supposed to get order 18th may here we are in june still received nothing. Cant anymore it was supposed to be a gift!

Rip off. It's hard to get it right the first time materials often suck or won't look like the pic. And returns are a rip off u have to pay 8 dollars to ship it back and they don't even refund u only exchange. Trash company

So fashion nova uses laser ship to deliver packages. They are HORRIBLE! They threw my package on a sidewalk away from my house and marked as ‘delivered'. Fashion nova will not refund or replace the shipment. FINALLY a Good Samaritan turned it in and I received my items but I WILL NOT take that chance again. Buyer beware!

The quality of clothes are very poor. I returned the items unworn with tags and they didn't refund my money. I got a gift card, which I would not use to buy more cheap clothes and had to pay for shipping. Very tacky company.

Do not order from this company. Go to the Better Business Bureau and read all the 10K complaints. I am still waiting for my refund. It's been a month now.

I only would recommend their jeansmturtle necks and perhaps midi dresses. Out of the whole website, 10% are wearable clothing, the rest is instathot trash! The only reason Fashio Nova is winning on jeans is because many of these stores aren't catching up! Some of us are hourglass shaped! Our waists are small but we are not small on the bottom! Retailers ASSume your waist size determines your overall size! So a small waist automatically means the woman is rail thin! Which is not true! Stp making jeans for athletic/boyish shapes and big women ONLY! Fashion Nova was smart enough to market to hourglass girls! But this is where it ends!
It is not sexy/feminine to wear those tacky clothes! Sex appeal is found in style and femininty not in razor cut coochie cutter shorts sold on that site! There is a reason a certain "Type" of women get their whole wardrobe from there. The type of women that come out in a baralette with biker shorts and 10 inch nails with long rainbow lace fronts! I would never recommend it! Giving them your email is also signing your soul away to them because they will bombard you with their spam mail! DO NOT DO IT!

Paid extra for 2 day shipping and didn't receive until 3 weeks later. Contacted customer service 8 weeks ago and no reply. Never supporting this business again. If you go on "Trustpilot" you'll see nothing but bad reviews. Turns out this site is a huge scam to everyone.

I ordered items off here numerous times never had an issue. This time i ordered items and fashion nova has lasership deliver them and I have not yet received my package. The package says it was delivered which it wasnt. I reached out to fashion nova thinking they would help. NOTHING. Fashion nova told me to reach out to laser ship. Called lasership they told me to reach out to fashion nova. Run around. Fashion nova if you are going to keep having your items delivered by lasership i will no longer want your business.

Their customer service agents (if any) reply using templates that are unrelated to your question(s). They provide you with unhelpful answers which makes you wonder if anyone is really at the other end of the line.
Plus, they use unreliable delivery services. Currently experiencing a delivery delay (hopefully a delay) with my last order. I reached out to them and they made no effort to look into the issue or communicate with this third party that they choose to do business with...
My parcel has been in transit for 7 business days now. They referred me to the carrier... and how convenient was it to find out that the carrier's "Contact us" section doesn't work!

I placed an order for $80.2 dresses, 1 skirt, and 1 pair of sunglasses. My order was supposed to be delivered to GA. It went on a cross country trip from VA, to CA, to NC, to NJ, to GA and was "delivered" when it was not actually delivered. I was home and own a dog that would bark if someone pulled up to our house and she did not. Either it was never actually sent or someone during the shipping process stole it. I'm aware people can have stuff stolen off of their porches but this seems to be a common occurrence with both FashionNova and their shipping company. I did not read reviews until after my order had shipped and it went on a tour of the Country, I now know better and will never order from them.

Ok first of all I was utterly disgusted with how Fashion Nova handled their customers. They send you these scripted messages when you try to get help over a lost package. They take 2 weeks to get back to you to say let us "now" look into it and then 2 days later say yeah it was lost in transit. Like duh I could have told yall that because it was over a month late! It gets better though. Asked for a refund and they instead gave me store credit for over 300 dollars worth of things.
I said you know what i already lost it anyway got some new stuff with the store credit just for laughs and instead of choosing standard I chose expedited and what do I see, its freaking Fedex! And, they actually sent it out on time. It baffles me why they don't discard the other service because Fedex has always been professional.
We will see how the quality of clothes comes out when it arrives in 2 days. Look out for the update.
