I placed an order through Fashion Nova Men for my son for his senior pictures. Ordered his items a month before his pictures and here we are still waiting on the items even though senior pictures has come and went. I have reached out customer service 3 times and by the 3rd time they finally sent a b. S email stating that I could not cancel my order because it was already shipped yet 3 weeks later I still have not received anything nor I have a received any email about my order being shipped. Now when I go on Fashion Nova Help Center because if you call customers they send you straight to that link and when I put my order number in the tracker remains in the same spot stating that I made the order. Now when I try to send an email with my order number it keeps telling me that my order number is invalid. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. This was my first and my last time dealing with this company, D

Do not shop here if you need to speak with a customer service rep because there isn't one. Do not shop here if you want answers on your order in a timely manner because it doesn't happen that way. Do not shop here if you want to get a refund on your order because that is nonexistent!

I purchase clothes from fashion nova I am aware that once let the warehouse that they have know control of shipping but when it brought to your attention you have to make it right saying that I purchase merchandise from fashion nova estimated date received were 15 of March that day came and left week later still know idea were my merchandise so I emailed fashion nova they beat around the question you ask they don't want to refund your money and when they do it not the refund you paid for make it make since if I brought 133 dollar in clothes how you only refund 33 dollar back I wasn't math major in school but even I know that not right saying I had outstanding balance which was a lie just to keep from refund my money back lesson learn I know my voice not going to break are make fashion nova but it is my last time buying merchandise from them they say no shipping fee that a huge lie alot time we don't look at our receipt you are being charged for shipping

I wish I can give four thumbs down instead of one star. I had purchased some bell bottoms jeans from Fashion Nova. When I received them in the mail, needless to say, the quality was poor, so I sent them back for a refund. I chose to pay in four installments with QuadPay. When I reported to QuadPay that I had issued a return to Fashion Nova BEFORE the last two installments were paid. QuadPay STILL took the installments out AFTER Fashion Nova RECEIVED the returned items. If you are reading this PLEASE PLEASE DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM FASHION NOVA THEIR ITEMS ARE CHEAP AND IF TRY TO RETURN IT YOU WILL. NEVER. EVER. GET YOUR MONEY BACK! BIG FRAGGLE ROCK SCAM! NO DIFFERENT FROM YOUR LOCAL-HOOD FOREIGN OWNED CLOTHING STORE THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THEY'RE NOT FOLLOWING YOU AROUND THE STORE!

The models they use all look like pr-stitutes and it's disgusting, I would not recommend giving money to these people. We don't need to keep seeing these fake bodies 24/7 on insta. I've seen fashion nova recommendations multiple times on my insta.

Horrible customer service! You can't speak to a real person and have to email. Emails are not responded to. Merchandise is not delivered and refunds are not granted.

Every since you guys started this LaserShip it has been pitiful and nothing comes on time anymore as planned. Fashionova makes wayyy to much money for such a $#*!ty service no wonder Lasership has 1 star and all bad reviews.

Fabric too thin. Too big. Not for natural curves for enhanced(bought and paid for curves) and the company charges for 2 shipping fees (1 you pay upfront before you can get the prepaid label. And then again after they receive the merchandise) and gives you less than half your money back in store credit saying you damaged it when you started the return process the same day you received the dress. It's a damn joke. The whole company.

I'm not about to chase them I reported them to the BBB. Scammers and thieves it's really sad so please don't order nothing from thing again. They have went down tremendously so don't wasted your money and time. I will keep filing a complaint against them.

What a nightmare of an experience with Fashion Nova. They stole $95 of my $ sending my return e-gift card to a nonexistent email. They will not let me update the email telling me I'm just out of luck. BASICALLY stealing my $. There is no option to update my email or no customer service phone #. I paid for a return shipping label & returned the clothes & was told sent e gift card to am email I had 5 years ago that no longer exists. They won't update or send to my current email. THIEVES! HOW IS THIS LEGAL?! I have spent thousands on this website & now will lose ALL my business over $95. Do not spend your $ here!

I ordered a pair of skinny jeans based on the product description and their size charts. Based on my waist measurements I order the size where I was just shy of having to go to the next size. By all means these pants should have been a smidge snug. So I get them and they were too loose!

So I contacted them right away. Buyer Beware! I have to purchase the return label so now I have to pay for shipping twice and have no product to show for it and on top of that they DO NOT refund your money. They send you a digital credit code to be used on future purchases! Like I am going to be stupid for a second time and order something else from them! Like I am going to trust their clothing sizes.

This is a scam! It is a rip-off to for the comsumer and a profit booster for the company. At least with the other online shopping website that begins with A, you get free returns on clothing that is not as described! Do Not use this company!

Their shipping process is the worst. This is the second time this has happened with me. Shame on me right.! I've paid for expediting shipping ($9.99) and my items never came twice. The first Time it took them about eight months to give me a full refund. Like I would really like to know what is going on with them in their warehouse. They have given me the runaround told me that it was FedEx or UPS's fault that I haven't received my item when clearly the shipping label has been made and it is still sitting in their warehouse in California somewhere.

I love fashion nova jeans. No I LOVED their jeans. You can't get ahold of any customer service. Also the help center is absolutely no help whatsoever. Never ordering here again. Terrible service and should be changed if they want to keep customers

I usually spend hundreds of dollars with Fashion Nova a month but won't be ever again. On June 30th FEDEX completely lost my order. I paid for overnight shipping. I opened a claim and was told by fedex to contact Fashion Nova for a refund. I contacted fashion nova and was told I had to wait ten days. I did that. Its been 17 days. I sent another email to fashion nova with the resolved fedex claim number. Now Fashion Nova is completely ignoring me and will not respond to emails/claims made via their own website or honor the FEDEX claim. They will not help me at all. It's a shame they treat their loyal customers like crap. I'll have to dispute this with my bank. I'll never spend money with them again.

Do not buy anything there. The company is a complete FRAUD. You buy cloths that look so good on the picture and you receive a complete trash. Then you claim a refund, and only when you ask for a refund they are kindly tell you that they will only provide you a store credit for another trash that you can buy. I would not mind to receive a store credit from a legit company, but not from this fraud website. They do not have any phone number to contact them and respond only with automatic emails. Unfortunately have to take that to the court

I returned some items purchased at my expense and never received my gift card credit due to they sent it to an incorrect email! Yes, it's my fault for inputting the incorrect email address when I originally purchased the items (human error) but when they sent me the return labels they were able to send it to my correct email address and I noted my correct email address on my return items but the gift card credit was still sent to the incorrect email and after speaking with a live chat representative, they couldn't change it to my correct email address due to company policy! How inconvenient is that?! And now I'm out of shipping cost and my items purchased! Way to screw a consumer Fashion Nova! I will never purchase from you or refer anyone!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I placed an order with Fashion Nova on May 27th, 2021. On May 28th my items were supposedly shipped. On June 7th I contacted Fashion Nova because they hadn't provided a tracking number for the items that were shipped May 28th. Fashion Nova contacted me and let me know that their shipping company "lost" my order, so they reshipped it to me. A pair of jeans that I originally ordered were no longer available. Fashion Nova reimbursed me for those. When I finally received my order, none of the garments fit, so I printed a $7.99 shipping label provided by Fashion Nova to return the items. Fashion Nova received my return on June 25th, 2021 and they told me to wait 5-7 business days for my refund, which they promised in writing via email as a one-time courtesy they would return my refund to my original purchase method. On the seventh day they decided to tell me that they can't give me a credit nor are they able to refund me because they can't refund nor credit reshipment items. So I basically gave fashion my money, the pandemic must have put them through some hardship. Taking people's money is ignorance.
