First i'll say that the order i received was made of very cheap material, the zipper was broken due to material being snagged in it. It was a reshipment because my original order NEVER CAME, i reached out and asked for a refund because i never agreed to the reshipment in the first place. I sent over 10 emails and was ignored every time! This has been the worst experience, NOT WORTH THE HYPE AT ALL.
WORST EVER. I ordered a package from them since the 6th of October, it said it would've only took 4 days this is going two weeks and still nothing. I decided to send an email to help center they're saying it was delivered to the carrier facility. I contacted the carrier facility, they're saying they haven't received anything from fashion nova. It's crazy and foolishness. This was my first time ordering and I will not be ordering anything anymore. Really bad experience.
Every item is total junk. BELOW 99cent store quality. There is no concept of making sizes correct or normal or close to what thier size charts promise. The company doesn't even care about if it's wearable or not. They just take your money and refuse to refund thier unwearable stuff even when you PAY to return them immediately as received. This company is a scam and should be ashamed of their dirty business practices. Several pieces where not even stitched all the way. One was covered in glue substance. All had extremely strange shaping with the tiniest neck holes. Absolutely ridiculous rip off. I'm so mad at these people for refusing to make it right.
Beware if the sizes because their clothes can not be true to size and then when you want to return, they don't give you a refund, only a gift card and they charge you to return it. When I returned, my purchase was $78, I had to pay $7 for a return label, and then I only got $52 in store credit. This place is a joke. Using my store credit and not shopping here anymore.
I ordered from fashion nova on 24 August but still did not receive my parcel. Online it shows parcel is delivered but i did not get it. I emailed at fashion support several times but no response from them. I even left massage on instagram no reply from there. Then i tried contacting them trough twitter but no help from there as well. There is no customer service number to call or other way to track my order. I paid full price for my order but did not get my order. Their service is horrible at least return my money if they cant provide my order on time.
This outfit is everything ladies. It's the perfect amount of class and sexy. It has amazing stretch and it fit the girls pretty good. I'm a 40G. This is a must buy.
Be aware! I placed my order on Aug 18th and it's 2 days shy of 3 weeks since then and I still haven't received my order. Keep in mind, I paid for "rush" shipping. Fashion Nova refunded that back a week later. I requested for a full refund for my entire order and the blaming game started. Fashion nova uses Ontrac as their courier and they blamed Ontrac for the delay in my order. I called Ontrac and they didn't have a valid address for me and blamed it on Fashion Nova for not entering it in properly. Needless to say, Ontrac corrected my address and ensured I would receive my package two days later…. Do you think I received my package then? I'm glad you asked. The answer is NO. I called and spoke to management at Ontrac, no help was rendered and it's a holiday weekend (labor day) so, I was assured I'll receive my package the day after Labor Day. The event I bought my outfit for was 2 weeks ago. PLT came through with quick shipping, though :)
I have never come across a more useless customer service department in my life. Once you make an order, NOTHING will be changed. The return policy is the most self-serving, ridiculous policy I have ever seen. How can you possibly have a "final sale" policy on online purchased outfits? How can anyone possibly know how something will fit and look on you without trying it on?
If I could rate this e-shop à zero star I would. I have been waiting 4 MONTHS for à 250$ worth order. It is INSANE. I have never experienced this while shopping online. I email the company, and they barely answer.

I have been trying to contact FashionNova for weeks about a package that a third party stated was delivered. The company is not a reputable company for delivery. I was told via email that I would not receive a refund or my items would be replaced, but I am having to pay something I never recieved. Please reconsider who's delivering your packages because LSO in Texas sucks. I have reached out to you guys and LSO and no one knows where my package is I have to pay over a $100 bucks for items and you will not make no one accountable for the lost package.

Never ordering a single piece from them again. I tried them and have bought five items so far. N I cannot change any to get a bigger size and the return u get very little money back. They will fail due to how they treat their customers. It's completely unfair. One thing about their clothing they run small. I am a medium but their medium is tight on me now am just stuck.

The customer service delivery of Fashion Nova is unacceptable. I made a recent order and purchased matching outfits for a birthday party and paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, the package came three days after the expected delivery date. This resulted in me purchasing more expensive outfits for the occasion. I asked Fashion Nova to provide a full refund as it was the COMPANY'S ERROR of late shipment and they explained to me they are unable to process my full return. But, yet, they provided the refund for the added shipping cost made. Given that I had to spend money elsewhere and I am not a frequent shopper on Fashion Nova, they still did not provide me with my refund. This was such a disrespectful response. I would encourage anyone who is reading this to not buy products from this store. I do not like the fact that you are unable to receive your money back and instead, get store credit? Just terrible experience.
If I could give fashion nova zero stars I would. Tracking shows that my parcel has been in the city where I reside for about two weeks now. I live in Canada so I am not sure how the shipping process is in the US but they told me once my item is shipped from their warehouse "they have no control" from then on. This means that they expect you to call the carrier. You won't be able to get ahold of the carrier (RR Donnelly) and if you look online at the reviews for that carrier they are awful. My parcel has still not arrived even though it was supposed

The reason I'll never order from you online is because of your preferred shipping courier LSO. They fail to deliver many consumers packages & packages without stealing. Id rather shop somewhere who uses professional couriers like UPS, USPS, FEDEX.

I have tried contacting Fashion Nova on 5 occasions, to the point now they do not respond to my emails. Fashion Nova case #*******, #*******, #*******, #*******, and #*******. They felt as though with me having spent $81.28(usd) they wound refund me $10.69(usd) and give me a 25% discount code that expires 31AUG21 to resolve the issue. HOWEVER, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS and Fashion Nova is no longer contacting me back about my issues with my order. This is not acceptable customer service nor is this a way to conduct business. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Where is my order? It originally said it would arrive August 18th. Then it kept getting pushed back. And now It's August 21st and I still haven't received it. DONT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA. I spent over $150 and still haven't gotten a refund or help.
I paid for express and was told I would receive my package August 11, then august 17, my package is still not here. I needed the outfits for my gender reveal. Extremely disappointed, as now I have to buy other outfits. Mislead, worst customer service, also the discounts DO NOT work, they will send you email after email with "sales" but when you enter the "codes in" they do not work.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
