After shopping with Fashion for the past 3 year I'm so disappointed with this company. On September 21st I made a purchase of $218.76. When I checked the status of my order it says that it was delivered on the 24th at 4:56pm. I did not know the package was delivered by FEDEX(big mistake) anyways I contacted FEDEX the driver lied and said that he rung the bell and someone buzzed in (LIE) and he left the package in the hallway(LIE). When I got home to view my camera it showed the driver left the package on the front porch at 4:56pm at 5:15pm someone rode up on a bike and stole the package. I emailed fashion 8 times since 9/24 only to get a reply "we received" email. Today 9/30 I received an email stating that their findings were "the package was delivered" and that I should check with my neighbors. This is frustrating and I will never shop with them again. It's bad enough they don't offer refunds so you are forced to shop with them. NEVER AGAIN! MY ADIVCE TO FASHION NOVA YOU NEED TO REQUEST SIGNATURE OR USE ONE PARTICULAR CARRIER. ALSO THERE SHOULD A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. INSTEAD OF A BS REPLY EMAIL
Their carrier stated they delivered my package and it was never delivered. I had to make 3 claims in order for them to reach back out to me and when they finally did fashionova did a 2 hour investigation and stated the carrier said it was delivered and they cant do anything PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they are STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY SERIOUSLY!
They use Black woman styles and hire tranny looking mexican/ white girls with bodies that they bought to look like Black women instead of hiring the REAL style inspiration!

I ordered hundreds dollars worth of clothing from Fashion nova a month ago and just went to track my order and it says that my package has been lost and cannot be delivered. I would either like my package or like a refund but there's no way for me to get ahold of anybody from this company
I ordered two dresses and still haven't receive them. I order them for an event and i wasn't able to wear them. It has been 20 days and still they haven't been shipped but in the page it sees they have been shipped when i called and ask they didn't even receive any package from fashion Nova. Liars. I will cancel the order and will never order with them again. You guys suck!
Let me start with ive been ordering cloths for my wife from fashion nova for about 2 years have spent thousands of dollars and for last month fedex refuses to deliever their packages to my house i believe its race based because i get all my other packages from fedex just not from black owned company and now fashion nova who used to have great customer service when you would call but now wants you to use their website only for problems and no one will call me to help at all no calls at all

Prices are so high and the quality is rubbish stuff you find on Aliexpress for $5 they sell it for $30 lol shipping takes forever almost a month to australia. Tell me why I've been writing this company for the past two weeks. I Accidentally made two of the same order, because my phone had froze, I thought my first item did not went through but it did, without me realized it went throug that was on there app. When I saw the payment on Quad pay I email fashion nova right away emailing them about my issue. TO HELP ME fix my problem I have not yet got a respond. They have no numbers, only email. Since I use Quad pay, so I called them as well they say fashion nova is the only one that could handled it. They charged me for two of the same items and sent it to me in two weeks later. Since September 4th I've been writing this company, now it's September 20, i just received both of the items 4 days ago, that means my email was ignored. Now two of the dresses don't fit, can't get no help on how to return these items. I'm stuck with 6 dresses that does not fit and also they look alike dresses. No one from this company email me back whichis very upsetting. This company is poorly of helping their customers, they have no customers service, no professionals conduct. If you buy from them you are stuck with items that don't fit. I will never order from them again, because this is the second time, last time this company did this it was because they was moving to a wear house, now they should have employees responding to emails from customers issue. Fashion nova ONLY! Responded to celebrities which I think that's bias.

I ordered on 9/3 and did overnight shipping, the pkg was marked delivered on the 5th@2:51…. I was home all that! Contacted Fedex about the situation bc of course you can't talk to Fashion Nova Fedex said they delivered at my door and I knew that was a lie bc I have a Hub that all my pkgs go in! Fedex marked it as lost and Fashion Nova still want give my money back or at least the items! I will never order anything from them again! Mind you I reported this on the same day it was supposed to be delivered and I'm just hearing from them now
I placed an order and got a delivery date. Once that date past there was another and after that date pass there was no other date. I then proceeded to contact customer service to let them know why was going on. They then gave me the option to refund or reship. I still wanted my order so I decided to reship what they had from my order that was available. I got the updated information and delivery date. The delivery date once changed again to the next day. The next day came and it was marked delivered. I waited 2 days to see if maybe there was a delay but nothing ever came. Still as I'm typing this I haven't recieved my order and now customer service say I can not get a refund because they reshipped and it says delivered. I have never experienced anything like this. Ordered over $200 worth of clothes. Tracked my order, Ontrac Delivery (They are known thieves) sent a delivered text and email. Literally went to get it right after I got the text. NOTHING. I checked with my neighbors all up and down my street. Nothing. Fashion Nova tells me sometimes they deliver 48 hours after they mark it as delivered. WTF?! Fashion Nova thinks we are that dumb. Also, Fashion Nova has a disclaimer that they aren't responsible for the shipping company THEY hired losing your order and will not issue a refund or replacement. Scam! Fashion Nova will rip you off!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
