I have never had a problem with your merchandise! I buy all the time. My only suggestion is this: Each item has different measurements. XL has a bust size that can range from 32 to 45. It would be great to filter tops and dresses by bust size.

Fashionnova is easy to use with quality items to choose from. Recently we had a house fire and all of my clothes were burned. Great quality and unexpected perks! The reason I took off one star is the long time it takes to get a reply when there's an issue. Sometimes I don't even get a reply. I email Customer Support because that seems to be the only way to get in touch with anyone. It used to be that I'd get an immediate reply but now it's days later, if at all. The reply is usually helpful, so that's good.

Everything is brand new, I have no complaints whatsoever. I absolutely love shopping on fashionnova.

My only complaint is that they have really raised the prices especially on other items. Some items are priced are reasonable.

I shop for clothes and shoes almost exclusively on FN. Over the years, there have been many items that didn't fit or weren't quite what I expected, but returns are very easy and the really great finds made it all worth it.

The flip side is, the number of items available is sometimes overwhelming. Luckily, there are many ways to limit your search. I love the super-easy return process.

The ease of ordering, and if I am not 100% pleased, just send it back. The prices are so reasonable, I can have 3 X the outfits I normally would Thanks, FN. What a wonderful concept for those who cannot buy $$$$ stuff.
