They have no phone line to call. Its all email and seems to be automated responses. I ordered something on 11/4/2021 and it was 2nd day Fedex. Delivery was supposed to be made on 11/8/2021. It is now 11/17/2021 and I havent gotten a refund or a new package sent out. Fedex says the shipper (fashion nova) needs to contact them to file a lost package claim but their automated email service doesnt understand this. 0 stars if I could.

I'm so tired of this company! I hate this company! If your going to order anything from here DO NOT, and I REPEAT do NOT PAY EXTRA FOR RUSH SHIPPING, NEXT DAY OR EVEN TWO DAY SHIPPING! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST FOR GETTING ITEMS TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER OR IN THE TIME FRAME YOU PAID FOR! I paid $15 for rush shipping (not to mention over $600 for my entire order) and never did the company mention there could possibly be unexpected delays on their site until you pay the money then check tracking and to your surprise it's there! My package was suppose to be here today! According to tracking I won't get it until the end of week. This has happened so many times with this company! Too many to count. This company does NOT give refunds, they do exchanges. How inconvenient. Instead when there's an issue, your offered a low percentage off your next order. This company is all about money. Customers come last! Believe me when I tell you! I've dealt with them for years now and this was it for me! They will never get another penny from me again! Don't waste your time no matter how "cute" the clothes look. I've spent thousands upon thousands with this company. The clothes are just ok. Most of the time the sizing is off and the color you receive is NOTHING how it looks on the website. Shoes always run small. Clothing material for the most part is thin and cheap. I have piles of clothes I never wore because I refuse to be inconvenienced by not only waiting for days for my shipment, but returning the items and waiting for several other days just to get a store credit and buy more stuff that possibly won't fit right. Im over it. It's worth giving it a shot if you never shopped with this company, but I wouldn't recommend making this company a frequent go-to for clothes.

I made my first purchase with fashion nova and the dress that I bought didn't fit as expected so I paid out of pocket to send it back right away for a refund and got a merchandise credit instead? Since I wasn't given much of a choice, I decided to just use the credit on a different item and to my surprise, the credit never applied to my order charging my credit card in full instead!? Now they send me an email basically saying oops sorry but you'll get another store credit. What!? I will never buy anything from here again and would not recommend it. Horrible and disappointing experience

It's so stupid that I can't even get an answer about my problem. I've sent them my email and even looked up their numbers, which didn't even fricking work. Also the fact that I can't even cancel my order is ridiculous. This help center thing they have going on is just lazy.

I placed about 4 orders with this company. They were not clear about refunds, meaning the money they took from my credit card took immediately, now all they will do is give you a gift card. I do not want a gift card, I want my money back. This in a way is like being a hostage. I spent close to $400.00 dollars with them and now they will not issue a credit to my credit card. I only learned about this so-called policy after reading reviews. I worked very hard for my money and I do not intend for them to get by with these practices. They have no right to operate like this in the USA. I will never order anything from Fashion Nova again. I need my money back. BUYER BEWARE

I have not received any of my packages. The first time i couldnt get a refund because it was marked as "delivered" i let it go since it was only 40 bucks. I ordered again to my other home adress and still no package again once again no refund or replacement. Theyre scammers.

I submitted for a return amd chose drop-off at USPS as opposed to printing out my own shipping label. I immediately tried to switch and pay the $7.99 shipping label so I could easily drop it off. However, customer service contacted me and said they could not change what I had already selected. I took it to USPS and it was $19 to return! Absolutely absurd on fashion nova‘s end. It's almost 2022 and they claim they can't adjust how a consumer can make a return. Also keeping in mind it's not a full refund, rather store credit. I will not be messing with ordering fashion nova again. The clothes are not worth the hassle.

I've told them cancel my orders since 10/20/21, they told me wait a few days. It's now 11/13/21 & I STILL haven't heard from them or received my order. They won't refund my money so I'm contacting my bank. Screw this company

I was doing my Christmas shopping and spent hours looking for everyone and I check every now and then to check that everything is in my cart 400.00 dollars worth of stuff was friggin dumped. I looked up and there were 2 item, screw this, di you have any idea how much I can't stand this website right now? How much of my life was wasted. Fix your $#*!ing site. It's slow and takes forever to load anything, skips around it isx a pqinn. Even with all that loss of time and aggregation I still love you clothes, went to a similar site and ordered 1 time in will never do that again, clothes were cheaply made. Horrible. So please fix your site so it's professional. Don't make me buy cheap clothes out of frustration. Thanks

I ordered 4 items on their website on Oct 17th and I got an email a couple days after that saying that it will be delivered oct 25, sounds good. NO! On Oct 25 the tracking disappeared and I couldn't get any information on my order. So on Oct 28 I checked again and I finally saw my order and it was in a warehouse where I live. I emailed them on Oct 30 and never gotten a response back. I'm really annoyed cause I paid this on Afterpay for $60. SO I finally called customer service on Nov 1 who does the shipping and even she said that it's still in the warehouse and she will send me a new tracking for it and that it will be shipped in the next 2 days so which would be the Nov 3… NO I didn't get anything at all and I checked today Nov 12 and it says it was DELIVERED ON OCT 25?!?!? WTF
Honestly I wouldn't even buy from this company, y'all probably wouldn't even get y'all's stuff and they will lose your items that YOU PAID. Fashion NEEDS to do BETTER!

I am a first time buyer, I purchased an item that ended up being to big. I sent it back and they do not cover your shipping cost. The purchase was $45, the cost of shipping was $30. They are so thief! I would never buy from them again. Be careful. For a company that is popular, you should have covered shipping for your customers.

I got some clothes for my son, because i heard so much about this website. I send a lot of money on the order. But just know that i never received the packet. The people that they use to delivered my order they deliver the packet to a different address. When i told them they did not do anything. Plus fashiNova told me they can give me my money back or a credit. Because they got an email saying it was delivered. But i never got it. Lost my money and my son order. I email them no one never called me or returned my email. Is sad how this company can take people money like nothing. Will never buy from here again.

Buying Clothing online requires trying on items and more often than not… returning something. Fashion Nova not only makes you pay for shipping on all returns, but they give you gift certificates for your returns that can only be spent AT FASHION NOVA! How whack is that?! I'm so done with this place!

I purchased a jean jacket through Afterpay. The jacket was awful... three times too big. God awful material. They advised I could get a gift card. I don't want any product from Fashion Nova. The quality of their clothing is not good. This was their third strike our for me. Keep your money.

I ordered 3 packages and only recieved 2 of them. The bootleg carrier they used to deliver my stuff I filed with them however Fashion Nova has yet to respond to the fact that my order is missing. I am now out $100 but that's not the problem my issue is no communication. I want my stuff or atleast a account credit. I am highly irritated.

I honestly don't know why I even shop here. If you're an apple shaped plus size girl, you can forget ordering anything from this website. You have to PAY to return the stuff that doesn't fit. THEN you don't get your money back. You get store credit which is useless when NOTHING FITS.

Please be aware! I ordered several items and they never got to me. Fashion Nova is using a cheap shipping company called Laser Ship. Laser ship reviews are horrible. They are known for stealing packages. Two men pulled up in a car and one got out came half way through the yard without a package got back in the car and drove off. They put in that a package was delivered and forged my signature. Fashion Nova never reached out. Their policy is if the carrier confirms delivery there is no money back or store credit. That means if you buy and it never arrive to you your $#*! out!
