Customer service is the absolute worst. Returning items is a huge hassle. They made me pay for returning the items, which came out to be $20, then they refuse to give me my full refund for clothes that still have tags and everything attached. Customer service refuses to solve the issue with no explanation. Will definitely stick to Shein, so much better.
This Is the worst place to get something if you need it fast. My order was supposed to be here the 17th then it went to the 20th then the 21st now the 22nd. And there's no way my dresses will be here by Christmas because this site fails to tell you the right date it's going to get to you. I am so angry at the fact i spent $50 on a dress that i can't even wear anymore because it won't be here in time at the rate it's going. $#*! Fashion Nova. For not only that but for refusing to let me contact them about my problem saying i have to wait 24 to 48 hours when ive waited well over that. Who's to say the dresses are even good quality anyway. I will never buy from this brand again.
This company is very unprofessional. I have constantly had issues with my orders and attempt to email them but receive no response. I pay $20 extra for rush shipping only for it to be arriving two weeks later.
This place has always been awful with their return policy and customer support but now it has gotten even MORE terrible. First of all, there is absolutely no email or no number that you can contact anymore if you have an issue so good luck with that! They absolutely lie when the say the stupid "all of your questions can be answered online" and now I have to waste my time here to vent to you. First of all, the quality is SUPER hit or miss. They upped their sizes on everything so nothing fits me anymore and I can only do online credit even though I don't want to buy from here anymore so that's a waste of money! They also make you PAY to return items even if it's not your fault you have to return it and good luck trying to find the item in store to try on there. And again, there is now 0 customer service, honestly, even those sketchy Chinese clothing stores have better customer service now, so I would honestly never buy from here again. They used to have some sort of customer service number and even a headquarters where I was able to be assisted back in 2015. This place is SO overrated and sucks. Think x5 before buying from here. I honestly prefer SHEIN over this scam artist company now.
They have the worst customer service (which is pretty much NONE) no telephone number to call. They don't refund you when you return and they want to force you to take a "gift card" instead of your money back.
The took 3 days to even process my order and it said my order would arrive on a certain day but because of how long they took, it was pushed back 4 days causing me to miss my entire order because I had to leave to head overseas for work. An order that should have taken days to get from CA to AZ has taken nearly a month and who know when it will arrive because now i am out of money and without the product. They Do not care! Do yourself a favor and just shop with Shein.
Ordered my package on 12th Nov and still hasn't arrived. Website says 15 days delivery for international shipping (am in Australia) but it has been stuck at the terminal since 20th Nov and has not moved, no updates no nothing. Customer care won't even help its a waste of time. Never again will I shop here and would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from Fashion nova to think twice!
Clothes mess up your skin with ink, their return policy sucks. I'm still trying to return something back and can't. Their clothes come damaged and ripped. They have horrible customer service. I will never buy from them ever again. They stood with my money because I never got a reply from them or how to return an order I made for my money back.
I have 3 orders placed over a week ago and paid for expatiated shipping. The dates their website gave me kept changing and now show NO delivery date. With no customer service number to call and SPEAK to a LIVE person it is UNACCEPTABLE!
Clothes are OK, sizing is all over the place for jeans and the length is very long. I tried to initiate a return and that is where the nightmare started. The system would not let me return all 4 items (it was buy one/get one free), bc 2 were marked as costing $0 and would only let me return the 2 that has cost associated with them. I emailed CS 3 times, sending them screenshots of the issue and every time I got a canned response about returns that had nothing to do with my situation.
I send the 4 items together and explained on the return why I am able to select only 2 and included the original receipt. I only got partial refund (50%) and absolutely no way to contact anyone to fix the issue. When I email support, I get another canned response, directing me to their help center, which is no help, bc there is no way to submit a ticket or reach a human. I ended up having to dispute the transaction with my CC company. I wasted so much time dealing with this inept company.
They took two weeks and still gave NO shipping info after i ordered. No explanation and did not respond when i reached out. Never buying from here again. Did not ever receive my products nor a refund. 0/10

Bought things for my daughter, and got email notification it was arrived when it was not! Contacted customer service, they said they there is nothing they can do according to GPS was dropped off they says, lie! According to them it was dropepd on Nov 11 where according to their tracking was still in process see pictures attached, few days later got another email now saying it is delivered Nov 16 again lie, contacted customer service just to be told there is nothing they can do. So they lie, how come one and the same package can be delivered 2 different dates and i can have them saying different things, I want my refund back! This company is unprofessional. I ordered on 10/28 and paid for overnight shipping. The expected delivery date was 10/29. It is now 11/24 (almost a month) & I still have not received my order. I have emailed this company a numerous amount of times with no resolution. I also asked for a replacement because I really wanted my items. Now at this point I want a refund! They are ignoring my emails! If this isn't resolved by the time the 30 day mark hits, I'm gonna file a complaint, dispute the charge & leave a very nasty review. I see customer care or satisfaction is not this company's top priority! They keep saying to contact FedEx when FedEx has already told me this package is lost!
They are using a delivery company called LSO and they will lie and say your package has been delivered and nothing and you can't call because it stays busy and fashion novas help center is no help. This was my favorite store I never had any problems never again I don't trust them now
I really use to love fashionnova but not anymore all there clothes are the same just different colors. I don't matter what type of shipping you pay for you still will get it whenever they feel like sending it there are no refunds what so ever and the worst part is if someone steals your package or anything happens with it they don't care they are not going to refund your money nor resend out the items you're really just $#*! out of luck. They have no customer service at all most you can do is email them a 100x then hope someone gets back to you oh and there sizing is beyond confusing you will only always see the good comments never the bad ones when you try to read the reviews for a item you want to buy it will always be someone telling you to size down don't listen to that always buy your right size

I had a problem with an order. After sending 2 emails. I still did not get a response. There is no one to call and you have to be sure to find the CORRECT address to email. Which is difficult to find on their website. Everything is fine until you actually need to have interaction with this establishment because they will ignore you.
I always pay extra to receive my products faster and even when I do so they come DAYSSSSS LATER! This is the 3rd time they've done this and this will be the last time I order from them!
My husband ordered me a pair of jeans they took the money out of our account but we never received a confirmation email, we didn't get a tracking number or anything. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
