I waited almost a month for my package to be delivered and when they said it was delivered it never was. They told me to do a police report and there was nothing they could do! I have been shopping with them for years, have sent many people their way, and have spent thousands of dollars with them and the first time I don't get my package they instantly say their sorry and it's nothing they can do! I should be calling the police on them because this is robbery!
I purchased merchandise back in november with the ETA of 11-20. Later on my date changed several times after the original date. I never received the merchandise. On 12-11-21 I received a bogus email stating my package had been delivered. My family was outside at the eta they gave for leaving the package at my door. I never received a response from fashion nova. But they later told my bank the package was delivered so my dispute was denied. Do I just lose my money? This is definitely bad business.
I made a purchase on Fashion Nova's website and I opted to do after pay. They charged me more than my original purchase price and then still continue to take the after pay amount. My order came up to $88 but they took $146 from my account and continue to take $22 for afterpay. I tried to contact them for my issue but there wasn't an option for that! I'm very upset and will dispute the charges if not correct! And by the way, still never got my items!

The company that fashion nova uses for its ground shipping is terrible and takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. When contacting fashion nova, they have no phone number to contact them and they don't respond thru email either. If your package is lost or stolen fashion nova is not willing to do anything about it, so be careful shopping with them!

I have went through a horrible time with them! My package never arrived and for 5 months I have been promised to get my money back. I have written with them in over 50 e-mails now and they act like they are refunding me, but never do! When I told them I am tired of their lies and to just send me a e-gift card with MY OWN MONEY on it, they said they sent a e-gift card that would appear in my e-mail within 24-48 hours. Which IT NEVER did! They did this twice before they finally sent me a link, but GUESS what? The link was broken! I kept asking me to send a new one, but they stopped answer me. I continued to ask and they finally answered with generic answers like they haven't read any of my f#"$% e-mail before! Im actually exhausted from dealing with them! Fashion Nova is full of it. They have all kinds of scams with shipping and prices. Don't even think about returning an items because you will have to pay for the shipping, hope they get your returned item and then wait for store credit. The clothing is very low quality and usually made of some weird material that will make you itch. The sizing is always a guessing game. DO BETTER FASHION NOVA
Their customer service is basically non-existant. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get a refund and am still waiting for a response. Extremely misleading sizing, will never be buying from this store again. I feel like I've been scammed.

Bought a handful of dresses on their recent BOGO sale and paid for rush shipping to ensure I'd have them in time for a work event. They printed the shipping label and had my package ready to go the same day, but took 4 entire days to even pass it onto the shipping company. Now this wouldn't normally be an issue, but I had accidentally sent the package to my work address instead of my home address, meaning I wouldn't be able to receive it outside of work hours. FN would not allow me to change the delivery address. Their shipping company, OnTrac, said they could not change the delivery address without FN's permission. Cool. Get into discussing alternative options to receive my package from OnTrac (they offered for me to pick it up from a local facility) only to find out they do NOT offer overnight/rush shipping themselves and FN is simply pocketing that extra $$$ and lying to their customers. Now, FN is refusing to answer any of my emails (they've cut their phone operations entirely) or provide refunds for the shipping. Don't expect $#*! from their customer service. It's awful. You'd better hope you got all of your information right the first time because they will not change anything for you or offer refunds.
Made a order on nov 28 fashion nova took there money on nov 29 now its dec 10 still haven't got any tracking number order still sent out last time I heard anything was dec 5 I sent 4 different email with no response and you can not talk to anyone is fashion nova scamming for the holiday or does it employees not doing there job first time dealing with this company and the last. I ordered a few items and the email I received showed everything I ordered. When I received the order to my home I immediately opened it and a jumpsuit was missing. I have been trying to contact them by email, their website, by phone and somehow no one has replied to any of my messages. I have returned my product 10-19-21 to be exact. You sent me verification of the product being received but have yet to refund my money for these items. I have reached out on Facebook only to be blocked. Messenger for my messages to have never been read. Via email to never receive a response as well as Instagram and TikTok! I enjoy shopping with you guys but I don't appreciate returning items to not get my money back. It's not right. The fact you don't even offer assistance over the phone is ridiculous considering you don't respond via email like you say and you don't refund your customers when they return items.
I ordered some items from them for fashion nova men. The items did not fit apart from one coat. First of all, it was almost impossible trying to get someone to respond to an email so I could return the items which I eventually did. However, they issued me a store credit and not a proper refund. I currently have an open case with them via PayPal and BBB and will continue to see who else I can reach out to so that the world will know about them. They claim their return policy is to not issue refunds for regularly returned items and to only issue store credit. That is shady business practices and just a way of keeping one's money. Will continue to fight this for as long as I can. I should've used my credit card and not PayPal. Be warned! Do not order anything from this company!
Fashionova sent me a WORN, WASHED, WRINKLE, WITH HAIR AND NO TAG ON IT. Fashionova sent an email claiming the dress was restocked but it appears the size Large dress I ordered was the only one available. Just got the dress delivered today and immediately noticed. Fashionova need to be shut down as a company. Customers pay for service, not to be cheated.
I placed an order a few weeks ago and my order still hasn't been delivered, since fashionnova decided to used a cheap shipping company the package aren't arriving at a timely manner, fashionnova dont care about customers at all, they don't communicate or help customers receive they package, they don't even have a number for us to call whenever we don't receive our packages. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
