I placed a holiday order with about 20 items.
They Shipped 1/2 my order, I emailed regarding the missing items, they will not ship or refund for items not shipped. Horrible customer service

I returned a sweater and coat. They gave me a gift card back for the sweater and I used it. However, I emailed them asking for my gift card for the coat they said I used it already and I responded no I only got a gift card for 27$ for the sweater not my 60$ coat. I screenshot the gift card amount of 27$ that was 4 days ago. And im still waiting on an email back.

FashionNova is the type of place your don't even realize was ever there, as there are MANY MANY clones. The great part about FashionNova is that they had everything in stock, great prices, and even better customer service.

Ordered in late November, it is now late December almost January and I still don't have my package. I was told on December 10, that my package will be delivered within 24 hours but it never was. I got a notification on the 20th that finally marked the package as delivered, but when I went outside there was still no package! I have contacted both Fashion Nova and the delivery company LSO and neither of them have responded to me in the quoted time frames. I know I'm not a celebrity or someone special, but I spent almost $300 with them, expecting to have my stuff delivered before Christmas. I'll never order from this place again, their service is TERRIBLE for the amount of people that order from here. It's only my second time ordering, and both times it was bad. All they have is an email address they never respond to!

I ordered from this site for the first time and it was definitely a disappointment. I thought I was getting a good deal because I caught one if their bogo free sales but that's only the case if the clothes actually fit which come on that's 50/50 when you're shopping online. Their return policy sucks. You can't exchange items so you have to pay for a shipping label AND repurchase so you actually end up spending more money. And if you buy anything that was on sale they don't give you the full refund only half. So I'm most definitely never shopping from here again. I'll stick to shein.

Haven't even received my product after 8 months. Terrible customer service, responded back to me the first time but gave me a 20% off for my next order, not that I have even received my first order and never heard back from them since. F*#%en terrible.

Returning my $70 item cost me $20 to return. I tried the prepaid return label and it wasn't working. It was as if they want you to pay crazy amounts just to send the product back…like they don't want you to, they just want you to keep it weather you like it or not. I like fashion nova but soon as something go wrong you can't speak to nobody and they twist your words around via email, my package said delivered but wasn't there when I got home and I emailed them and told them and they sent me a email saying I'm glad you got your package you seen your package outside and lord I don't know where they got that from lol making up stuff so they don't have to fix the problem and it was $67 I done ordered way more from them but they tell me it's nothing they can do cause I seen the package lol again I don't know where they got that from who would walk pass a package and leave it outside please make it make sense overall if something go wrong don't expect them to take responsibility cause they did me dirty

I paid for a shipping label that was suppose to just be sent to my email so that I wouldn't have to find somewhere to print it. Well, I could have just saved my money because guess what…. It wanted me to print it off. I could have just taken the free option that it offered and printed it myself and not paid for it. They know what they're doing …. Fck them they'll never get another penny from me. First time that I ordered too. Definitely a super inconvenience for me. Also, you can't even talk to a person to help you. No thanks.

I placed an order with these folks on Dec 2nd express. After not receiving it days later i made an attempt to inquire about my stuff. THere was no tracking when I finally did it tracking it just hung out there but when I tried to reach out to them since they do not allow you to phone them I just kept getting this stupid form letters. I went to the shipper who told me they could not locate the package and provided me a case number. Then items cost me 169 dollars and when I sent a note via their website (which is the only way to communicate with them I hear back days later. I told them it was Xmas time and I wanted a full refund since now on Dec 20 it would not be getting to me for my daughter and i hear back where they have given me a 15 dollar refund What am I going to do now since you cannot phone them? Buyers beware.

They shipped my order to the US when my shipping and billing address is in Canada
Didn't offer a solution. They did offer 15$ on a store credit however.

All customers be very careful when you buy clothes on Fashion Nova. They are shady products and they don't refund my money back because I paid for $128 for super big XS size clothes, I returned the clothes back the second day after I received the orders and requested for a refund. Here is their reply said they only can offer me a gift card and let me buy clothes on their website. I told them all XS clothes are too big for me. They still insisted they CANNOT refund my money:

Listen girlies and now gents…if you purchase something from fashion nova an it is damaged, the package never arrives (it has happened to me) dispute it WITH YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! Simple AS THAT! Now, we all are full aware that they don't give refunds…with that said when you order something don't expect a refund just because you don't like it in person or it doesn't fit rite. Because we all knew the refund policy before we ordered correct? However if customer service is giving you a hard time about giving you your money back because they screwed up your order then you have every rite to say NO, I'm done with fashion nova and I want nothing else from your company. Horrible experience got scammed, they used laser ship which is notorious for stealing packages. Fashion nova is aware and refuses to give any refunds if the carrier marks it as delivered.

First and last time customer! I placed an order Nov 27th it's now Dec 17th the carrier claims they've tried to deliver my package 4 days in a row which is a lie, I left specific instructions to leave my package on my doorstep which they haven't done. I contacted Fashion Nova about getting a refund and they're telling me there is a delay in delivering how is there a delay when the carrier claims they've attempted delivery. All they did was give me a $5 gift card from a $95 order

I ordered my son some clothes on 11/28 and I have no tracking history. I am going to be so pissed if my son clothes doesnt come. Thats most of his christmas and it will seem like he has no gifts under the tree. Whats going on with the shipping this is crazy.
