Delivery it was the first time that I ordered from fashion nova and unfortunately they never delivered my package I am so disappointed in them beyond the fact that it was my first time and they say they delivered a package but it was not delivered yet and the fact that I do have a ring on my door and they didn't come up on my steps no truck went by on my block they didn't ring a bell there is no picture I am so disappointment will be fighting them to get my money back

THEY ARE SCAMMERS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have contacted fashion nova on numerous occasions about my order and also the delivery company they use, I receive no answers and no package and it's been over a month, and I have expressed in detail what was going on. I seen that my package was at a stand still, I called the company to see where my package was LaserShip the company that fashion use, and kept giving me the run around and they told me to contact fashion nova not to mention you can only contact fashion nova through email. I have contacted three times about this matter with no answer I will never shop with them again they are scam artists. It's sad as a customer of them I have to lose out on my money that I worked hard for. Fashion nova do not care about their customers

Fashion Nova SUCKS! No customer service to talk about your issues or if you need help with return process. Horrible return policy, and won't receive your money back, only credit. I will NEVER buy again from them.

Placed an order with fashion nova, waited longer than expected, no updates on tracking info, contacted them, got an update on delivery date which doubled delivery time for no reason, so I asked for some sort of a discount for my future order due to this inconvenience. Then it turns out my package is actually lost (at this point I've gotten incorrect information from them twice), they can only offer SOME items for reshipping since some are out of stock or they can offer a refund.
So if you made something simple so stressful for me don't you think that requires something a little extra for the customer? Other businesses I've had an issue of such delay seemed to understand that.
And now they just don't respond at all, sooooo I guess no items and no $ for me? Ridiculous and so disappointing. Do not recommend.

Fashion Nova is a SCAM

Where do I start? This is the third time I have felt scammed and you may wonder why I kept going back it's because it is hard to find good clothes and the models make you want the outfit that almost never looks like what you buy. Here's a list of NoNo's:
1. Even if you pay expedited shipping don't expect your clothes to reach before 10 days.
2. Customer service sucks and they will almost never resolve your issues.
3. if you do a return you only get store credit and if not used they still get to keep the money.
4. if you do a return you also have to pay shipping and handling.
5.40% chance of your clothes being see through or very easy to tear material.
6. some jeans are just rebranded as theirs when they really come from charlotte russe (cut the name out)
7. Goodluck trying to get in contact with any department.
8. Too many times have I been on the site keeping on eye on a item and the price stays the same but is under the "sale" category.
9. Almost always an item in my cart magically is out of stock but when you go back it will say 10 items left.
10. Every single one of their jeans suck both material and fitting.
11. Do not even get me started on OLX their shipping parcel partner they never give you accurate tracking and many time lose your package.
12. Do not expect customer service to help you when a package never arrived you will never hear from them again.

Too many times have I looked at the sales and assume it's a great one until you realize that it really isn't a sale because $40 for crop top is highway robbery. Do not fall victim to this scam.

Refund policy

I disliked how I asked for a refund and instead of a refund I got a gift card. Now I am stuck using that money I could of used on something else on this website. That is not right, if I'm asking for a refund I should get my refund the same way I paid.

So let me tell you about fashion nova! I ordered a pair of jeans from them and loved them so I went back to order more items and when I went to change some items in my cart, it was empty! Plus I couldn't do anything on the app. It wouldn't let me search out pieces or add items back to my cart. So I trued it in the browser after deleting the app! I picked out some sweaters and went to place my order, only for them to tell me that my card declined! Now mind you, this is the same card I used to purchase my jeans and I had just got paid! Fashion nova is a joke and they knew what they were doing and it was all done for no reason at all. I tried to reach out to someone, that was blocked off from my access. I don't know what happened and don't really care! Don't order from these people. I have my beautiful jeans and I'm happy with them but I'll never use fashion nova again!

Shipping and Delivery

Absolutely terrible! The tracking isn't even on point and takes like 2 weeks for my things to get here and the service is terrible. I won't be shopping on this website anymore, and I see why other don't like this site either. If your new to using Fashion Nova I wouldn't recommend you using it, It horrible and takes days to keep you updated.

Worst experience ever

My order should reach me on 31.12.2021! Currently we have 13.01.2022! He does not get any notifications regarding the shipment and wants to cancel the order and get a refund. The service is terrible does not respond to customer inquiries, the package is delayed without notice.

Horrible Company

Fashion Nova has been giving me the run around with my return. I can not speak wit any one. The QR Code is not working so they want you to contact them but they don't have a contact number to call Customer Service. I will never do business with them ever again. DO NOT SHOP WITH FASHION NOVA! You will not be happy if you do!

I understand automated responses can be helpful but that it all I have received. Their system is "unable to process a return at this time" which has been ongoing since 12/27. The clothes were delivered on 12/21 and it was a Christmas present. I started the return on 12/27 but kept getting the same response. So I reached out to their customer service (which is almost impossible to figure out) then I kept getting the same response from their customer service team and then was told I couldn't return it since it had been over 14 days even though I have been trying since 12/27. They eventually gave me $15 store credit when the dress itself was $50. They are unable to generate a shipping label for me and in the end gave me the same exact automated response telling me how to do a return. So PLEASE BEWARE of the items you may be wary on as this may become an issue for you.

I have an issue with a order I placed not being delivered both fashion Nova's website and the third-party Shipping Company website has my package marked as delivered. It's almost a month later I have been writing in the customer review section on the website which is apparently the only way to reach them to inform them of the situation to end to ask how it can be resolved and I have yet to get a response back from Fashion Nova the 1-800 number that's listed as their customer service line is an automated message telling you to refer to their website and email them your concern. To be a company making as much money off of the average individual they should have a customer service department that let's you know they don't value you as a customer they just want your money

Worst customer service

Theres absoulety no way to contact them to ask for help. The website is contradicting as well, it said that shipping would be $5 if you spend over $100, they still charged me an additional $21 then when i emailed for help its just an automated system that gave me ways to pay. Ontop of that it said i would receive my order by new years eve, its now Jan 4 and my order is "delayed". If I'm paying $26 for shipping i would expect the order here the next day.

Watch out for the Bait & Switch

I love quick fashion, so I was happy to find Fashion Nova, until most recently. I made a purchase of six items for a great price using a refund due me and their New Year promo code! Entered my credit card number and then once I confirmed a substantially higher amount appeared ($210) in the order confirmation without my prior consent or agreement. I am not talking about taxes either and it was free shipping.
There is no phone number, only a limited email response. For three days they will not respond or they make red herring statements that don't address or explain the situation.
It's not be a lot of money, and I know exactly what I have to do to hold them legally responsible, but what a shady little practice. Tacky.

I ordered something more than month ago and have not yet recieved it. The parcel just stopped moving over 17 days ago and no tracking updates.
(expected delivery date was 2nd dec and today is the 31st of dec)

I reached out to FN numerous times and they just shrug off the issue and say get in contact again if you havent seen it move in 24hrs so they can get in contact with the courier. Why do they keep saying that instead of telling me what's going on? Stop pushing the issue. Im completely fed up. I didnt had any of the clothes I ordered for my new job, Christmas and now not for NYE.

Seriously terrible customer service- worst Ive ever experienced. In addition- their site is a mess. They also don't have enough coloured flared jeans.

Fashion Nova are starting to be scammers, they set me up on their (payment in 4 plans) then billed me for the ENTIRE AMOUNT PLUS another payment of payment plan. Then REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY, but instead send me BULLSHIIT RUDE EMAILS & a 10.00 gift card.my last time EVER ordering from Scammers. I've spent too much money with them to tolerate taking money!

Do not buy from here if you are from the UK as you will be stuck with the return fee of £50 - £70. You have to find your own carrier to send it back and several quoted me the previous price. Items also arrived faulty. So now im stuck with clothes i can't return as it would cost me more to return then the actual goods itself.
Customer service team also unhelpful.
