Ok ladies I love fashion nova clothes they fit amazingly on my curvy body and great with me being tall but this past summer they screwed me for 2 orders said they sent them out and I didn't ever receive them they were mostly for my daughters and grandchildren for Christmas but not the point in total was close to 900 dollars and they still haven't replied to some other site I sent negative feed back on so maybe you can get there attention and tell them when you have a customer then buys a new wardrobe every time the season changes which is 4xs a year in canada I was buying alot so did my daughters there 8 of them all walked away plus they stopped buying boyfriends clothes and kids clothes u may not see it as a big financial loss but it's disgusting thank nobody apologized for it or tried to help me even with a bad review on a different platform ladies just don't order to many orders at the same time cause they don't come and their obvious to your emails and ya I didn't get anywhere
I placed an order on January 8th(order number *******). I got the tracking number on January 12th (tracking number ZY074WHW). So every day since I got the tracking number I've been checking it. I get a delivery notice on January 14th at 4am. I DIDN'T SEE IT TILL 8am. I go outside no order. Check my cameras and ring doorbell no delivery. I have been trying to use the Help Center, which is no help, it just give you the run around.The number not helpful at all. So basically I dont have my item, I'm out of money and I cant get no one from the company to help me. I will never order from them ever again...
My orders were more than 40$ each, and they all said it will be delivered by December 17, they never got to my house, its February first and i just found out today that they were all lost, that they will send back my items but then all my items were out of stock i waited almost two months to just find that out!
This was my first and last experience with this company! I don't recommend no one not even my dog to order from them! You do not receive a refund the same way you paid! You only receive store credit but you have your receipt! No way should that be possible unless it's over 30 day's!

I purchased an order from them and never received my package. It's been two months and it's says the package was unsuccessfully delivered (whatever that means) and I can't get a refund or anything for that matter because it's been two months. Not to mention there is no customer services number only an email that's not an actual person.
Clothes can be cute but in case they arrive damaged or too small or not a good quality which happens a lot with them, u will never ever be able to talk to anyone and you can wait forever for an email response, so basically if u order consider your money lost in case u don't like the purchase so order at your own risk!
I ordered several items on Jan 13th. On the 24th I got an emailed from LSO that it was delivered to my front door but if course it was t. I reached out to FN and they said to wait until the 27th it maybe an oversight, I informed them they shouldn't say it was delivered if it wasn't. Today the 28th I reach back out to them because I did not receive my shyt. They informed me basically that one the shipping company takes over that it's out their hands and they can confirm the delivery was successfully. Ha the fck can they confirm a successful delivery, like did they personally deliver it? All I know is I want my money or my items, this new company sucks and so does FN if they continue to allow ppl shyt to get stolen and basically say their hand are tied.
I loovveeee fashion nova clothing. Literally my whole closet is nothing but fashion nova completely! The quality of their clothes are amazing, however, once they switched to the LSO shipping carrier I have been buying from them less, hince why i gave a 3 star rating. I have no idea why Fashion Nova stopped using FedEx and USPS. With LSO, either my package gets lost or I don't receive my package until over a month later, even with express shipping. The only way I can ensure that I get my package is if I do rush shipping because fashion nova uses FedEx for their rush shipping. But that's not fair at all. I shouldn't have to pay an extra $19 just to be sure I actually get my package. So i rarely ever get things from fashion nova now. I probably will completely end placing orders with them until they completely dissociate with LSO.
I love fashion nova. I make purchases from them all the time! But I'm very disappointed with how they handle lost or stolen packages. If the carrier provides proof that I package was delivered their solution would be to contact the police. You will not get a refund nor store credit. How is it the customers fault if someone steals your package? Especially if the carrier leaves your items on the ground for anyone to steal rather then at your door or in your mailbox? I'm very disappointed with fashion nova. They just lost a customer.
I ordered from fashion nova and was not able to receive any of my items. They were sent back and when I asked for a refund all I got was an e-gift card. I asked if I could get my full refund sent back to my credit card and they refused. They also do not have a customer service line to call so communication is tough as well. I'd spend your money else where.
I ordered a size M outfit for my daughter for Christmas. I received a size 3XL! I contacted customer service via email on approximately 12/28 and got a pretty quick email back. The email told me what I needed to do (send them a pic) and they would be back in touch. I've emailed them twice since then and haven't heard anything back. But of course I'm getting email after email from them with information on sales and new arrivals. I'm so annoyed that I didn't get what I ordered, wasn't able to give my daughter the outfit she asked for and that this company won't respond! Fast forward a few years, I decided to give Fashion Nova another chance. It seems like their return policy is a lot longer now.
I ordered and found the sizing to be really off (like usual). THE RETURN IS TERRIBLE. It seems like a "free" return but
1. It is $7 to print a return label
2. You have to PAY for the label before your return. Most sites will just subtract the $7 from your refund. FashionNova actually charges you before you see a sent from your return
3. IT'S NOT A FULL REFUND! It's store credit!
I hate this website. I don't know why I gave it another chance. The material is terrible and the sizing never fits me. It's made for curvier women and I'm built petite like a stick. Never ordering from here ever again.
My package was never delivered and went back forth with on their site, saying has been delivered. Never received my package or a refund. Never spoke with anyone. They will tell you to check with neighbors or family to see if they got your package.
IF you want a bigger size or smaller size you have to return the item and pay $7.99? Then they dont give you refunds they just credit you at there store so you have to buy something else? The only good thing is they have afterpay and Klarna i love buying alot of clothes and pay every 2 weeks for it.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
