WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!

I finally get an update on my package today (28th) letting me know it was delivered last night at 9:00 pm. I was literally on my porch all night! I need my package or a REFUND ASAP! This is a total scam!

Horrible company

Shipping problems, carrier LSO also lost my package and after reading hundreds of reviews of others experiencing the same, this is insane. So sad how influencers are still marketing this brand. Hope the feds get involved soon this is very very bad business.

I ordered my items on February 16! And it said it would arrive. February 21! It is now February 25th. And my items are not even in transit. My flight leaves Sunday February 27. And i don't have nothing to wear. I can't even contact nobody from fashionova because there is no phone line. Once i receive my package I'm returning for A full refund. Fashionova never let me down. But this time they did. If i would've known it wouldn't be here before i leave town. I wouldn't never spent $400. I'm so pissed!

To be honest 1 star is too generous for these guys because I ordered on 24 January and it's 20 February and my order still hasn't arrived. They said 7 -10 days and it's not here and I sent a message to the customer service and its useless too cause they didn't respond at all and it's been days. And they're estimated date keeps changing yesterday it was 9 march today it's 10 march.

Ripped off: Charged more than stated at checkout!

The items I placed in my cart were marked down by 50% and I was happy to pay the $158 + tax at checkout. Come to find I had been charged $245 and the prices on my order review were totally different.

I contacted them immediately and all they keep saying is for me to wait for the order and ship it back for a gift card - Hello?! The stuff hasn't even been shipped and they want me to jump through hoops to get my money back after ripping me off… make this make sense.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt as maybe the sale at the time of purchase was over, but then I get angry again because they shouldn't have let me think I was paying $158 + tax at checkout. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

Guys, stay away from Fashion Nova unless you want to cry.

Terrible Service.

This is my second time ordering from fashion nova, the first time i was not happy, but it was the holidays so I wanted to try again, thinking it was going to be better. This last order I made last week I pay extra for a 2 days shipping and today I received an email telling me that the shipping day has been changed. I tried to cancel my order because is going to arrive too late, and I cant get in contact with no one about this issue, I can't cancel the order because according to them, my order has been shipped, but what about the extra money that I paid for my order to be here on time. This is the second and last time I order from here. They're very dishonest, and have no customer service at all.

Be careful, I order something's and the company confirmed not shipped to me however no refund, store credit or sending the items were approved. They simply stated that I can not receive a credit because of timing of claim Definitely not ordering
Anymore or recommending to anyone. A reputable company will at least ship the items ir provide restore credit as this was their error.

I have no idea why Y'all switched to lasership as a carrier but yall need to go have a look at their reviews! They keep stealing people's packages. I want my package found asap I swear I will contact the better business bureaus. Either replace my items and send them express or I'm coming for fashionnova and lasership! Won't deliver and they will charge you

Terrible company. They said my order was "undeliverable" so they sent it back to the warehouse. They refund me STORE CREDIT LESS SHIPPING EXPENSES. Wth? So I just gave these ppl $6 and they can't even refund me on my cc? I get orders delivered everyday but this carrier said my address was undeliverable. I don't want store credit I want my FULL REFUND! Thieves

Forget Assistance

I have been ordering from this company for a while now I have always received my orders but a order I placed around Christmas I never received. I notified Fashion Nova and the company they used for shipping the items with negative results. After the company claimed the items shipped after holding on the them for over a wk. Notified Fashion Nova no response and unfortunately since I had purchased the items with a gift card from returned items I can't charge anything back. If I can't get items from a store I refuse to order anything else from Fashion Nova online because they don't seem to care about products stolen and unreceived.

My order number is ******* and I ordered a Denim jumpsuit and was given several Wrong Dares for delivery! It now states that the package is damaged in New Jersey! I was ONLY REFUNDED $4.99 and TODAY zip took $10.12 out of my account to give to FashionNova for a NEVER RECEIVED delivery

Not a happy cusumer

I ordered a jumpsuit way back in November was sent a tracking number for my order we in February and I still did not receive my order kept checking the tracking kept telling me in route went to contact customer service support kept telling me it's in route this is unacceptable and my outfit was for my daughter sweet sixteen in December had to find something else to wear at the last minute not cool #unhappycustomer

I recently received store credit for returned items however the store credit doesn't work. I've reached out to Fashion Nova customer service no one has given me a return email nor is there a working customer service number. This was my first experience with this company. So they are holding on to my money and won't return funds or fix my store credit issues. I am truly unsatisfied with the lack of communication between customer service. Trouble consumer experience.

No response from customer care

I placed an order for my birthday dress. I had a birthday event hosted by friends I needed it for Saturday 2/5/22. Well needless to say on 1/27 I received a text that it was delivered and signed for by Kimberly. My shipment was to be delivered to my job and we have no one by the name of Kimberly at the company which is 90% remote. I am the person who answers the door for deliveries. It never came. I have emailed customer care a total of 5x and nothing. I have NO DRESS BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY. Guess what? Today is my bday 2/8/22. Smdh I keep getting the same automated email but no resolution. In the attached photo you will see how many times I emailed back that it's been more than the 24hrs to wait.

I reached out to company due to a shipping issue and was told to contact FedEx. Called FedEx and was told the company needed to stop the shipment there was nothing I can do. I never recieved my product even after contacting them through this new email system they do where they send you automated emails stating they can't help and call FedEx. I lost over 200 dollars and someone is wearing product I paid for although I reached out 4 days prior to product being delivered in a whole different state!

Liars.

Fashion nova was not responsible for my last package. Neither was I. However, as a valued customer I thought they would help me find where it is or give me my money back, as they promised. Fashion nova promised to start a full investigation to find my package lipstick in delivery. When the time came they chose to send a letter about how they're not responsible.
They gave me the number to their shipping company who has a business account *******@NL Postal. They told me to call personally Look for myself.
