This company is terrible, I tried to return items, i purchased the returned label, and the label doesn't work, they don't have customer service, won't answer emails, or messages in social media, they stole the money for the label and won't allow me to return the items. There is no way to get through. Fake help center, don't fall on the scam.
I sent an outfit that I could not fit. I forgot to place the receipt in the box; I contacted customer support and sent the receipt. I was told that my outfit was received and I'll be awarded a gift card to purchase another outfit. I have yet to hear from customer support and it's been over two months. I have come to terms with losing my outfit and my money. I'll no longer be a customer of Fashion Nova. I hope nobody else experience what I have experienced.
I placed a first time order with Fashion Nova online. The product was such poor quality - threads hanging everywhere including unfinished serged edges, and puckering on the rear because fabric was not lined up appropriately before being stitched, I tried to return all of it. One item couldn't be returned because it was "final sale" though this was not conveyed when purchased and still doesn't show on my order. I paid $8 to return, then received an e-gift card. I contacted customer service as I did not want an gift card - I wanted a refund to my form of payment. Customer service said they don't do refunds. What?!?!?! I would never have ordered from them if that had been communicated - and its so bizarre it should be communicated clearly up front. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Who knows if I'll get my money back - I would not recommend anyone buy from this unethical company.
My best friend purchased a dress from these crooks, and the delivery company who I swear is in cahoots with Fashion Nova. The delivery (and I use that term very loosely) delivered her package to her neighbors porch next door to her, and they have vicious dogs, so they must've just threw the package and then took the picture. This was on the 03/18, she had no idea, her package was on their porch, because Fashion Nova never send a email or confirmation number.So she had no idea her merchandise had been sent out. When she finally got through to the help center, the order was lost and they had to investigate. They located the order and sent my friend a email with the order # and confirmation #When she went to the link for the shipping site, you can see the picture where it was delivered to, which was her neighbors porch, and the shipping company told her they're not responsible after 48 Hrs, and instructed her to reach out to the merchant. She has tried with no success to reach back out to Fashion Nova, with the order # they gave her, which is not a valid order #. She either monies back or what she ordered. What kind of company are you running, where you can't speak to a CSR personally? The kind of company that just wants to take your money. See pictures below of the neighbors porch and her porch.Her and I both went to the neighbors house and they said they never saw a package, and even if they did, it's not their responsibility to return it to her, everyone is not honest. I'm enclosing the invalid order# *******.
If your purchase does not work out, which is highly probable with internet shopping, you will not receive a refund. You will not only have to pay for return shipping, you will only receive a store credit. Shop carefully and go with a reputable online retailer, if possible.
A few times my order has been left in my hallway without the delivery person even attempting to knock. I stopped ordering from Fashion Nova for a long time because when by their delivery persons faults I don't get my items and they give me a hard time. Today same thing I'm in my kitchen making coffee I get three alerts that my package has been delivered but there is nothing and I'm home! You can't call them and their online "help" app just goes in circles. Horrible company I should've stayed away like I did for over a year! Im so mad right now.
I have bought numerous fashion nova dresses since they 1st became a company. There is a complete difference in the material that they use when they were a smaller company versus to what they use right now. The material is not of good quality nor are the seams straight or flattering
Since becoming a bigger company the quality of clothing has been lost. I see that you guys concentrate more on getting the dollar and not the quality of the product. I will not be ordering anything from you guys jeans lingerie or dresses

On sale clothing is the only reason to shop here. Otherwise the quality and price for regular priced items isnt worth it, not how it says in description(material wise). SHIPPING HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. They need to switch out RRdonelly or whoever. Ive been waiting almost a month or 7 items, with little to no updates in 4 day periods until sending "feedback" through the shipping experience rate. I loved my previous orders with this company but currently, its a no from me. Customer service is awful as well, i rather order through shein, wish or etsy, id get better shipping and nicer, friendlier customer service at least.
They don't take exchanges and you can't get a refund ordered 5 outfits and they was a m but fitted small needed a large they didn't allow it they only give store credit they don't kno if we want to shop there again
I made an order with fashionnova via my iphone. No i did not use the app. While adding items to my cart i looked at the size chart and noticed that they have items gong up to size 3xl. I clicked the size guide chart and it only showed sizes up to XL. So i was basically forced to guess my size. I ended up ordering a 2xl in all of my items. Well today i received my order and the clothes where huge. I emailed fashionnova all day long and they kept sending me the same copy and paste return policy over and over again. Eventually someone sent me the size chart and claimed it was on the website. After i clicked it i was able to see the rest of the sizes. Now how was i supposed to know that i was supposed to look around the site to see the rest of the sizes? Why do they not have all sizes on the chart when you are picking out outfits on the mobile website? I still have not had this problem resolved. I explained to the rep that i am going on a trip soon and need my items exchanged. I was told there was no exchanges! That i had to return all items and wait for them to send me a store credit and then i could repurchase my items if available. While waiting for a resolution i decided to place another order with most of the items since they seem to be popular and i need them for my trip. Well come to find out my address was missing the street name. Which i know was a mistake on my side. But i emailed fashionnova right away. They told me my order could not be edited or canceled. I was asking for them to simply add the rest of my address. I was not even asking for them to change the address. Anyway, I kept getting back the same copy and paste policy without anyone resolving my problem. I still have not even recieved a confirmation email and the charge on my credit card is still pending. Fashionnova customer service is horrible. All they do is copy and paste the same thing over and over in their email responses.
They have no customer service number that u could call an report your issues to. They try to dab any type of complaints. And they play with your money. I purchase some clothes cause im going on vacation and they said it'll be delivered on the 17 then it said the 22 nd. Im trying to get in contact with them to see if i could pay to get it sooner but i get no response with their stupid $#*! online customer service. My opinion i will never buy from them again is the worst online store in America.
I had bought so many cute fits from fashion nova, I was so disappointed when I received a pair of pants with a hole in them and there was no way for me to return them or get store credit because their customer service "help center" was not working and there was no other way to speak to anyone. I even tried emailing and I received an email back saying no one was monitoring their email and that i need to use the help center. Even though the help center was not working for me. If you call they just tell you to use the help center and hang up. I think that their customer service honestly deserves one star.
I'm so heated, I'm just going to sum this up. I returned all that I bought and they told me I can only get store credit! I told them that I was never going to shop with them again, so I wanted my money back on my purchase card. They still refuse to give me my money even though I will never shop with them ever again! And then the gift card they did Gove doesn't even work. They want to give me extra stipulations on how to use it and it doesn't even work. Horrible customer service, horrible site, just horrible period!
I purchased pants from them for the first time to give it it a try, it was such a hassle. When I purchased I accidentally put a wrong number in my address. I contacted them before the item was shipped they said I had to contact the shipper to change the address. They said I had to confirm with the company I purchased from to confirm the change. After I contacted fashion nova to confirm the change they said I had to fill out a sheet to return the package and reship my item with the correct address. After numerous emails sent telling them my correct address they managed to still have the package sent to the wrong address the 2nd time as well. Won't buy here again.
Placed my order beginning Jan. Supposed to revive by 20 Jan. Still waiting. Tracking says left I tell hub on Jan 18, n no forthet information. N email does not work n app support does not get back. I feel ripped of 160$us
This the first time I've a purchase from Fashion Nova, and I must say the customer service sucks. The return policy is horrible, I made a first time purchase of $82.89. The clothing ran a little smaller and then expect it. I paid $8.00 for the shipping label, and I was told that I would receive $56.23. They received my return and only have me GiftCard for the amount of $40.22. Again this is the first time I've ever ordered from these people and have had to deal with them. They sent me an email I did not realize that it had my gift card code in it and accidentally deleted the email. I've written 4 times to Fashion Nova for the code that I need to redeem because I don't want to be screwed out of my money that I paid $83.00 for their products which I never received the full refund for. They Finally told me that they are unable to give me the code! They can only give me the last four digits of the code which makes no sense, absolutely no sense, that they are unable to forward the full code to use my credit for $40.22. This is the worst company ever I will never purchase clothes from them again! It's BS that they are unable to give you the full code to! I'm glad that they feel like people just money to throw away it's a damn shame how crooked and shady this company is!
I placed an order with them February 19,2022. Got a email stating my order shipped a few days later and my expected delivery day was February 28,2022. As of today i still don't have my order. And when you call customer service they have the nerve to shut down the call center and direct you to fashion nova.com\support for live agent chat and that isn't true. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and never order from them ever again.
Ordered from them and did not received not one one of om packages. Don't order nothing from them if you do you are ordering at your own risk.
As a loyal customer of 3 years, I'll never shop here again. I ordered items for a very special day, the shipping took over two weeks, was unable to receive it the day I expected and tried to cancel order and THEY WONT ALLOW IT. I then filed complaints before shipment and the day kept getting pushed further away everyday. Item quality was very low, opened and falling apart. Customer Service is a scam promising gift cards for how awful my service was and never received them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They don't deserve your money, everything about this company is awful.
The size guide is inaccurate which is so frustrating, I had to process so many refunds, was given a gift card of £460. The website is beyond slow so its taking even more of my time up to use the gift card, was better off getting my money back.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
