I order a demin jacket on July 7,2022 from Fashion Nova and was sent an email stating that I will receive my merchandise on 7/20/22. Well I did not so I contacted the company and was told to give it a few days then I receive an email stating package was delivered. I contacted the company again letting them know that I didn't receive my merchandise and was told once again to give it until 7/30/22, so again I contacted the company and this time I was told the package was returned to sender. Now they don't want to give me back my money talking about a store credit. I will never shop there again. I want my cash back. Bad experience

Had to reorder item twice... still didnt come. Waited 2 months. Then I requested a full refund. Received an email stating I would be refunded the full amount of the order. They refunded me 6.99 instead of the 60.00 they had charged 2 months ago... GARBAGE! Delivery carrier is bs. Service is ca- ca. Will never waste anytime or money with this place again.

I recently ordered a package that was delivered to the wrong address. Not only was it not the right address but it was delivered to a house 260 miles from me that has the same house number. The carrier was lasership. They were delivering package from Nordstrom to me as well. Lasership sent me a picture of both of my packages on a porch that was clearly not mine. I wrote both merchants and the carrier. Nordstrom refunded me by the next morning and lasership launched an investigation. Fashion nova claims the package shows delivered so I can't get a refund and I should ask my neighbors smh. I've explained several times and even sent the a picture of my house on Google maps and a picture of where my packages were delivered to show that it was absolutely not the right house. Yet the still refuse to refund. Will not be ordering from them again. I wish I could give them 0 stars for how bad their customer service was. Will not be ordering from them again. It's sad because I've had mostly positive experiences before this but this is just inexcusable and greedy imo.

I wasn't satisfied with the clothes, too big, too heavy, cheap quality, I returned (same day) and they WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY I've written customer service 3x, and the automated response says the same thing, E-credit, I tried using E-CREDIT and the system will not accept the gift card number. NEVER agin will i spend money with them

I needed help with an order that I had placed because there was an error, customer service said that couldn't fix the error. Then I asked to cancel the order, they said they don't cancel orders. My only option is to wait until the incorrect order arrives and return it - after returning it I won't get my money back, they will only give me a gift card. This place is a scam.

I use to order from FN all the time and it would come rather quickly but lately, it's been taking a week and half to almost 2 weeks to receive anything I order from them. Even if I pay for express shipping. I've ordered things from china that took less time to be delivered. I think this will be my last time ordering from them. It's a store a few miles away name fashion depot that sell the exact same clothes. I was being lazy and it costed me 2 weeks of waiting time.

I place an order on 7/15/22 Order #*******. It was to be delivered by LSO. Say it was delivered to a lockbox on 07/19/22.1. I do not have a lock box. I have a regular mailbox. 2. Never received package. They state to wait till 7/22/22 and that is today.

Fashion states: I recommend that you reach out to your neighbors, I have noticed that sometimes neighbors might pick up the package by mistake.

If you believe your package may have been stolen, I recommend filing a police report with local authorities to help prevent this theft from occurring.

I emailed LSO to find out what happened as you cannot call them either. I will disputing the funds with my bank.
Fashion Nova did not offer a refund or even a credit. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Almost everything I've ordered from here I've returned and with a exchange only policy, this game could last for a long time. Nothing fits normal and it's all very cheap material. I just want to find something I like and not have to deal with this anymore. I normally have a no purchase without being able to get a refund policy and this is why.

I have buy a jacket for 50,- and the fabric is not good, really bad.
Also the model is cheap.
When I retour it, its cost me 40,-!
Because it is in Dutch writing, Amsterdam stood on the website, an when I wanted to send it back it must go by China!

Once again, I've placed an order from Fashion Nova and never received my package. LSO is showing they delivered it but never dropped it off. There is no real customer service agent and the responses via email are automated. I have yet to have a resolution for my missing package or a refund from the currier or Fashion Nova. Fooled me twice. Never ever again will I Roger from Fashion Nova and hopefully no one that uses LSO to ship.

Worst customer service team I have ever had the displeasure of working with. First they refuse to add a discount code that they sent me to use even though I contacted them the same day that I made the purchase. It was an honest mistake on my part since I thought I had already applied the discount code. They would not honor the code and after having reached out to them about it, they delayed my order from reaching me in time for a wedding that I bought the dresses for in the first place. I have to wait an entire month for my order simply because I reached out to them about adding my discount code. How pathetic to be such a big company yet so petty and disgusting. I am appalled and will NEVER buy anything from this sh** company again.

I ordered a Large, which is my normal size. It was too small for my liking so I returned it (fee of $3.99) for an XL. They then sent me a gift card of 15.99... the dress was over $25 after taxes and shipping. So I basically paid for the dress twice. Returns are a joke. I will think twice before ordering again. Very sad, because I've gotten many items in the past with Fashion Nova. There is no one to contact or speak to with your concerns.

I bought three polos in my first order for me and my two teenagers and my first impression was they look nice. So I ordered a bunch of other clothing. By the time I washed the first order the second order arrived. To my utter surprise the first order polos after washing shrunk so much a large size polo became Medium size polo. So I thought of returning the second order everything that is returnable... some are nonrefundable. Again to my surprise fashion Nova said they can only give gift card but not in the original form of payment. I sent a request to fashion Nova customer service that I'm not planning to buy anything from fashion Nova in the future and so return the money to my credit card. But they didn't agree. Be cautious of this company when you order something. I would rather stay away.

I placed an order back in June if 2022 and have yet to receive my merchandise, but the company has been paid. There is no customer service, nobody responds when you email. I have no clue what to do - I spent $245.00 with Fashion Nova to get nothing and no help from anyone - horrible company and I would never spend money with them again!

I ordered clothes from this company. Definitely enjoyed and fit correctly. I did however ordered about 6 more pieces of clothing, NEVER RECEIVED! They said it arrived to my local post office. After doing much work to confirm…no communication, ZERO replies. I EVEN OFERED TO REPAY SHIPPING GET MY ITEMS. NOTHING! Really?

I make an order on 6/24/22 for 510 us on July 6 I sent an email because is not customer available to talk with. The company FN used for delivery is Lasership Miami this company has 1500 bad reviews they didn't deliver my order because was lost I have 2 email and Fashion Nova does not take responsibility I paid with debit so Now I lost 510us and nobody care I will never buy anything from them They don't protect the costumer! PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I have a cargo claim numer from de company that never delivered my other and I still with not answer

Don't bother contacting them if you never receive your package, even if it says it was delivered. They won't refund you and will only tell you to ask neighbors about your package or file a police report.
I understand they aren't the ones delivering their merchandise, but if you don't end up receiving your package, it's pretty much a "Oops. Too bad for you. Also, I'll still keep your money".
It's like the company will plummet if they refund $30 worth of stuff.

I like that Fashion Nova has a big selection of products. They're always having some great sales and truly seem to market towards a variety of personal styles.
