It has been a month and my order still has not arrived. Despite contacting Fashion Nova, I got a generic email saying international shipping can take 12-15 days. It is past this timeline and still no update on my tracking number or an estimated delivery date. Second time contacting them, customer service responded quickly but only refunded my shipping, not the whole order as requested.
They do not care about their customers I did not receive my order of only 2 items and they said they cannot do anything about missing packages and that they can't refund or reship!? I will never shop from here again they don't care about their customers.
Ordered a pair of jeans. They did not fit as expected. Item was returned within one day. Then, I received an e-mail saying that I was given an in-store credit. I contacted Customer support and they wrote back stating "Fashion Nova is a credit - based company and we can only issue you an E- Gift Card for your returned items". Therefore, I do not recommend Fashion Nova.
I love fashion nova clothing but I am so disappointed that they choose a 1.2 star shipping company (Lasership) to deliver their packages. First time my shipment never came because they delivered it to the wrong address and the second time my package was marked delivered but never received. Because of their shipping company I will never shop with Fashion Nova again!
Fashion nova has a new shipping company called LSO they delivered my order to the wrong address and fashion Nova refuses to even contact them and have them pay for my order they have told me that they are not responsible for stolen items how is it stolen if I never received them the shipping company has emailed me and said it was their fault I still have not received my money or items. I have been shopping with fashion nova for years and I mean big orders 300-500 per order this has never happened before I know it is not their fault but someone needs to replace my order I will be uploading the email from the shipping company I hate the fact that they have no live person that I can talk to I feel like this issue would have been resolved I love this company and hate that I am being denied the items that I have paid for
I have had a few bad experiences with them in the past but nothing I ever comeplained about. But this is the last time I ever order from them. I had a special occasion that I needed a dress for. I would have just gone some where in person but I found one I really liked on fashion nova and I saw that they offered express shipping and that it would come in before my flight for my event. Well the tracking just kept siting saying label printed. They never mailed it. Then when I tried to contact customer service it is nothing but automated messages, they have no number you can call. When I finally got a human they only refunded me my shipping. I don't even need the dress if it isn't going to come in time for the event. They still haven't mailed either. But when I responded that I just wanted to cancel my order then it just went back to automated messages and is saying I have to wait till the new estimate arrival. Even though it still says label printed and they still haven't mailed it out. I just want to speak to a human. This is the most frustrating experience and I don't have time to get another dress for the awards show. I will never shop with fashion nova again.

Ordered a dress and when it was time for me to receive the dress the, Laser ship company who Fashion Nova uses, says the Driver said he delivered it to our home but in our cameras never shows him at our home. Contacted fashion nova and they said that there's nothing they can do. They didn't want to send me another dress or refund us the money. They have very poor customer service! They sure lost us as a customer!
I had an issue with my order, I was sent the wrong size. Customer service was great with responding to fix the situation. The customer service response time was pretty quick and they resolved the issue painlessly.

I have been trying to contact them for 2 months and nobody ever replied to me. Terrible Customer Service - like so bad. Hard to speak to anyone who can read. DO not recommend - avoid at all costs.
Please read reviews and you'll see FN has a trend for scammy behaviors.
1)They'll remove your code right at check out, but you won't see the order total until you're charged.
2) you contact them immediately and they'll tell you they can't modify or change your order because it's processing. Their policy says order processing takes 1 business day so that's a lie.
3) there's no refund. They'll make you pay for their shipping label just to receive a credit.
4) ALL their response are copy and paste.
5) reviews everywhere state they do not care if your package is lost and they also don't honor expedited shipping.
STAY AWAY. Fashion nova is terrible.

I ordered something in June n still haven't received my items. I spent over $100. I was told to call the carrier n I did. They explain it had been returned to the warehouse. I emailed fashion nova several times regarding the issue and they want refund me nothing. They just gave me a $15 credit. I wouldn't order from here. Who can I call to get refund or my items?

Ordered from Fashion Nova. Delivery was already delayed. Then carrier, LSO could not locate my address. They claimed to deliver 4 days later but it was not delivered. Fashion Nova refuses to provide proof of delivery or refund. They're staying the items were stolen, but it was stolen by the carrier. They did not deliver as I am home all day. I left the house shortly after the alleged delivery time and never saw a package. LSO is trash and non-responsive.
Both companies are incompetent and unprofessional. LSO has a ton of negative reviews for shipping issues just like this. It appears they are stealing packages. Fashion Novas response makes it seem as though they are aware and are using this to steal money from hard-working customers. So, both companies are potentially scamming customers for items they know the customer will never receive. I'll never use them again or any company using LSO. Garbage.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
