I usually never complain but want to bring awareness to everyone that likes shopping online. If you like to buy and try on your clothes be weary of buying with Fashion Nova They will ONLY refund you on credit and not back to your original form of payment. I returned clothes and they notified me of this after the fact. Then proceeded to give me a credit for $200 when my entire order to refund was for $434. This has not been the first time they have done this to people either, I emailed them days ago to fix this and they have yet to respond back to me with a resolution. Feel free to share

My package said delivered! I never got it! It was marked delivered! I was home when I got the email! A driver never pulled up! Fashionnova was no help at all! Just we see it says delivered! I do to ma'am but it wasn't! They say wait 72hrs then they will reach out to the carrier! They never do! They are horrible! I've never had a problem with them! I never want to order from them again! It's almost like them and ups working together to steal ppl packages! It's a disgrace! Money is to hard to come by to be letting it go to waist! 78$ is a lot! They are never going to get my service ever again! Even after ups has marked it as lost smhhhhh!

I placed an order totaling $434.86 under number ******* and returned 11 of the 13 items due to an inadequate quality or fit. Fashion Nova issued me a credit in the amount of 382.88 in form of a gift card and then disabled the gift card claiming there is an issue with the return.
If there was a question about the returned items, I should have been contacted and given the opportunity to investigate on my end before cancelling my gift card and leaving me in the dark about it. I returned everything in that order except two bathing suits (which were final sale), one for $23.99 and the other for $27.99. This gives me a credit balance of $382.88 which is still owed to me.
I am a long time Fashion Nova customer and when I make a purchase and the quality and or fit are not as advertised or do not work for me I simply return those items in accordance with Fashion Nova's return policy.
Fashionnova owes me a credit of $382.88, has not responded to my latest inquiry, refuses to refund my credit card and will not issue a store credit. I would like my credit card credit or a gift card in the full amount owed to me.

I have added the proof of purchase and the gift card they issues and disabled.

I am extremely disgruntled by the treatment of fashion nova's customer service. I wrote stating my order had not been delivered even though the tracking states delivery. I was told to check with neighbours etc, which had been done prior as I checked to ensure the package really was missing before I wrote. My order has been missing for a week and the customer service agent basically told me since my package is missing i should go file a police report because it obviously isn't there concern. I am sorely disappointed as I have shopped with fashion nova for years and it's disgusting that this is how they treat there customer. Never in a million years would I have thought this was the treatment they provide.

Terrible customer service! No product delivered. I have a ring camera that lets us know when we get packages. It never came. I. So many words, they said that it's not their problem because it said it was delivered. I'm out of money on my first time ever ordering from this company. Save your money and time, order from someone else.

Don't expect a refund. They say they are doing you a favor by giving you merchandise credit because it doesn't expire! Wow. So even if you don't intend to place the purchase, you cannot cancel…even within seconds.

Oh and you still have to pay for return shipping!

I feel like I'll never get my orders from this site. Absolutely ridiculous shipping company laser ship has been holding it for days now. Unreal.

Fashion has absolutely POOR customer service! I place an order for four items. I got email updates, including an email FROM fashion nova to say ALL FOUR ITEMS were shipped. I waited and waited and waited, then I got another update to say the delivery was delayed by the shipper. I waited some more, then the shipper sent notification the package was out for delivery. I waited at home and the package was dropped off. It was much smaller than I anticipated, so low and behold, when I opened the package, it only had one of four. I contacted fashion nova and asked about the other three items as well as told them I needed one of the garments for an event this weekend. There response was, "sorry, we can give you a refund or store credit". Who the hell is providing "customer service", because they clearly DID NOT read my message and understood its sentiments. It was my first time ordering and it left a VERY BAD taste in my poor. Shane on you Fasion Nova! You deserve NEGATIVE stars.

The clothes are cheap and do not fit properly. Also when you pay cash with credit card and need to do a return. They keep your money and make you purchase their merchandise with a store credit. You have to pay $3.99 per otem for shipping return. I will never purchase anything else from this store #givememymoneybacj

I was over charged and could reach no one to correct it, they just kept sending me emails that made no sense

For all the years I have been buying at Fashion Nova, I have never had an delivery issue until August 30,2022, when it said my package had delivered, but yet nothing to show. I have a camera on my front door. It shows no one drop off any package much less to be stolen. I am so disappointed I reach out to fashion nova and they write me back to let me know I should go check with my neighbors and report it to the local police station. They didn't even care to re- send the items they just took my money and was satisfied with what they are doing but they took the wrong person money cause I am not letting it go. I am afraid to order anything else from them because they took your money then say your package delivered and no trust came from it. That is why these carrier services that they are using constantly stealing the packages and Mark delivered because these shipping Companies are holding them accountable for these stuff.

This company is a rip off. I bought two pairs of the same swimming shorts with two different colors. They sent me two items made of very different materials. They do not allow returns on these items and refused to refund me. Be careful!

I received an email from you guys with an estimated delivery date of Friday I did not mean for express shipping I paid extra for Express when I was trying to pay for Rush and I got an email saying thank you for your order that my estimated delivery date was Friday I even reached out via social media I have a red carpet event on Friday and needed a dress and the fact that I had an estimated delivery date of Friday and now it's saying Monday is unacceptable I have been a devoted fashion Nova customer and this is really an emergency.
Not to mention I put my order in on a Tuesday and I'm being told Monday for my delivery and I chose express shipping not to mention the countless times I have tagged your company in my photos and Hauls. If you place an order Tuesday how is the delivery date Monday when it's express shipping that's 6 days not three or four do not order from Fashion Nova if you are in an emergency and need an outfit

I'd made several orders to Fashion Nova over a period of one year. Each and every item I received was either flawed or damaged or grossly mis-sized. Problems which I'd let go without complaint because I figured that it was simply a matter of miscalculation or misperception of what I saw when ordering on my part. I am 5'3" and weigh 125 lbs. So there's little chance that I'm just trying to squeeze into "skinny" items not suitable for my body type. Items are very cheaply made, fragile and wrongly sized EVERY TIME. I could NEVER reach anyone, any customer service agent to discuss these problems and get a refund. They simply are not available or responsive. The last order I received had items that were damaged and looked as though they had been previously worn [ maybe another customer had tried the garment on before returning it?]. See image of black stretch pants with wear marks on them. I will never buy from Fashion Nova ever again. I'm done. SHEIN has proven to be satisfactory to me and has much better product for the prices.

I purchased this beautiful dress but it was too long. I returned it in a large box with other orders that I had to return. The customer care team told me that they will not issue a refund because I added this return to other returns and shipped them together. My returns totalled over 500 dollars. I have shopped from fashionnova for a couple of years now. Never had this issue. They refuse to give me a refund beware future buyer, unless you are sure you won't return it, I suggest you don't buy anything. They are keeping my money and the items as well. This is a rip off.
