I am very upset because I spent 200 dollars, my package never arrived, and they do not want to take responsibility for the loss of my package.

I bought a dress for 99.99 and it was too small I returned it and they only gave me half the money. The dress was in perfect condition, it was just too big for me and that's why I returned it.

I live in Atlanta in a high rise, and was told my package was delivered, however no picture of proof or anything. I never received my order and reached out to the company in hopes they would refund me or simply send me another bodysuit. I order more than 50 dollars and it was a waste. I never received my order. They did not care about the situacion. I checked the video footage and noneone left a package and i sent the the evidence. They did not give me my money back and now I am waiting because I had to do a complain with my bank to see if I can't receive my money back. Here are my pictures from the camera footage.

So I placed two orders with them for a total of 12 pair of jeans totally $176.38 however I never received either order! Both times their delivery company said they were delivered to my address however I never received them. I have three cameras in front of my home that confirm no delivery trucks even came on my street! The delivery company as well as fashionnova have no way to communicate on the phone and only communicate via email! Both companies just keep passing the buck back and forth with no real solutions! I asked if the trucks have gps to confirm that no one came to my home, however they just closed the ticket! Fashionnova told me to file a police report to assure this doesn't happen again, however it happened twice in the same month! I asked where I could send video confirmation that no one came to my home and they never responded! I received and email from LSO at 9:38am confirming the package was lost and then they marked it as delivered 6 minutes even though it wasn't delivered! Again they email which I forwarded to Fashionnova was not enough for them to reship my order or process my refund because they claim that they don't file claims on orders that show delivered to the confirmed shipping address which the shipping company is clearly aware of! I've spent so much money with them because my daughters love their clothes, but I will never spent another dime worn them! Usually their packages are shipped with UPS and we've never has an issue, however these last two orders came from LSO a company I've never heard from and we never received the packages!

Delivered my item to wrong apt number and didn't want to give me a refund for their mistake. Horrible

You are taking a chance with this company. I received a few great items from them. However, if you ever need to return an item…FORGET ABOUT IT! They do not have customer service at all. Also, they never mention you pay for return items! I ordered a beautiful coat, never received it. Instead they sent me an ugly coat completely different from what I ordered. It has been a total NIGHTMARE trying to return it n get my money back. I do not trust these people. You order at your own risk! You can see in the pics the beautiful lavender coat I wanted vs the ugly throw up color coat they sent me. I never opened it.

I ordered 4 items from fashion nova. First impression cheap quality and one pair of faux leather pants smelled like FISH. The worst part is when i tried to exchange these items, they make you pay for shipping. That's about $8-15 dollars. There is no way to contact them via phone everything is online ONLY. I ended up throwing away the fish leather pants (losing $) and giving the other items away. Thats about $70 down the drain. I ordered something as a birthday gift last month and I got an email saying it was delivered. It was never delivered, so I contacted fashion nova. I tried calling and got no response. I then sent emails and even messaged them on their official instagram account and no one ever got back to me. I don't understand how customer service could be so bad they couldn't even apologize. I either want a refund or to get the product I ordered in the first place. I have already saved a coworker from ordering from this garbage website. So I purchase a pair of thigh high boots from fashion Nova I paid full price $81 and some change, they arrived to my house I tried them on and I noticed they didn't fit so I wanted to return or exchange them, fashion Nova told me no, they told me it was a final sale, nowhere I read final sale. For one thing they don't fit, I should be able to exchange boots, they are not a swimsuit, they are not panties or a Bra, they are a pair of boots that I paid full price for, But instead of fashion Nova exchange the boots or giving me some kind of store credit they said no. That was my first and last time ever dealing with fashion Nova. First of all the QUALITY of their clothes is CHEAP, the QUALITY of the boots is CHEAP they feel like paper so I can see why they don't want to exchange or return their clothes because they are CHEAP QUALITY and they don't want it back. Buyers beware fashion Nova is not for mature grown women's they are for teenagers.

Please do not purchase anything from this company if you think you might have to send it back! I purchase a pair of pants, returned and to date I still am not in receipt of the E-Gift Card; all the messages going back and forth between me and them I'm told the gift card was sent in a separate email message and sent to the email on file when the order was placed. Well the same email being used for messages between us is the very same email I used when the order was placed. So why am I receiving email messages yet not the e-gift card? PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FASHION NOVA! Unless it's money you don't mind losing.

Half of my items I received was damaged the other half was wrong one of the pants smell like they came from out of the garbage terrible there's no one you can call to return I felt like I was robbed will never order here again

$#*!kkkkk the way the website is set up is messed! I went through 39 plus pages and still had more to go! It wouldn't even let me finish looking! When I would forward back to the next page it would start alll over again! I wen on my desktop! The damn thing was blank! Sooo $#*!ing pissed!

Let's say they know what there doing because I live in a small suburban country town where every one wants to be who they cant be and turns out all my friends wanted to try to be like me and Fashola nova helped save my style because they keep me wearing amazing quality at fair prices and staying unique and not giving up my unique sense of style that everybody loves weither it's at home or traveling abroad and complete stranger ask me about my outfit I'm never shy to tell people where my gear came from and usually most of my outfit is a fashion nova inspired outfit. Only complaining I can do is sometimes rompers or jumpsuits are made weird and I hade to take them to a seamstress cause they have had to much material in weird places. Other then that as long as you know your sizes in store I e never had issues ordering my same size dead on online with them and fitting amazing.
