I place a big order, so they have to ship it in two separate bags. So I received one and the other one never show. And it said delivered. I have been back and forth with shipping company and Fashion Nova. At the end Fashion Nova policy not responsible for lost shipments.so I lost my money
I would say, 0 star I used my gift card but they took all money from my credit card.
So I told them fix it but they didn't.they stop sending email back so they can steal money.

I spend money at this place all the time so it shouldn't have been a problem this is the worst customer care/service I've ever received in my life. They are petty af! I'm a single parent and I work hard for every dime that I get so the fact that I paid for items that I never received nor can I get a refund for has me highly upset! Hello I want to save you money. Fashion Nova refuses to rectify carrier disputes. I waited for my package no doorbell rang no one pulled up and then I received an alert saying package delivered. There was no package. I looked at the picture and it clearly was not of my door. I asked my surroundings neighbors and was told they didn't have my package. I notified both Fashion Nova and the carrier I never heard of before. I shop online all the time never heard of them. I advised both parties that the picture was not my front door and that's not my mat outside under the package because I don't have a mat and my number is above the doorbell box not displayed on the picture the delivery driver took. I was advised wait 3 days before they could help to see if my package turned up. Once the 3 days were up I basically was told kick rocks go away don't bother us again SORRY. This is not acceptable behavior towards a paying customer. I then heard other stories and we decided to let everyone know their practices on as many sites and platforms as possible Order #*******. It will eventually cost them more than my $75 loss. The BBB and any other consumer reporting agency will be advised as well.
Ordered an outfit two months in advance and didn't receive it so I followed up. Fashion Nova came back and said it has been returned to them as the carrier couldn't deliver it to my address. My address has been the same for the last 10 years and I've had no issues with deliveries from other companies so this was really surprising. I then requested for refund to be credited back to my PayPal and they said they couldn't do this and could only offer me a partial refund in a gift card. I then asked how I was meant to use this gift card when they supposedly couldn't deliver to my address so if I order again the same thing would be likely to happen? They kept sending me automated/generic emails each time so it's been a very horrible experience and I regret ever buying from them in the first place
Fashion Nova has no real customer service that you can talk to which makes it really hard when you need to reach out to someone. Their customer service is also bot-like. However usually, when you do email them which is the only option to contact them, You do get an email back pretty fast depending on your issue and how busy they are. Some of the clothes are made of chemicals and things that are known to cause Cancer, Birth defects, and other serious issues. Since they get all their stuff from China Wholesale it's made with cheap materials of bad quality. Not everything is bad but I would definitely recommend buying things only without the warning tags. If you do end up buying something with a warning tag then make sure you wash it first before wearing it.
First of all, most of the cloth are downsize. I always wear xs so I ordered xs items here. When it arrived it was so small that probably my kid wouldn't even be able to wear it. So the smart thing to do is return it right? Wrong you can't return 99% of the products you buy. Their refundable policy is ridiculous, customer service is even worse. And then, even if you do happen to have an item that meets all the criteria to return it, you have to pay for the shipping label. I do not know how this company is surviving…
Don't believe all the insane reviews unless you've been shopping at Walmart and old navy your entire life. If you're used to real sizing and shopping at Nordstrom and saks etc the the sizing is very true to size. I sized up on everything I bought and it looks like I'm gonna be donating the entire shipment bc it is absolutely massive
That did it... the quality is shoty at best. Thought I was ordering a sweater, it looks like a dam tent made of yarn. It just didn't make sense. I will not be taken a picture in this over sized piece of yarn project.
I have to say I'm very disappointed with the service I'm receiving and this is why I haven't stopped here in a while. My tracking from Ontrac clearly stated it was out for delivery on Saturday, I did not get this order on Sunday either and there's currently an exception. I just talked to a rep today, who kept trying to convince me on their standard shipping timeframe and didn't listen to the evidence I've provided (via photo in the email). I live near Ontrac's warehouse, so it was shipped the next day and was out for delivery this past Saturday. It was not delivered despite that, and now states an exception but I don't know when Ontrac will be delivering now? It's very unethical for Fashion Nova to not offer compensation to a customer as I had to keep asking for it to be considered. I haven't shopped at Fashion Nova for a while and this is why I stay away. If there's any issue, they act like they have amnesia and can't afford to help customers but they've generated millions of dollars. I'll continue to stick to Shein, at least they're willing to compensate.
Tried to input promo code in... before I could submit code...charged my card before I could get it in...I didn't hit submit...my card was charged the full price...will not be ordering anything else from Fashion Nova
I wanted to return an outfit that was not what it appeared to be online, and paid $46 for it. I tried to complete the return online and it was not a smooth process. Going back and forth with customer service, I finally was able to start my return on the portal and had to go to a carrier to purchase a shipping label for $15. Fashion nova was only alotting $32 for store credit. So paying $14 for shipping and $15 for return. I basically spent $60 for an outfit that I'm not even keeping. Will not purchase from the store again. There are so many better stores with reasonable return policies and fashion nova is not one of them.
I placed an order and paid for one day delivery. Package was not delivered to UPS on time by fashion nova. I wasn't home to accept the package because I was traveling and I let fashion nova and UPS know. Asked for the package to be returned so it's not stolen. When I finally heard back from fashion nova, they did not address their shipping mishap, basically made it seem like it's my fault that the items did not arrive on time and had to be sent back. I offered to pick up the items early from UPS location, but UPS couldn't give me that option. Basically I paid over $160, received less than that they wouldn't refund my shipping fee and gave me a store credit that I can ONLY use at Fashion nova. If that isn't stealing, I don't know what is. If you can not guarantee you'll ship items to your customers on time when they pay for shipping, do not advertise as such and take their money and for God's sake, if you don't want too lose more customers explore other options for refunding people their money, that's good customer service.
I ordered 2 dresses from them and i reached out to confirm the delivery date they provided because I didn't see any movement on the tracking. They changed my delivery date 3 times (I have screenshots) I missed my event sent the dresses back and they are refusing to refund my money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
First time buyer. The site it currently offering 40% percent off most Items. Everything I purchased qualified for the discount. Besides each item it indicates it will be 40% off if you add the discount code. Prior to finalizing my order I add the code where indicated. My price didn't change so I assumed it would after the payment type was verified. Well, it finalized my order and never processed the discount. I immediately emailed the company because no one answered the phone or chat. The response was" we're so sorry. We can see that the discount code was not properly applied but since your order processed almost immediately,, we can't stop, change or refund any part of your order ". I asked them for a credit totally what my 40% discount Would be and they kept saying I could use the 40% on my next order. Well, right now the 40% is for everyone so If I want to order again I can get another 40% because that's the current offer. Needless to say, I'ma one and done with Fashion Nova and i plan to have my daughters and their friends stop using them as well!
So I bought a dress for my daughter for Halloween and it didn't fit and I returned it for a different size. When we got the second one all she did was try it on unfortunately she took the tags off and I do not have them anymore so they won't take the dress back and the first dress was shipped back to me in a bag with no paperwork because it didn't have tags with it. It physically wanted paperwork receipts tags the same bag etc. So I have two dresses that I can't send back because I don't have tags and they were never worn because my daughter got sick and never wore it for Halloween. Also, I think that it's rude that when people return an item in perfect shape never worn that it's not returned back to your account but only credit to buy something else there. This is bad business and they don't realize the impact this is going to make by word of mouth. Not very smart

Only shop here if you are between sizes. Because their med is a super sized med. Same as small. Lastly but really first. You will receive store credit/ gift card. Even if you use Afterpay. They will not refund to original payment.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
