Especially not ones that are misaligned... or ones that really when you feel it you know it will not survive and it is not worth the sale. It could all be better and I could have less new clothes I won't wear.
Incorrect items sent, wrong sizes, MISSING items even and the only way to get reimbursed is to receive "store credit" by paying to return the items yourself. To return the items from where I live would cost me $40. I kindly asked them just to send me the item that was missing from my order and absolutely no response. I left a bad review on the item because of that and when I checked a couple of days later my review was deleted. The fact that they have to delete bad reviews just to make it look like every single review they get is 5 stars should prove they are a scam. Will never be purchasing again.

Over a month ago I ordered 2 pairs of pants and saw that they were sent to the completely wrong address I contacted ups about this and was told if I changed the address it would be $97. Of course I'm not paying that so I contacted fashion nova and was told I was responsible for getting my pants to DC from GA and that they will not pay for their own mistake. My order was even billed to the wrong address! I disputed with fashion nova and got nothing so I disputed with my bank and yet I'm being told again that I am responsible for it.
Really cheap clothing. Orderd over 120$ of clothes on sale they all ended up in the garbage. Very small sizes too. Tried on a bodysuit it won't even close and a jumpsuit teared when trying it on because of cheap china stitching. Don't waste your money on these clothing that are too pricey and go to urban planet for the same quality of clothes.
I am honestly so completely fed up with this process that i will probably never order from you again. This is the THIRD time that i have tried to contact you in regards to orders that i have received in which i have been charged for things and they have not been in my order or they have been shipped incorrectly. The first time was when i received order #*******. It was missing the follow the flag halter top in a size large. I called customer care only to be put on hold multiple times, till i simply gave up. The next issue was with order #*******. I had ordered a pair of Total Floral Print Pants - Natural - XL as well as a Jim beam Graphic crop tee in a size large. I received neither one of them. I received instead one lace jumper that was clearly to small and another item that i had ordered that came way to small (the annika gaucho jumpsuit was supposed to be a large and instead it was a small). After two weeks of phone calls and trying to get a hold of someone, i finally spoke to rene. He did the best he can but from what he was telling me to what your website says, its completely opposite. I was told by him that i would need to provide a picture and normally "fashion nova doesn't take anything back past two days." NOWHERE in your site does it say that, not to mention, how am i supposed to take a picture of something to return if i have NEVER RECEIVED IT? I do not want to keep these clothes, i simply want what i paid for, and i completely disappointed and fed up with the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have basically been told that it is my fault for a rule that has not been properly advertised, and i feel taken advantage of and frankly i do not want to continue to do business if that is how you are going to treat your customers. I have spent more than my fair share of my hard earned money on this site and i deserve to not just to get what i paid for, but to be treated like i actually matter.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
