They have terrible business practices. They said they delivered my package but nothing ever arrived. I was waiting and saw deliveries occurring in my building and my package wasn't one of them. On top, they don't have customer service. I messaged them and their reply was that it's not their responsibility. Once it says "delivered" they don't have any responsibility. That's terrible! Im out of $130 for no reason. Additionally, part of this purchase was for a Holiday Party dress I needed. Nothing to wear for the even at this point and out all that money? I can't believe it. Last time I purchase from here and you better believe i will be sharing my story with everyone I know. The biggest marketing tool is word of mouth, and I'll be using mine to tell this company's truth and terrible business ethic and practices. Including their NO REFUND policy on ANY purchases. No idea why anyone would order from them.

Fashion nova customer service is so rude and unhelpful. I never received my items and they have not help resolve my issue! The shipper laser ship Ryan marked as delivered and I contacted fashion nova with a case number and advise them I reached out to lasership and they did not deliver it to my address. Fashion nova is not willing to give me a refund or re shipment. I also contacted the better business bureau because this can't be legal or right. I would need we order from them again and I'm taking this to social media to advise fashion nova is a unprofessional company who is trying to steal customer money!

I made a purchase on black Friday,
I put in 3 gift cards which reflected $118 left to pay on debit card.
Confirmation stated I paid $274 in full on my debit card without option to adjust my order.

They don't do returns so I can't get my money back, my man is going to be so upset as this was my gift for Christmas.

Often Im a small and other times small is a xxsmall. Finding the right size is like fishing in the ocean for an exact match. This is by far the worst sales tactic of all time.

I also pay Shipping fees $7.99 each way, unless you spend bookubucks still have to pay return shipping regardless, which is why I don't feel comfortable shop with fashion Nova anymore.

Overall I feel ripped off and Nova doesn't give a flying fish about you.

There is no live customer service, and when you do get a email response - they are often extremely rude.

Poor customer service, not being able to speak with a live person. I placed order on Nov 1 2022 I have not received it as of today it's been almost a month. My advice do not spend your money with this company. It"s other companies that will value you as a customer. I ordered 05 months ago, did not receive the package, asked for a refund and they say they will not refund because the order is in transit. 05 months in transit? The tracking number says it is delivered to an address completely different from mine.

Earlier this year 2022 I made a purchase with fashion Nova over $200. Fashion Nova internship my products to the wrong address it must have been the address they had on file after not receiving my purchases I reached out to fashion Nova to find out you guys sent it to the wrong address at that time I was promised in ecard compensation it's been almost a year to no avail have I been compensated now you're talking about it's past the 90 days and it shows that it has been delivered. Yes I know it was delivered to the wrong address per fashion Nova can you guys simply send me my eCard compensation I've explained that I do not still have that same email but I do have the order number none of my contact information has changed except my physical address and my email address thank you for understanding please send my card immediately so I may check out

I ordered online and realized my size was incorrect, after paying to send it back I received a store credit. Once I decided to use my credit it was not there. I contacted them immediately and was sent tracking information, I searched what they claim I bought and the package was sent to Ghana. I asked for a full refund and was told they couldn't do anything about it because the money was gone. I live in ATLANTA ga so I clearly didn't order anything to Ghana. This company is a complete scam.I've attached their response, unbelievable.

Take your business elsewhere. They do not appreciate their customers, and seem to have a policy of giving customers the run-around. They only offer Store Credit for items that are returned. I paid $97.79 for an order and was refunded only for the rush shipping because the the was supposed to be delayed,I never received my order.I reached out to customer service through email several times and kept getting repetitive messages each time,I was ensured that I would receive an refund within 10 business days and never received it.Please do not order from this company.

Warning PLEASE Do Not order from fashionova at this time. Fashionova is using third party delivery services no has ever heard of to deliver people packages just for them to come up missing! Please I advise do not order from fashionova around this time. Once the package leaves fashionova facility, it's no longer their responsibility. Even though I have been a customer of theirs for going on 10 years. You would think that they would try to help me in this situation being as though I spent $100 on items that were supposed to be delivered safely. I ordered my clothes on the 10th from them and my expected delivery date was the 17th. When I checked to track my order, it said it was delivered. I asked my neighbors if anyone has seen my package and everyone said no. I just want my package I spent $100 on. The fact that fashion nova won't even give me my money back or a gift card at least, shows how much they really value their customers.

I've never experienced such unaccountability in a business. They cannot get their shipping times down, never send things on time, or send out an email warning about how things will be late.

Yesterday there was a 30% discount for the day or so... I could not check out no matter how many times I tried. I would enter the code THEY OFFERED ON THE SITE, I get the discount and then when its time to check out, the site glitches making me start all over again. This went on ALL DAY yesterday so I wrote them. They immediately wrote back telling me to clear my cache use another browser AND restart my computer ALL OF WHICH I DID many many times BEFORE they suggested it! Still, til the very end, I was unable to purchase with their code! The next day, today, I check and of course NO GLITCHES! However, todays code is for 20%, 10% less. I'm pissed but I try. WELL, I have Honey and other Coupon sites that help me find coupons and they enter a code that gives me 50% off! I go to pay and POOF the discount disappears! So I enter the code again, it discounts 50% again, I hit check out and POOF! So this time I send them a video demanding they explain. Their answer, its an "employee code" no longer active, sorry for the inconvenience, use the 20% code on the site! This has to be illegal! It is my understanding they recently got in trouble for manipulating site reviews, only allowing the good reviews to go up which is unfair to customers trying to figure out specific details others may be able to share. This happens on the constant and its time they get called out on it! I, for one, am over it!

Like someone said previously, I ordered two dresses for my son's wedding Rehearsal dinner and they used Lasership and no packaged ever came, I also have a ring and no one came to my house and I was home all day, the second the notification said it was delivered I went out and nothing. They wanted me to file a report with the policy saying they had stolen my package but the only theft was of the delivery company or Fashion Nova never sent it. I reached out to both the shipping company and Fashion Nova and no one got back to to me from the shipping company and Fashion Nova just kept sending me an email that they seem to have automatically generated that says the same thing. I will be going to my Credit card company and filing a report! I am out of that money! DON'T BUY FROM HERE

I purchased a shirt that was very poorly made, poor quality of fabric. You will not be able to return your items only receive a store credit! Know this before buying from this company, I will never shop here again!
