First of all, they don't give refunds. That's a huge problem considering their sizing is always way off and you never know what size will fit. I went by the size chart for my 1st purchase, and it wasn't even close. I had to return everything.

They basically ended up stealing my money. I shipped everything back and got a gift card number in an email. When I tried to use it, it said it was "invalid." The return didn't even show up on my account on their website. And the only way to contact them is through an automated form that either leads to their website or a mostly automated email response. I tried over and over to contact a person to help me, but all I got was, "The return doesn't show up. Visit our Help Center!" So they basically kept my money, and I'll never get it back.

When I ordered my clothes I paid an extra fee because I needed rush order shipping …well my clothes still didn't come on time and fashion nova told me they couldn't refund me my money because the clothing had already shipped and was expected to be delivered on the accurate day but they didn't …so basically if you're gonna pay extra for rush order shipping please make sure you get your items on time

The pants I bought for my wife are very nice, we are satisfied, you are great I will share you everywhere

Horrible customer service they just lost a customer. Paid extra for express shipping, was given completely wrong date and zero care given when I contacted them.

Of all the years that I have ordered from this company, they have really disappointed me. My package shows it was delivered on March 3rd but on March 4 and 5 it was still on the way. My package was never delivered and I'm out of $100 worth of clothes for my son that I can't replace. I've contacted the delivery company and no help. Never will I order from them again. And I loved their clothing.

Ordered two dresses, didn't read the fine print about their return policy. They ONLY give store credit. Dresses were HORRIBLE quality. Now I have over $100 to to spend at a store I want NOTHING from, and I had to pay to return the items besides. Who has a return policy where they won't give you your money back for a horrible product?

My order was never delivered but they still charged me and won't give me a refund. They claim "it must have been stolen" but delivery was never even attempted.

I placed and order on Feb 3.Never received order and Fashion Nova has not responded to my emails and it's been 3 weeks.

They jack up the prices for their items and then use a delivery service that leaves packages out to be stolen. Then when you contact them over missing packages, they tell you they can do nothing—terrible customer service. Please save your money and shop with a business that cares about their customers.

Shirt they sent me had a hole in the bottom and the size was the incorrect. They would not return my money stating it was chemicals in their machines that could cause the hole.

And it's been stuck since January 30th, I spoke with Dhl and tforce and they said they have not receive my package and speak to fashion nova. It does not look like my package is anywhere and is stolen. Fashion nova refuses to give me a refund. The keep saying the delivery company has my package but Dhl send no they don't. My package hasn't moved since January 30th. At this point fashion nova is fraud company. So I will like my refund now but they refuse to give it to me. It's been 20 days and still no update

FRAUD- won't review my concern with their false advertising. I provide screenshots and have tried to resolve on many platforms. Completely unacceptable customer service with no real person to actually speak too. I will be filing a lawsuit.

You cannot return or exchange once you hit enter so you better be sure your order is correct. Even if it's just a sizing discrepancy, the whole order will be process, sent to you and only then are you able to do a return, granted you didn't buy a body suit. Forcing you to pay shipping and handling on the one item you need to exchange. You can't make an exchange until the items are sent you.

2 orders placed. Tracking Said delivered on same day. One was received, the other wasn't. Company response was "we hope you find your order". Asked for refund. Ghosted! Will not order from them again.

Store credit is unreal. They denied me to use my own money. I am robbed in daylight by Fashion Nova.

These positive reviews definitely have to be paid because they will not allow you to return (only for store credit) and you have to pay for it yourself. Clothes are cheap and have received many incorrect items. No longer shopping here.

The delivery company they use couldn't find the address which amazon has no problem, giving a gift card not even half instead of a full refund

I ordered items averaging to 131.50. They used a courier "LaserShip" who delivered my package to another address showing delivered to my apartment door on file. I never received my items it was stolen and they won't even make this right. I have a ring camera and live in a gated community which they have a code for. I've ordered from this company for so many years ordering probably over 1000 times but I'm done! Screw fashion nova! Im sick of the customer service they give people who actually pay hard earned money verse the celebrities they give free clothing to. I'll never order another thing again!
