I highly recommend thinking twice about ordering off fashion nova. They do not offer full refund. They only offer store credit. Majority of their clothes online do not match what you receive in the mail. Fashion nova is a fraud.

I have ordered twice from here and I never received my order for both of those packages and they have yet to give me my money back for it

First time ordering on Fashion Nova and it's been a disaster. These people are scammers. I never received my package.

They won't return your money if you don't like something you bought and will ask you to add $8 to get a label on top of it … every reply takes a week then they will tell you you're not eligible for a store credit regardless - I spent $700 only wanted to return $300-200 worth of items since I bought few sizes of each as I wasn't familiar with the sizes and they won't try helping at all now they tell me I'm not even eligible to return for a store credit as it's been more than a month that we communicated

You have to pay more in shipping for an exchange than what you originally paid for the cost of the item. No rep to speak with. Please SHOP SHEIN!

These people are the worst. I returned an item, and they're telling me they never received it, and they're refusing to even give me the ridiculous store credit. And their emails are insane auto-replies, where it's obvious my email hasn't even been read. It's like the whole thread of emails doesn't exist, where a bot just analyzes each individual email and regurgitates a reply. This company is SUCH a scam.

I'm a frequent shopper of Fashion Nova so you would think that if my package was stolen or never delivered they would help me out instead of saying they're not responsible.
As the customer I shouldn't have to suffer for a product I paid for

They are currently being sued a little over 9 billion dollars due to their return policy, which I have been having an issue with since december. I reached out to customer service to return clothes and get a refund, they said they only do gift cards. The customer service team took forever to get back to me and now i'm out of that 30-day window to return anything. They are not letting me return $300 worth of clothes, not only to NOT give me a refund to my payment method, but won't even give me store credit. The quality of most of the clothing I got is comparable to some shein items, i.e. Not good quality. The shoes also do not fit according to size chart on their website. I have a 7 outfits and 2 pairs of shoes that are unworn and brand new.

Each time I have ordered from Fashion Nova, it was for a few hundred dollars worth because I live in the UK and the expedition fee is quite expensive and I thought I'd save up by ordering big at once.
The last time I ordered, years ago, one of the items was tagged wrong. I therefor received a wrong item which didn't fit me, wasn't my taste at all AND was priced much cheaper than the item I actually ordered. I asked if I could get a return label for free since this was an error on their part. I was told off without any compensation.
I told myself I wouldn't order from Fashion Nova again.
Time have passed and I told myself I'd give it another go… apparently it was a huge mistake on my part to do so… because this time I placed an order worth of over 500£ worth, and THE PACKAGE has DIASPEARED during transit. I contacted them and after several exchanges they said according to the courrier, the parcel is UNTRACEABLE at this point.
So they offered a refund which I accepted, with the intent to wait for the refund to be processed, to place the same order again. After a couple of weeks the refund still wasn't processed so I contacted them again and received a message confirming they would escalate my case for it to be solved faster, only to finally receive a definitive answer a couple days ago, that no refund would be made and that I could try and contact the courrier myself (And have a good day of course).
I don't understand this lack of professionalism from a popular brand like theirs.
I don't know if you live in the US territory, but IF YOU LIVE ABROAD, I definitely DON'T RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM Fashion Nova!

I made a purchase but it never arrived. I got proof from ontrac (a joke of a company) showing that they never made the delivery but Fashion nova does not have customer service instead an email that sends generic messages about the return policy. I will never buy from them again and I don't think anyone should until they get actual customer service. This is fraud and is absolutely wrong for a company with a billionaire CEO who just takes vacations on stolen money.

First of all my items were late then the delivery man didn't deliver my items he came to my apartment and left with my items…It's on camera…I contact FN they told me they're sorry for my frustration but my items have been delivered and check with a neighbor! We are talking about $200.00 worth of clothes!

Llevo casi un mes intentado devolver un paquete y el número de orden no me sale en el sistema. Desinstalare la aplicación, y se los recomiendo. Precios similares a tiendas como Zara y sin embargo Fashion Nova no hace tu experiencia agradable. Me siento estafada. Doy una estrella porque no puedo darle cero. No one answered me, their customer service is very bad and I lost a lot of money for nothing

I love their clothes but the fact that they ship through LSO, hell no! Especially when their stuff goes out of stock all the time, can never order something without a problem, please don't bother ordering from here, they don't even let you get in contact with them, you have to wait 24-48 hours for them to come up with a solution which is either a gift card to them or a reshipment what a joke company

How old are two items of this website when was a jumpsuit. When I received the item, I did not have a zipper attached to it. The second item is a green long sleeve corset. The corset had holes in it under the armpit. I have tried to reach out to customer service and have not received any reply back. I have also tried to reach out on IG. I still have not received a reply. So sick of giving my money to places like this and PTL.

They delivered my order to a unsecured location and someone stole it I called they don't have live agents I emailed them and was told they couldn't give me my money back since it's marked delivered since then I've emailed multiple times and I haven't gotten a response I spent 95$ what a lost this is wrong
