I have to return items and pay for it. I don't have a fashion nova near me so how can I try things on. Sometimes things are too small or too large and I have to pay to return because they make the pictures look good and description doesn't really describe that there fairly large/small.
They do not refund money. They do not cancel orders, they gave a giftcard that i'm not able to use
I was a loyal customer of Fashion Nova for many years and for the most part loved what I ordered. This past order I made I received a bikini "Cozumel Thong 2 Piece Bikini - Mocha" and it was defective. Customer care stated that without even seeing the piece they know it's not defective and that the straps are adjustable. They stated this a second time after I sent another frustrated email that THIS one they sent, although it is supposed to be, is not adjustable and the straps were sewn in place one side only giving a couple of inches of strap. Which is completely unwearable. Even when I reassured them that I don't want a refund and I'm completely fine with sending this defective one back for a new one they refused. Terrible customer service that costs you a loyal customer. I wouldn't order from them ever again.
I ordered a few things and they were decent enough that I spent a good amount of time adding more items I was wanting to purchase to my cart. I logged on today and my cart is empty. No way I'm taking the time to add $1200 worth of stuff to the cart again. How does leaving it be until I'm ready to purchase affect them? So annoyed.
I'm so embarrassed I ordered so much from Fashion Nova. This last month I made a $500 dollar order. It Never got delivered to me. Fashion Nova sent me the same automatic message saying my package was delivered to the local customs office. The package was 4 hours away, it did not once got delivered to my house and fashion Nova refused to do anything. I've never felt so sick about a company and I'm literally in tears.I will never EVER order from them again and Im damn ashamed I ever did! I am a shopper of fashion Nova I have been for a long time now tell all my friends and family about fashion nova, I don't have a problem getting my orders, and at a good time, I placed an order with them, I changed addresses and I changed it in the system, they still sent it to my old address.I never got my items nor my money back, I placed the order again because I wanted this particular items before they ran out to this day I still haven't received my refund for that order, I have asked for it back through email and through PayPal still no refund they closed my case, it wasn't even a lot,they made that back and them some they make the money and can't give me back my money, that's not right it's been almost two years now.thank you dissatisfied customer

I never have any issues with other brand. Fashion Nova, I bought 6 items and they sent me 1 damaged item. Other 3 items are big and transparent so I return 3 of them and keep 2 with the damaged item which they said I don't need to return. When they received 3 items they only credit me 2 of them. They say the other item is the damaged one they already refunded. But these was different item and I also have to pay $8 for return fee. So ridiculous. And they only give me store credit not refund to the original payment.

I don't think any of the customer service assistants are trained properly as they all give conflicting information. Also they're not helpful at all, I've been in contact with them for weeks now being told my package is on its way, it's just late due to delays. Now miraculously it's my fault and it was delivered 3 weeks ago... I don't trust Fashion nova at all, is it a scam? Not sure. I've seen some good reviews but this has been my first experience and just like that I've lost over $100 and am now being told to take it up with DHL. There is zero accountability, if you ask my opinion... Just stick with PLT, oh Polly, boohoo, ASOS. You know, the reputable online brands, this one is just not it.
I'm thinking these companies are all the same. I ordered from Bellewholesale cuz they were selling the same stuff as ChicMe but only cheaper so I ordered a pile of stuff; my bill was over $185.5 out of the 14 items were way too big. I contacted them right away requesting the return address to exchange for the correct size. They avoided the question instead asking me for sku numbers and what I wanted to exchange. This back and forth went on and on emails everyday of me asking for the return address. All they told me was the states, no actual address. As soon as the 15day mark came up, they started saying I'm sorry you're not within the exchange period! I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and never did get one as they have now started ignoring the issue. I wish I could post a screen shot of these emails. I swore never to order from chicMe again realizing that there customer support team and emails were the same. Now I've tried to order from fashion nova and I'm concerned because when I Google the reviews, ChicMe came up as the same search result. I just hope this is not another big waste of money and time. How embarrassing if I have been caught by the same predator 3 times! I guess right now all I can do is remain hopeful... I have not received anything from Fashion Nova as of yet, im waiting but I'm lead to believe all these companies might be the same.

As a 1st time buyer, testing out their products; this experience left me angry. I called their customer service, no one pick up. Keep your money and shop somewhere else.
I ordered two pantsuits under the BOGO Sale, a pair of jeans, and a bracelet. They sent me everything except one of the pantsuits and said because of high demand. I can literally go on the site and order the exact pantsuit and they will send it. Of course, I will have to pay the full price. LIES, DECEPTION, FRAUD! Order# *******. I placed an order a week ago. On April 05 the package said delivered but I never received it. I checked the lobby in my building and I reached out to customer service they said it was delivered and that the carrier took a photo of the package in the lobby as proof of delivery. However the picture taken was not of my lobby. Hence, it was probably delivered to a wrong address. I sent pictures of my lobby to customer service and they still insisted they can't do anything else to help me since my package was delivered. I will dispute the charge on my credit card and I will never purchase anything from fashionnova ever again. Horrible customer service. These people don't even speak English! I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. I attached the picture of the lobby taken by the carrier and a picture of my lobby! Totally different! I emailed them several times after that and they haven't responded to me yet.
Fashion nova is return policy is trash, honestly. The fact that you can't exchange items for a bigger size even if they aren't undergarments or swim wear is crazy to me. I also don't like the fact the you can't see pictures of each individual items of your order/shipment to refer back to, so if you wanted to buy another just to get a bigger size, that's put you would most likely have to look for something else. Depending on your big your order is you may see the names of the first to items after that it just say the number of how many other items you purchased. All they care about at the end of the day is money and sales. Not customer friendly at all, they do not care about making their customers happy especially the ones who's paid and shopped with them. Y'all have to do better. Especially with the refunds for people. All this just to return a pair of jeans for a size up. If they are small, they were barely put on let alone wore people be trying to return items same day. Cause they wanna wear items the PURCHASED properly and comfortably. I understand the undergarments and swimwear tho.
I returned an item within the return window and they gave me a $27 gift card even though we paid close to $100 for the item we got! I reached out to customer service and they said they don't do refunds even though I read their return agreement. This company claims they can not return to your credit card. They will only give store credit. That is a SCAM. Their customer service is horrible. They do not even have a phone number to call someone. When you call, they tell you to go through the website. Do not purchase from this company. They do not care about their customers.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
