If I could give them less than 1 star I would do so, this company is absolutely useless!

My order was to be delivered on Friday, it was not. I was not notified, I found out when I went to check on it myself

Tracking said Saturday, and on Saturday - no delivery, still, I was not notified

Sunday, Monday and now Tuesday

I honestly cannot describe the regret I have for shopping with Fashion Nova and the useless shipping service they use

This is the 4th time this is happening and there has NEVER been a live person to speak to, not single apology or offer to help or make things right

No courtesy, no respect for customer's patronage, just the same lame automated email telling you to go to the help center!

If my daughter didn't like their clothes so much, I would NEVER come back here, but I will make sure I leave a review everywhere, and tell as many people as I can

This is the height of absolutely rubbish service!

I had an accidental purchase from this company and found out 3 hrs later. I immediately notified them and they responded with "we already processed your order so we can't cancel it." Convenient since their return policy states "store credit only." They didn't process my order (since it gives notification) until the next day and the item supposedly delivered 2 days later. When I inquired, it became incumbent on me to do the investigation (they told me to call the carrier and look in my neighborhood!). When I finally asked for a refund considering my case, they provided the cut and paste ansewr and referred me back to their website.

So every single time I order a package which is multiple times a month it constantly gets delivered to the wrong address due to this ongoing issue that Fashion Nova there's nothing about I will not order from them anymore. It does not make any sense why they cannot just do what Amazon does take a picture of the package on the stoop so when you can confront Fashion Nova, maybe they will do something nice and Refund you or redeliver or have something worked out with LaserShip that can help out the people for the stupidity of the dumb $#*!ed. $#*!ing drivers is an ongoing issue that will never get resolved. Apparently money does not grow on trees Fashion Nova pick a different company to do deliveries with or do something for the people who lose out off of another companys stupidity

Need to update delivery so items can be sent to a hub for delivery's and not only homes when nobody there that's my only concern

I've paid for a two-day shipping and it's going on 5 days and been charged a $9.99 fee for faster delivery. I've asked for a refund and customer service has been rude, refuse to refund me. False advertisement!

Charging me £30 to return. Do not use. I ordered Size xs as I'm a 6 and it fit my mum size 12. Absolutely disgraceful company.

Their products are very low quality and don't fit well. You will never see your money back because of high fees and the fact you can only get money back for store credit only. So you effectively get stuck with their shoddy products.

Clothes look good on models, but what you receive is hit or miss. I got pants size 9 (which is my size) and they are huge, and got pants size L not realizing they are 11/13 size but they fit me perfectly so it's complete mess in sizes. Also their pants are way too high on the waist. I don't if they think we are older heavier women or they think we got such giant behinds, but for sure this is not a store for juniors. If this company is the same company like 10dollarmall they need to go back to that because I can't shop here. So now I have to spend 4$ extra to ship these giant pants back, when it's clearly their fault for sending completely different size

Very low quality items. The biggest issue is their return policy. If they sell out of and item that you are returning they only give you half of what you paid. It's not worth ordering from this company. They are not upfront with their policies. They do everything the can to keep your money.

The worst costumer service ever! Not only they didn't deliver my order but also refused to refund me for it. Contacted them multiple times and only answer I got is that they will give me a gift card for their stupid mistakes! Never by from them!

I will never order from fashion nova again, their policy is horrible. I lost out on money because of the shipping carrier they decided to partner with. I paid to receive my package within 2-3 days and I never received it and it wasn't till after I contacted the shipping carrier till they decided to mark my package as being delivered. I wish I can give them 0 stars

Once you made your order, forget about getting customer support, they don't edit orders even two minutes later, and also forget about return an item, is a pain in the a$$$$.

I will never order from them again once I spend my credit. Their return policy is 7.99 and you have to pay for the package to send it. They will not honor free returns. All that you save on their cheap $#*! clothes you will pay in the return. Worst of all, they will only issue you a credit so it will not go back to your original method of payment. Finally, their customer service ignores the questions you ask so their is no negotiation. First and last time. Their lost because I am a big shopper.

ORDER #******* I have placed an Order for $89 and I was told the order was delivered. No trace of the order. I was refused a refund and was told to go to the local authorities. It's impossible for the order to be stolen as it's delivered straight into our hands as we live in a security complex.

I ordered a pantsuit that I received in a timely manner. I returned it because I didn't like the fit. They acknowledged the return and sent an e-gift card. Tried to place an order using the gift card that didn't work.I kept getting a message that says " Form of payment not verified. I've text and email them but haven't gotten any help from them. I will NEVER order from this company again. In my opinion, this is a Scamming Company

The customer service keep sending me automatic survy whenever i reach them to get credit back, they don't refund plus they didn't send the gift card number or credit me in any way. I keep contacting them eveyday and they keep saying check your spam emails, save your self a hassel and dont ourshce from them they will never get back the money, more then 25 emails back and forward! IT"S SCAM COMPANY AVOID THE HASSLE

I have been a customer, faithfully promoting, posting, and rocking these fashions since before anyone even knew who they were or even felt comfortable shopping online. I have dedicated my entire Instagram to promoting the brand and have spent unimaginable amounts of money dating back to late 2008 I was homeless at that time living outside with my baby daughter and the only thing that made me feel good was fashion nova. I developed a severe addiction and could not control myself when it came to FN I HAD TO HAVE IT. So any money I had I would buy and buy and buy. I would protect my garments with my life. Dragging around two suitcases full, a baby, and a diaper bag. All I had was my nova. It made being homeless, eating out of the trash and being scared and alone on the streets that much more bearable. I've never even received one generic, thank you customer note, nor any sort of recognition for my many many posts or promotions. Then I find out all this negative stuff in the news, and I feel really fed up with the level of service this company is giving. They seem to forget without us little people there would be no you. If I wasn't one of the people spending all of my hard earned money back before you hit it big, you would not have hit it big. It's people like me that made you the success you are, and I feel extremely unappreciated, robbed and emotionally distraught. Since I'm not a celebrity, all of the effort, loyalty and free promotion means nothing. One of my final straws, was seeing them bring on a celebrity as a new ambassador who has done nothing but trash their brand, very publicly, over the years. Now, all of a sudden she is the new ambassador. That is so wrong, so fake, and shows exactly what kind of company I have been putting my all into. At this point, I'm ready to take my two closets full of fashion nova pieces and have a bonfire, publicly. Now I just have to find a new clothing brand and buy a whole new wardrobe. Y'all really let me down and you lost one of the most loyal customers you will ever have. Truthfully, your fashions were way better years ago since you hit it big it takes me hours to scroll through and find some thing that is not too completely slutty. I swear I saw a "outfit" that was just pasties and sparkles for like $35! I guess that's the market, but I preferred it when you actually had more options that could be worn in every day situations. Now it seems like you're just catering to celebrities

Horrible. I ordered a dress for my birthday well in advance (over a month before). The package never showed up. I had to buy another dress elsewhere. I reached out to Fashion Nova and they said it was still in transit and there was nothing they could do. Two months later, still nothing. I followed up again and they said they lost my package. How do you "lose" a package?. Anyway, they offered me store credit or a full refund. I picked full refund because I will never order from there again!

I wish I can give them 0 stars for the customer service. I placed an order and an old address automatically was entered when I used Apple Pay. I contacted fashion nova immediately. I asked them to edit my address they were unable to. So I asked them to cancel the order and I'll just reorder. They refused to cancel my order or even try to work with me. They sent my items to the wrong address. I even called the carrier to edit address they told me if fashion asked them to they can. Fashion nova told me no. They are to big of a company to not have Better customer service.
