This was my first purchase from Fashion Nova and when I returned the items promptly I was refused a credit to my original payment method and was sent a store credit. I shop often on line and have never encountered an issue like this from any other company. The product quality is low and the customer service is unfortunately not customer oriented. I would suggest Venus, or Lulus over this company due to the return policy, very unfortunate.

The sweater they sent was sewn with the seam edges on the outside of the armholes and the neck. (The shoulders and sides were sewn correctly with the edges on the inside.) As other reviewers have stated, their policy is store credit only and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Since this was a gift, the sewing error was not discovered until the window had closed. How can a company send out something that is unwearable and then make you eat the cost of the item plus shipping? I was informed of a delivery delay and my package arrived only a little later than originally expected. This is winter and there are snowstorms out there so that is very reasonable, therefore I have no complaints about shipping, nevertheless, DO NOT buy from this company!

Bad business -order in error thought it was going to give me a recap of what I was looking at and it ordered. Within seconds I requested cancellation. Would not allow and they make you spend the money with them. No refunds but a gift card for there site if you return the item. Could not get anyone on the phone and they would not call me.

FashionOva claimed to have shipped my item and said that I should contact the shipping company. Lasership never received my item. Upon re-contacting FashionOva, they speedily refunded me the shipping fees of $6.99 and said to return to them the following day if I've not received the package… Never received my package and all emails with supporting evidence are being ignored by FashionOva.
They are a SCAM AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Just like everybody else on this this is all the sham. Customers are not 90% happy with their delivery or clothing with Fashion Nova. Most customers barely even receive their packages. Everybody if you participate in going to the Better Business Bureau and report them as a scam company. It will help. It looks like they're sending either cheap clothing or you're not getting clothing at all and yet they take your money. Report them to the BBB!

I ordered a velour jogger set and Fashion Nova sent me a cardigan‼ REGARDLESS of a policy they NEED to fix THEIR mistake. It's a sad situation when you pay for product you don't receive, it's sounds like theft! I didn't get a wrong size nor wrong color but a totally different item from what I ordered and yes I am extremely passed that Fashion Nova WON'T OWN UP to THEIR MiSTake not mine as a customer. PlEase believe I Wanted to give NO stars!

I never received my item, when I contacted them they said it was delivered. Which it wasnt when I asked for a refund they said that it was my problem and I'm out my money. I will never buy from this company as they are not helpful when it comes to a problem. Claiming not their problem.

I purchased items and never received them. I advised fn and they sent me a pic of someone else's door with no apt # as proof of delivery! They said since their carrier marked it as delivered then it has been delivered and if someone has stolen it I should call the police. They said I should ask my neighbors and they "hope I find my package"… they said they cldnt give a refund when I never even asked for a refund as I just wanted my package! They told me to call the police and closed the case.

If you ever have a lost or stolen package you will not be refunded nor credited. The delivery service left my package at the Amazon locker and not my door which is my address. All I got was the run around and no one is responsible so beware!

They have a crap return policy and they will keep your money and not give it back and never give store credit so don't waste your time. The sizing is never consistent especially with jeans and they don't care if you don't get your money back and they won't give you your money back for the return label if you purchased it and don't plan on returning. What a joke.

There should be a 0 rating! My daughter bought me a Christmas gift from Fashion Nova and she sent me the shipping notification and the package never arrived. She called Fashion Nova and they told her to call the shipping company who told her it was delivered (goodness knows where they delivered it, I guess their girlfriend got an extra Christmas gift). There is no house address on the shipping confirmation attached. My daughter reached back out to Fashion Nova and they told her they are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. They don't even have a phone number, you have to email them. My daughter and I have spent a lot of money over the years and have been loyal customers, I also live in a good area with good neighbors and have not had missing packages but I think this is very disappointing to not receive my Christmas gift and for Fashion Nova to not refund or resend the item. My daughter and I will not be buying from them anymore and buyers beware you have no recourse if you do not receive your delivery! It is better to pay a little more elsewhere and be assured great customer service.

I placed an order from them and changed the address in the shipping area to the correct address. Once the order was placed, it reverted back to my old address so I reached out to them about changing the address. Literally 2 hours after the order was placed and they state that they cannot change the address which means that I won't receive the items. So then I quickly re order and verify the address change, and once again, it reverted back to my old address. This is now 2 orders that they state that they cannot change, basically immediately after the order was placed.
So then I ask to cancel the orders. Guess what? They can't cancel the orders either. So now I have 2 orders that I cannot receive and cannot cancel when just ordered. So then I ask, if I by some chance can get the packages shipped to me from my old address that they are shipping it to, can I return them for a refund. Guess what again? No refunds. Only store credits.
Terrible company to deal with. Now I'm out 300 dollars and won't receive the items, and even if I did, no refund.

I haven't received my order in 2 months and they won't let me request a return this websites a scam it'll nothing but rob your money and send you bots as support. Who ever is Drop-shipping on this website needs to have Shopify ban his store.

Ordered fashion nova and never got my item. Gave them accurate address whatever company delivery you work with suck. Delivered to wrong address. Stated that they delivered but on cam was totally not even my house.
Had to reach both Fashion nova/ delivery so many times nothing solve n and no refund back for thier fault. Waste of my money.

No store front, yet you can't get a refund if something doesn't fit. Plus customer pays to return. They only give you store credit. First time buying from them and THE LAST! TERRIBLE policies and service! WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! Epitome of how the rich get over on the lower class. How does a billion dollar company have such crappy customer policies?! Higher end brands have better return policies and service than this low end made in China crap. It's ridiculous that they won't refund if something doesn't fit and was never worn. Returned as was with tags. Not a good way to have return customers. BUYER BEWARE!

I've been a FN customer the past 5 years and I ordered more than 70 times from that site. A few days ago I ordered two items and then I received an email that one of them got cancelled. I did the order specifically for that item. Fashionnova decided to refund me for that specific item and proceed with the order with the other remaining item without asking me if I'm interested in the order as it is now or not. They didn't even bother asking me if I'm interested in replacing it in another item. I asked to cancel my order because it was not what I order and the item I really wanted apparently was out of stock before I ordered it, and they insolently said they can't cancel my order although it was their mistake! I was extremely disappointed and contacted their customer service 5 times and all the 5 representatives are either ignorant or pretended to be ignorant and responded with ignorance and irrelevance to my request in order to go around the issue and to proceed with the order. I asked 5 times to be contacted by a manager, and I never have. I've had issues with them in the past, but this time, they by far crossed the line and I'm going to spread the word everywhere! They've just lost a very valuable customer, whom of course, they don't value at all.

It was my very first time to order three items that I thought I would like to buy. I ordered them. I was bit of excited about have them but I never received the package. Over one week and half. Nothing. Fashion nova said they are not responsible for the package hasnt delivered. No refund or replace with orders. They suggested me to file a police report. Who do I file against whom? They suggested me to get in touch with delivery company which is Lasership. They said they did delivered. I never got it. I was here and waited for it. Still never got it. Fashion nova isn't going do anything to help me with the problem. I am holding fashion nova for not doing their job. They just wanted profit for themselves. Shame on you Fashion nova and ceo too. I will warn everybody for not trust this fashion nova. What a rip-off business.

I ordered a package on November 25,2022 worth $189.14 that I never received. I've reached out to both fashion nova and the carrier regarding package and went even further to file claims. After filing claims stating I never received my package, they continued to state that it was delivered. However, I was home the entire day tracking the package waiting for a package that never came. Extremely dissatisfied with the service of fashion nova and this experience made it where I no longer want continue business with them.
