This was the first time I've ordered from farfetch.com, and it was so easy and fabulous, I am happy to say I will become a loyal customer. About 4 months ago I spotted a gorgeous Tory Burch leather jacket in Las Vegas while I was on a work trip. I didnt buy it, and I spent the next months thinking about it. I went all over my hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona searching for it with no luck. The salesperson at the Tory Burch boutique here told me it sold in an instant.
I decided to try and find it online thinking Ebay would be the place, but I happened upon farfetch.com's website. Low and behold I found the jacket in Palermo, Italy. AND it was on sale:)
I ordered it through farfetch.com and within 5 days I was wearing it. When it arrived, it was boxed up well, and inside the box was the shop's packaging. Their packaging was gorgeous, I should have taken a photo. The jacket was wrapped in pretty paper, tied with a big ribbon.
This was a great experience, and plan to do some more shopping on farfetch.com again very soon!
My experience with Farfetch was flawless. I had to wait for an email to confirm my size was available which took a weekend, but then after the order was placed the shoes arrived the next day all the way from Italy by DHL. How's that for service. The size was correct because I double checked it with the Japanese sizing which is in CM. I would happily order again from Farfetch, my Lanvin ballerinas were to die for. A great way to get exclusive items from around the globe. More exclusive and much wider range than net a porter. No problems here. Cheers FF
I absolutely love shopping at farfetch the brands they have on there are of celebrity favourites. When ever I can't find a particular item because it's out of stock on other sites I go onto farfetch. Another reason why I rate this site so highly is no matter where in the world an item is you have a choice of nextday delivery, express delivery if in another country which will take a couple of days or standard delivery & you pay for which service you prefer. Also I've saved £338 on a single purchase of a pair of shoes & saved £121 on a top, I will most definitely shop with farfetch again and again. Their sale section has a wide variety I always check there first before I buy elsewhere, I love wearing designer clothes you don't have to always pay the designer price tag. Farfetch is one of my favourite sites to shop at.
Innovative idea - shipping is swift. The only downside is that there is no active exhibition of their telephone number on the website - I had to find it on google search - when I called, there was just an endless loop of soporific classical music and the slow talking drone of the automated service woman telling me to leave a message.
My first experience with Farfetch could not have been any more ideal.
When I ordered off their site from a boutique in Spain, the shipping was prompt and well-received. I especially appreciated the quality and care put into the packaging - the satin bow it came wrapped in was such a nice touch. And there was always an opt for open communication in case something went wrong, which was comforting but not necessary in this case.
Farfetch has become a favorite online shop of mine: they're organized, provide an incredibly unique and extensive selection (thanks to the incredible boutique offerings), and have a very sensory-appealing layout.
I bought a pair of Dries Van Noten trousers that I couldnt find anywhere else and received them from Italy within 2 days - the trousers are so pretty and the packaging was amazing. My new favorite fashion destination
Tragedy happened again. I bought a cloth from farfetch.com, they sent me a wrong size, and I sent their email and shots of my order history and cloth label I received. But no one responds me until now, guys what should I do, pay another shipment fee to send it back, or asking him to exchange this item with free charge? This shopping experience is so disappointing!
I had received a shirt that was damaged. They would not accept a return even when I sent photographs of the damage. This store is not worth your money or time.

After reading all the negative reviews here i was terrified to order from farfetch.com, especially since they don't give a telephone number incase something was to go wrong. However, it was the only place I could find the product that I was looking for in the color and size that I wanted, so took a chance. I'm so glad I gave this site a chance because I had absoluetly no problems at all! There was no surprise in price or fees (it seems they have fixed the duty issue that previous reviewers complained about). The delivery was insanely fast in my opinion (I was afraid of this too because I read some terrible things about DHL online also). I placed my order on the afternoon of 1/17 and received delivery on the evening of 1/20 (I'm in the U.S.). The product was exactly what i wanted/expected. I could not be more pleased!
Great Idea for a site and was really excited about my purchases but delivery time was a little longer than I expected and packaging wasn’t very luxurious.

I was looking for some Obey stuff on the internet and somehow I clicked on farfetch and the rest is history;)
I really liked the homepage: the design and the products they have. So I found my Obey stuff and I was suprised about the prices so I ordered a beautiful backpack and a snapback!
My order came from LA and I was super happy with the products, when I got them!
1. The whole procedure was super, super easy.
2. The prices are amazing!
3. I got my packet so fast and it all went very well.
4. I paid with paypal, so it was easy to handle everything.
5. I love the team behind farfetch. The people are super nice and we even spoke on twitter.
I recently found farfetch.com and LOVE their site. Such a good selection and I got a great deal in their sale! GREAT WEBSITE!
They are sooo rude and dishonest. I returned something only because it didn't fit within their return guidelines and they are saying they will only give me store credit. When you pay so much for an item it is ridiculous to only get a store credit. With no phone number and overseas its a scam. I'd rather pay more and get it from a reputable store - buyers beware!

As for a online store which sell luxury brand, and ppls who are willing to pay more than $1000 for their goods. They way they interact with their clients is totally FAIL!
Bought some jeans from them and it was a smooth experience. I was a bit skeptical because they ship from small boutiques, but I love the jeans!
This company is just a scam company please avoid. They took some large sums of money from my bank account and I haven't even ordered anything from them. You cannot contact them by phone and the only way to contact them is via e-mail. Eventually someone from Farfetch phoned me, but they were incredibly unhelpful. Didn't want to give any details of the company, when I insisted on them giving me a phone number to contact them they gave me some bogus number in Portugal and they said they were a London based firm! Scammers, avoid at all costs.
Bought from farfetch sandals dolce gabbana! Shoes from new collection, not from 2-years collection like on yoox.com! And the price lower than in other stores! Shiiping to Cyprus is ok! Thank you so much!
I really didn't find the website bad! I got my shoes within 3 days (to Australia) and I think I even got a discount for buying outside of EU! Quick, punctual, efficient and the product was exactly what the website promised! I read these reviews after I bought the product and I actually thought it was a different website! Could it be changing?
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
