I got the wallet without a box only in a pouch. It's still something expensive So we can receve a box
I have purchased a couple of times with Farfetch and been happy however there was nothing wrong with these purchases. My last 2 purchases have included a faulty item and a non delivery of order. They have completely unhelpful and washed their hands with both issues offering no real reason behind it. I will never order form this company again. I have lost over £1000 now in puchases that have either not been received or not fit to wear. Disgusting. I feel so upset and let down. Please do not make the same mistake.

First time I've ordered from Farfetched! I am very very impressed with how easy it was to order my purse and how quickly it came! Farfetched made it easy in the event I decided to return the item too! My YSL bag came from the U. K. and was in excellent condition! Will but again soon!
Never order from this website. They are contracted with a bunch of different boutiques that send the actual items, so they serve as a third party or broker for the goods they supposedly sell. They sent me an empty box and the weight matches the label through DHL, but because I had it set for no signature required due to Covid19 issues, they faulted me. This happens a lot according to trustpilot. There is no way for them to regulate what the contracted boutiques sends out, and I happened to be one of the many who received empty box for a wallet that I paid $300. They are not to be trusted. Their corporate office is in the UK, my order came from Italy intact with no package tampering or broken seals, but they said that it was stolen/lost in transit. Yeah, right. Just file a claim through your credit/debit card claims/fraud Dept. Or use PayPal. Done set your DHL for no signature required even though there is a pandemic because if they send you an empty f*cking box, they blame you.
