I ordered a MK bag as it seemed a good deal. From E 663 for E 398 and than with an additional 15% promocode it cost E 358.30, including E 20 delivery.
However, after ordering I happened to look up this bag at the Michael Kors website. To my astonishment I found a price tag directly from MK of E 269 from E 385 with free delivery.
It is simple, I wasted E 89 by ordering this bag from Farfetch instead of directly ordering it from Michael Kors. After complaining to Farfetch I only got a silly answer back about their return policy. As if should return the bag, order the cheaper one at Michael Kors and pray to get a full refund from Farfetch.
Even more bizar, the bag is currently listed for E 790 at Farfetch, and still it would only cost E 285 at Michael Kors.
Apart from this experience, I must say that the delivery process was very very smooth. I ordered it on Friday in Dubai and it arrived on Monday in the Netherlands. Very nicely packaged, very good quality bag.
I don't have words, but this is the best shopping app I've ever used. Expedite delivery, authentic stuffs, reasonable pricing etc
Ordered twice, both times shipment didn't arrive. First time they told me there was a technical glitch and that i shopuld place the order again. Failed to clear customs the second time around too and had to haggle and call them to get my refund. Still waiting! Terrible first and last experience with them
A couple of days ago I woke up and found that there were several unauthorized transactions from Farfetch, an ATM and a company in Hawaii. All of the transactions were either $400 or above. I reported the incident to my bank, and they cancelled the original credit card and reissued another one. Yesterday, I saw that there was still unauthorized activity so I reported it again, to my bank. Yesterday, it was the company in Hawaii, so my conclusion was that somehow, these thieves have my banking information. Sure enough, this morning, I wake up to find more transactions from FarFetch.com. This has been 3 days of starting my mornings, undoing the work of criminals so I will be contacting the FBI this morning. I am sorry I ever heard of this company. They connected with me through phone alerts which I opened thinking they were a credible merchant. They are not. Save yourself. Clear their alerts. Do not click on them and whatever you do, DO NOT provide credit information.
May 31/2020 I order and paid $520.00 CAD for Fendi Bag Bugs Bifold Wallet. Order #BK4YN3. Jun 7 they send me a card holder in error. I returned it Jun 8. They received it and said my refund would be in 7 days. Five weeks, NO REFUND. No answers to my emails. Deceitful treatment to a loyal customer. BUYERS BEWARE - FARFETCH HAS A VERY BAD REPUTATION!
I never received an order that I placed on Farfetch. And now neither Farfetch nor DHL is ready to refund my money for the lost delivery. Apparently they have it in "fine print" terms and conditions somewhere that if I waive the option to provide a signature while receiving the package, none of these companies are liable for the loss. How am I supposed to read through such long terms and conditions? All I literally got was a small text message asking if my signature is needed to deliver the package. How am I supposed to understand this game they're playing? Aweful! Never ordering on Farfetch or trusting DHL again!
Worst part: Now Farfetch is not even ready to file an insurance claim to DHL on behalf of my package because they already "KNOW" that DHL won't cover the claim. What the heck?
Also by the way just like the other people here mentioned, one of the other items in my order was also cancelled by Farfetch because it went out of stock after I PAID for it. This is extremely shady!
TBH this is my first time to write such negative review about shopping platform. I placed my order two days ago and I've been told it's canceled because of out of stock. But it is still in stock when I checked back. The thing is price went higher. I do not think it make any sense to notify customers that my item is out of stock after I placed my order with completing payment. Making money in such way only gives me a reason to not spend single $ on this website.
Deleted the app and will never come back.
My order came really fast and as described. This is my second order of the same bag in different colour from Farfetch. The colourful handle of this bag is what enticed me. Small but roomy since it has depth. Totally love it even though it has a tiny scratch at the bottom.
So I've been eyeing this Burberry bag for a really long time, and it finally went on sale. But after I checked out and Farfetch sent me a reciept, the next day the item was cancelled. When I contacted support about this, they said their system sometimes can take a while to update that the item is sold out and they've given it to the customer that got it first. I was quite upset after that and since I've used a new user promotional code to make the purchase, I asked if I'm able to use that on something else instead since they cancelled my order. No response from support. Just shows you how much they really value you as a customer. How can u just let me make a "purchase" with the code, then cancel it for me and now I can't use this code ever again. Lol so disappointed, will never be returning.
Everything was just perfect and no marks, no nothing. The shipping was also great it only took a day and a half to get here.
Purchased Phillipe Model sneakers ($317) they arrived. I noticed the soles were rotted on one of them, front and back. I immediately notified Farfetch and sent photos to document the issue. I was told that I had to send the sneakers to the manufacturer, in Italy, and it would take up to TWO months for their investigation and to resolve the issue. Resolve what issue? I was sent sneakers that should not have been sold to me and now they expect me to be out $317 and the sneakers until they conclude their investigation? Poor customer service. They should have either refunded me or sent out a new pair immediately. I have also contacted Phillipe Model, the manufacturer of the shoes, with no response. Seems neither one of them wants to stand behind the brand. I am frustrated and disappointed to be treated this way. Please don't purchase from either. I will never own another pair of P.M. sneakers and my Golden Goose sneakers I will purchase from a retailer who stands behind the brands they sell and treats customers well. Farfetch, you're an utter disaster and a serious disappointment.
Once again its been a flawless experience. I use farfetch mainly for there sales, if you have the patience to search the items on sale for your size you will find a bargain. This time I got the last stone island over shirt for almost price, it was dropped to my door in 48 hours, they never let me down.
Placing my first order on Farfetch, the order was reviewing almost 2 week! And now email me for cancelled because out of stock! Now they say will refund within 14 working days! First time order and First Time been Cancelled! What a Joke! NO MORE STUPID Farfetch!
AWFUL experience with Farfetch - do not ever buy from them. They will screw you over even if they or their suppliers make an error. I received a faulty item a few months ago and filed a return. A courier was booked to come pick up the item. The courier came as booked and I passed the item to them. After several weeks of not hearing an update on my return I called Farfetch. They said that the item was never delivered and as a result I am not entitled to a refund. The courier PHYSICALLY came to my house and handed the item to them. What else was I supposed to do? Instead of filing an insurance claim against the courier, Farfetch CHOSE to penalise the customer and not offer me the refund. So choose wisely. They will side with their suppliers and never their customers. What an awful experience. I will NEVER buy from them again, nor should you.
I was a great customer. My last order was missing one item. They sent me an e-mail questioning if I had received it. The items are well tracked however I was made to feel like a lying thief. The investigation took forever and I e-mailed them many times and just got rude responses. What the heck? It took me staying on top of it in order to get my money back! Very bad situation and terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again. There are so many other luxury companies that appreciate my business so why would I give them my money ever again?
Purchased Paris Texas mules as a birthday present - size was way off despite claiming similar size to Jimmy Choo / Louboutin. Called to request a return / replacement as outside of 14 day return period and zero flexibility offered. Manager simply re-stated their policy and was not willing to consider any additional effort to contact Paris Texas to replace the show. Return request was a month after delivery but with all the challenges of COVID no concern / flexibility shown - compare these guys with pret-a-porter and they are a very distant second. Will never consider purchasing again
Purchased from here and never received package. Notified them and they opened an investigation with Fed Ex. Fed Ex confirmed to them that they delivered to the wrong address. Farfetch closed my claim and refused to replace the item unless I could get proof from FedEx. Fed Ex had already sent the resolution directly to them and resent it again as a courtesy to me. This was Farfetch's investigation. They KNEW FedEx could not legally send anything to me as the receiver but still said I had to get proof. I had to get my bank involved to finally get my money back. I disputed with Farfetch for over a month. My bank resolved it in 48 hours after speaking to FedEx. Buyer beware. Very very shady business practices. You can't get past the customer service team and they will stonewall you. Buyer beware.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
