My order was shipped on the same so I received my item super fast. Size and quality as expected <3 The item was an overall for my little one.
I recently made 2 purchases to which 1 went missing.
Both times they were delivered, given they are costly shipments, I expected some kind of responsibility on behalf of the delivery team.
However, I never received a call for either one of my deliveries as I had specially called and requested to.
The first time the order went missing (value of $470) and the second time I had to rush back home as soon as I received an email stating it was delivered and luckily was able to get a hold of it.
However, for my missing order they simply told me I have to wait 14 days to know what happens next but they are confirming to me that my package was delivered...
Really at loss of word.

Will definitely be the last time using farfetch services for any of my orders.
Safer to directly order from the brands (Gucci, louis vuitton, etc)

I was looking for a specific pair of Golden Goose shoes and was excited when I found them at Farfetch. Even though this is an expensive purchase I was eager to treat myself. I received the tracking information and watched them until they landed in a warehouse in Cincinnati, OH... where apparently they are still sitting months later. After multiple calls to the shipper DHL and to Farfetch, each told me that they were not liable to refund me for my purchase even though I never received it. If Farfetch had just marked my order as lost, DHL would have supposedly refunded me. They refused to do this and I never received a refund or my shoes. Do not order from them. Their customer service is awful and good luck receiving your items.
I bought shoes and I wanted to exchange for bigger size, they have basically refused exchange or refund. Their customer service is appalling.
The fastest delivery! Their products r in perfect condition... the wrapping is amazing! Definitely recommend trying them out.

Somebody paid a 1800 euros order fraudulently using my credit card. The name and address did not match the card in any way. The site was literally warned hours after the order with days ahead to cancel the delivery and refund the stolen money. They could not do it. It is either gross incompetence or indifference for user security. Either way, putting your trust in this site seems a bit far fetched...
As my title says... but now in more detail. I ordered a pinko purse for my wife. While in transit, price went down. I received it within 7 days or ordering and called to have price difference refunded. They said No And never answered any more of my emails. Asked they to advise to
How to return the overpaid bag? They still have not responded- 3 months later. Pathetic in this day and age. Will never buy again ( by the way spent 1500 us on 1st order with another item and asked 50 us discount as per price going down 2 days later). Farfetch - your company name says it all " its a far fetch" or in other words " we will RIP you off any way we can".
I ordered July 22 and received merchandise July 27 ( ship from Italy to USA), it's so fast and when we opened everything is so good packing, clean and good wrapping
